1.NO-cGMP-PKG pathway and cardiovascular disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):420-423
Nitric oxide ( NO ) , cyclic guanosine 3′, 5′-monophosphate ( cGMP ) and cGMP-dependent protein kinase( PKG) play an important role in a variety of tissue cells. This paper reviews the related literatures about the NO-cGMP-PKG pathway and the cardiovascular diseases since the close relationship between them by summarizing the founction of the NO-cGMP-PKG pathway and the affection on the cardiovascular diseases by the NO-cGMP-PKG pathway, aiming to find a new research direction of the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disea-ses.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) in treatment of anorectal condyloma acuminatum. Methods 95 cases who suffered from male multiple condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups. There were 50 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. There were no statistically significant between two groups in age, sex, course of disease, skin lesions, the size and the distribution. The treatment group was treated by photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b Gel while the control group was treated only by photodynamic therapy. The treatment time lasted 7-10 days later if the Lesion was not completely removed.Totally,1-4 treatment sessions were given. Then the rate of recovery and recurernce of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate in treatment group was 94.0% (47/50) and 88.9% (40/45) were found in control group. There were no significant difference in the two groups (x2 =0.290,P > 0.05) ;The recurernce rate of the treatment group was 2.0% (1/50) and the control group was 13.3% (6/45),the two groups had significant differences (x2 =4.457,P =0.035).Conclusion ALA-PDT combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b Gel in the topical treatment of anorectal condyloma acuminatum is safe and effective, whcih may serve a therapeutic option for anorectal condyloma acuminatum.

Objective To introduce a modified surgical technique for repairing palate fistulae. Methods Based on the clinical categories of palate fistulae, local mucosal flap was designed,if possible,to reduce the area of the fistulae and reshape the fistulae. Then the thin tongue flap with anterior pedicle was designed for repairing the palate fistulae, without much limitation of tongue movement and excessive tension of tongue flap pedicle short lingual frenulum correction was performed firstly to release the motion of tongue,if necessary. The donor site was closed directly.Three weeks later division of the tongue flap,as well as detailed appearance correction of tongue, was carried out at the same time. Results 12 cases were treated, and followed up for 6-12 months. For all the cases, the defect of fistulae was totally repaired, while aesthetics appearance of tongue was satisfactory, and no interference with speech with the use of tongue as donor site.Oral hygiene and mastication were unimpaired. No patient described disability of sensory or gustatory postoperatively. Conclusions Tongue flap has sufficient blood supply, while impairment of donor site is minimal. The planning and procedure of surgery are relatively simple. It is an ideal flap in treatment of palate fistulae.

Objective To detect food-specific IgE and IgG in patients with psoriasis. Methods Serum samples were collected from 102 patients with psoriasis,30 patients with chronic eczema,30 patients with chronic urticaria, and 30 healthy check-up examinees.Food-specific IgE and IgG were detected by commercial kits in these samples. Results No significant difference was observed in the detection rate of food-specific IgE or IgG among patients with psoriasis, patients with chronic eczema and patients with chronic urticaria (both P > 0.05).Meanwhile,the detection rate of food-specific IgE and IgG in healthy examinees were statistically different from those in the three groups of patients (all P < 0.05).Conclusions Food allergens seem to be implicated in the development of psoriasis. Moreover, the sources and kinds of food allergens in patients with psoriasis differ from those in patients with chronic eczema and patients with chronic urticaria, which deserves further research.
5.Challenge in prevention of influenza
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(18):1375-1378
The medical workers are always facing great challenge when the influenza season comes every year, such as the variation of the virus strain, the occurrence of the high mortality complication and the reduced potence of the influenza vaccine.Meanwhile, the medical institution,as one of the most dangerous settings of the influenza outbreak, and the consequence could be deadly severe once it happened. So the aim of this manuscript is that,to review the knowledge regarding to influenza which is integrated with the newest research progress. On this basis, the manuscript goes into the influenza pandemic preventing strategy of medical institution in particular.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of Matrine on apoptosis of fibroblasts and the expression of apoptotic modulation related protein in the hypertrophic scar.
METHODSHypertrophic scar was produced on the ear of 24 New Zealand white rabbits, which were employed as the model, and were randomly and equally divided into control (CC) and Matrine (M) groups (12 in each group). Matrine (50 g/L) was injected into the ear scar in M group and with normal saline in C group once every four days. At 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 weeks after the injection, the apoptotic fibroblast count in the scar was determined by TUNEL method, and the expressions of apoptosis related modulation proteins p53, bcl-2, bax were detected by immunohistochemistry method.
RESULTSThe apoptotic fibroblast count was much larger in M group than that in C group at all test time points (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the bax expression was increased and that of p53 and bcl-2 was decreased significantly in M group. In adding, the scar became flat in M group.
CONCLUSIONMatrine might obviously enhance the fibroblast apoptosis in rabbit ear hypertrophic scar, and up-regulate the expression of apoptosis related modulation protein bax and down-regulate the expression of p53 and Bcl-2.
