1.The effect of combined with aripiprazole to improve hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotic drugs

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of combined with aripiprazole to improve hyper-prolactinemia caused by antipsychotic drugs.Methods 70 patients with schizophrenia who had been treated with antipsychotic drugs for 4 weeks prior to the study were divided into the two groups by random number table method:the treatment group(35 cases)were given each additionally 2.5 mg of aripiprazole oral,one time every day.The con-trol group (35 cases)continued with no extra management.The treatment group on the basis of the original drug administered daily in combination with aripiprazole 2.5mg,the control group maintained the previous drug treatment. Serum prolactin concentrations were assayed in patients of both groups before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment. At the same time,used the positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS)to assess the state of the clinical symptoms. The side effects were evaluated by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS).Results After combined with aripi-prazole,it demonstrated that serum prolactin level in patients of the treatment group were significantly lowered [(78.64 ±30.15)μg/L vs (35.01 ±13.99)μg/L,t=9.585,P<0.05],while those in patients of the control group had no change[(80.34 ±46.08)μg/L vs (79.94 ±43.84)μg/L,t=0.084,P>0.05].There were no significant differences between the two groups of PANSS and TESS scores(all P>0.05 ).Conclusion Combined with aripi-prazole for antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia have a therapeutic effect and relatively safe.
2.Development of Special Drive Pediatric Ventricular Assist Device.

This paper uses AVR16 SCM, programming to achieve the software of PWM (pulse width modulation) control of intelligent H bridge chip LMD18200 driver of high speed DC motor, makes special speed tablet, obtains speed signal of high speed for photocoupler PC817, through the A/D conversion and processing circuit, and realizes the LED LCD digital display speed scheme. The driver for the pediatric ventricular assist device has been used at the laboratory trial, has high performance and wide application prospect.

3.Expression of CD133 and nestin in human glioma and its clinical significances

Objective To explore the expression of CD133 and nestin in human glioma cell of patients with neuroglioeytoma and to see whether CD133 and nestin expression associate with the differentiation and pathologic grading.Methods The expression of CD133 and nesfin was detected by immunohistochemistry staining in 65 cases of human glioma and 19 specimens of normal brain tissues.Results The rate of the CD133 positive ceUs was 18.46%in human glioma and 0 in the control group(P<0.01),and that of nesfin was 23.79%and 5.16%respectively.The positive cell rates of CD133 or nestin varied accordingly to different pathological grades.There were significant difference between grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ or grade Ⅳ (P<0.01).There were difference between grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲor grade Ⅳ (P<0.01).The same significance were also found between grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ(P<0.01).The higher pathological grades had higher positive cell rates.There was a significant corl~lation between the rate of CD133 positive cells and that of nestin in experimental group (r=0.408,P<0.01).Conclusion Detecting CD133 and nestin in the human glioma can be used in diagnosing,judging the malignancy degree and the prognosis.

5.The comparison of biologic character between mouse embryonic fibroblast and human embryonic fibroblast.

To evaluate the feasibility of using human embryonic fibroblast(HEF) as feeder layer in the culture of human embryonic stem(ES) cells in vitro, we investigated the morphology, the sensitivity to 0.25% trypsin, the growth curve and cell cycle of HEF with DMEM(low glucose) +10% FBS used as culture medium, and then we compared HEF with mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF). The results showed that both HEF and MEF are adherent cells in vitro, and HEF has longer life span and better growth ability than MEF. In room temperature, HEF is more sensitive to 0.25% trypsin. Our research suggested that HEF can be used as feeder layer in culture of ES cells. HEF has longer service life than MEF and is worthy to be studied further.
