Objective:To explore the path relationship among caring perception, resilience and career status of clinical nurses, and provide a reference for promoting the development of clinical nurses' career. Methods:From September to October 2019, 489 clinical nurses from 3 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Qinghai Province were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling. The investigation was carried out with the General Information Questionnaire, Caring Factor Survey-Caring of Manager (CFS-CM) , Resilience of Medical Staff Scale and Career Status Assessment Scale. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among caring perception, resilience and career status of clinical nurses, and establish a path relationship model. Results:In this study, 500 questionnaires were distributed and 489 valid questionnaires were returned. Among 489 clinical nurses, the total scores of CFS-CM, Resilience of Medical Staff Scale and Career Status Assessment Scale were (58.62±11.34) , (58.84±9.14) and (80.39±9.82) respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total scores of clinical nurse caring perception and resilience of medical staff were all positively correlated with the scores of various dimensions and the total score of career status with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . According to the model fitting results, caring perception and resilience of clinical nurses had direct predictive effects on career status, and the path coefficients were 0.37 and 0.43, respectively. Conclusions:Resilience plays a mediating role between caring perception and career. Nurses' caring perception not only has a positive influence on career status, but also positively affects nurses' career status by enhancing resilience. Nursing managers should give a lot of care to clinical nurses and improve nurses' resilience to improve their career status.
