Objective To prepare the sinomenine hydrochloride multivesicular liposomes with high entrapment efficiency and sustained release character. Methods Multiple emulsion method was used to prepare the sinomenine hydrochloride multivesicular liposomes.Uniform design was applied to optimize the formulation and pharmaceutical process. The shape, the particle size, and the release charcter of the liposome were evaluated. Results The sinomenine hydrochloride multivesicular liposomes prepared were spherical and the size of majority particles was in the range of 20—30 ?m and well distributed. The encapsulation efficiency was more than 80% and its in-vitro release profile accorded well with the Higuchi model with t1/2 up to 52.7 h.Conclusion The formulation and pharmaceutical process of the sinomenine hydrochloride multivesicular liposomes are stable and feasible with the high encapsulation efficiency and good sustained-release character.

Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol on miRNA-106b in Alzheimer′s disease ( AD ) animal model. Methods Fifty Kunming male mice were divided into five groups by completely randomized block sampling. The five groups included three dosage resveratrol groups , an AD model group and a control group. The AD models were established in one month prior to treatments. Subsequently, from the 31st day various doses of resveratrol were provided intragastricly for 60 days. Then the memory function was observed by the step-down test.Meanwhile, the varying expressions of APP , P62, ApoA1, miRNA-106b, ABCA1 were tested in each group to determine whether there is the binding site for miRNA-106b in APP 3′UTR sequence. Results Compared with the control group by step-down test, the memory function of the AD model group mice decreased in different degree , which in the drug treatment group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.05).Compared with the AD group, the expression of APP (1.131 ±0.035) in the drug treatment group was higher than that in the model group (0.652 ± 0.026), while the P62 (0.412 ±0.022) and ApoA1 (0.534 ±0.032) were lower than the model group ( all P<0.05 ).High and medium dose groups of resveratrol treatment reduced varying degrees of APP (0.733 ±0.018,0.929 ±0.019,F=177.733) levels, and increased P62(0.954 ±0.035,0.633 ±0.015, F=434.5 ) and ApoA1 ( 1.042 ±0.051, 0.824 ±0.034, F=286.582 ) levels ( all P<0.05 ).The expression of miRNA-106b (0.464 ±0.313) and ABCA1(0.293 ±0.042) in the model group was lower than that in the control group (miRNA-106b 1.064 ±0.032, F=238.159; ABCA1 0.781 ±0.027,F=341.61;both P<0.05).The miRNA-106b (0.843 ±0.034, 0.601 ±0.012) and ABCA1 (0.882 ± 0.025, 0.624 ±0.036) levels in the high, medium dose resveratrol treatment groups increased to different extent ( both P<0.05 ).After the drug treatment , luciferase reporter vector experiments showed that the APP 3′UTR sequence contains the binding site of miRNA-106b.Conclusions APP is one of the target genes of miRNA-106b.Resveratrol is capable of improving AD by enhancing the expression of miRNA-106b and down-regulating the target genes including APP , P62 and ApoA1.This provides a new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of AD.

BACKGROUND: The direct ratio is formed between the size of osseous defect around implant and the required time of complete repair. It is viewed that bone implantation is suggested if osseous defect is larger than 1 mm, which benefits the bone regeneration and early fixation of implant.OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects between coralline granules and hydroxyapatite (HA) during union after immediate implantation.DESIGN: Group observation and controlled experiment was designed.SETTING: Department of Stomatology Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University.MATERIALS: HA coated implant, HA granule, coralline granule and 3adult mongrel dogs.METHODS: The experiment was performed in Department of Stomatology, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from August 2002 to April 2003.Under anesthesia, 6 foramens were drilled on femurs of 3 dogs (3 foramens on each side) to result in osseous defect. Coralline granules were embedded in the osseous defect around the implant in all of proximal ends (coralline granule group, CG group), HA granules were embedded in the osseous defect around the implant in all of distal ends (HA group) and nothing was embedded in the defect around the implant in the center (the control). One dog was sacrificed under anesthesia on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th months after operation successively and the samples were collected from the implanted section in each group for X-ray examination and scanning electronic microscopic observation.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: X-ray examination on implanted sections and scanning electronic microscopic observation on samples in each the 4th month, it was observed that implants and osseous tissue were closely integrated in CG group and HA group and there was still partial osseous on samples in each group: on the 4th month, it was discovered that the regenerated osseous tissue was matured completely in CG group and few coralline granule residue was left. In HA group, the regenerated osseous tissue was matured completely, but there was still a large amount of HA granules left and the granules had not been absorbed obviously. In the control group, the space appeared partially in the implanted cervical region.CONCLUSION: The implantation of artificial bone is suggested if the osseous defect around immediate implant is larger than 1 mm. As the implanting materials, coralline granules and HA granules act on the most advantageous guide activity. Coralline granules can be degraded and substituted with osseous tissue, but HA granules cannot be absorbed, which affects osseous reconstruction.

About 80% of the patients with pancreatic cancer have glucose metabolism alterations, which suggests an association between diabetes and the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.Studies have shown that diabetes and hypoglycemic agents are closely related to the occurrence risk, clinical manifestation and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.Recent findings demonstrate that insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, the expression level of insulin-like growth factor related protein and inflammatory reaction are the possible mechanisms of the interaction between diabetes and pancreatic cancer. However, the definite mechanism still remains unclear, and further researches are still needed.

Objective:
To explore the effect of PDCA nursing model combined with token reward on the compliance and negative emotions of children with hypospadias.
Methods:
A total of 120 children with hypospadias who were admitted to Children′s hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University from February 2017 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects. According to the time of admission, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given PDCA nursing mode combined with token rewards intervention on the basis of routine care. The self-made children's behavioral compliance assessment table was used to compare the compliance of the two groups of children. Achenbach Child Behavior Check List (CBCL) scores were performed before and after the intervention. The hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were calculated.
Results:
There was no significant difference in CBCL scores between the two groups at admission (
