1.Developing Trend of Hospital Preparations in China From 1995 to 1999
China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE: To survey the developing trend of hospital preparations in China. METHODS: We collected and analyzed 343 articles about "hospital preparation" published on three Journals during the period 1995 to 1999. RESULTS: Pharmacists not only paid attention to develop preparations of Western medicine but also increased the preparations of Chinese herbs gradually. Among the 343 preparations, those of Western medicine accounted for 53.9% (185kinds), preparations of Chinese herbs accounted for 36. 4% (125 kinds) and preparations of integrated traditional Chincse herbs and Western medicine accounted for 9. 6% (33 kinds). Most preparations were made for use in departments of dermatology, stomatology, obstetrics and gynecology(101, 40, 28 kinds respectively ). At the same time, the old preparations have been improved and many new prepara- tions have been offered to the clinic continually. CONCLUSION: Hospital preparations in China are abundant and are expanding along the orientation of new drug development.
2.Analysis of Opium Analgesics Used in Advanced Cancer Patients in Four Cities During the Period 1998~2000
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the situation of opium analgesics used for advanced cancer patients in recent 3 years and its future trend METHODS:The sales volume of morphine, fentanyl and pethidine sold in four cities was analysed RESULTS:Morphine which conformed to the first treatment principle in late cancer ache recommended by WHO occupied the first place in amount of consumption The largest quantity of opium analgesics consumption was in Shanghai and Guangzhou, which represented the situation of these drugs used in the developed districts of China CONCLUSION:There arebroad prospects in opium analgesics in controlling cancer ache

Objective To study the change of P 300 in patients with acute puffer poisoning. Methods With medicid-03E brain evoked potential instrument of Neuronic Company. the latency and the amplitude of P 300 evoked by visual (image) and audio stimulation were measured in 21 patients with acute puffer poisoning, these patients were compared with 30 normal subjects and compared with the P 300 during different condition of poisoning. Results The latency of P 300 evoked by visual (image) and audio stimulation in patient group was significantly prolonged as compared with the control group (P

To explore the rational use of antibiotics in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).METHODS: The antibiotic use in the selected operation patients was retrospectively studied.230 patients were divided into four groups.A group: Perioperative administration of drug; B group: Preoperative administration for 3 to 7 days and perioperative administration; C group: Perioperative administration and postoperative administration for 2 to 7 days; D group: Preoperative administration for 2 to 7 days, perioperative administration and postoperative administration for 2 to 7 days.Four groups were compared about the efficacy, length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses.RESULTS: There were no significant differences in efficacy among A, B, C, D and in average length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses between A and D groups.A group was the lowest in two indices and had the best cost-effectiveness ratio.CONCLUSION: There is clinical significance of preventive antibiotic application in LC patients; perioperative use is the best choice; Cefazolin is the first choice.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(3):177-182
Objective:To explore the efficacy of group cognitive-behavioral therapy (GCBT) to generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).Methods:In this randomized controlled trial, the control group (n =23) and the intervention group (n =33) were included, all of the participants received duloxetine (30-120 mg/d) as pharmacotherapy. The intervention group received 8 group cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions weekly,90 minutes for each time.Assessments were conducted with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale (HMAD) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI) at baseline,mid-treatmentand post-treatment.CGI included three factors, the severity of illness (SI),the globalimprovement (GI) and the efficacy index (EI).Results:The repeated measures analysis of variance of HAMA showed that, there were statistical significance on the HAMA for interaction between measure time and group processing (F =4.35,P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the intervention group got higher decreased scores of HAMA at the 4th week and 8th week, and higher prevalence of being cured and efficient at the 4th week.At the 8th week, the decreased scores of HMAD were higher in the intervention group than in the control group, and the scores of CGI-SI and the CGI-IE were lower in the intervention group. Conclusion:It suggests that group cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with pharmacotherapy could be earlier to be effective, and the symptoms of anxiety, depression and the state of illness could be improved more significantly compared with pharmacotherapy alone.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2023;39(2):97-106
During coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic, the treatment of severe trauma has been impacted. The Consensus on emergency surgery and infection prevention and control for severe trauma patients with 2019 novel corona virus pneumonia was published online on February 12, 2020, providing a strong guidance for the emergency treatment of severe trauma and the self-protection of medical staffs in the early stage of the epidemic. With the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council renaming "novel coronavirus pneumonia" to "novel coronavirus infection" and the infection being managed with measures against class B infectious diseases since January 8, 2023, the consensus published in 2020 is no longer applicable to the emergency treatment of severe trauma in the new stage of epidemic prevention and control. In this context, led by the Chinese Traumatology Association, Chinese Trauma Surgeon Association, Trauma Medicine Branch of Chinese International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care, and Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Traumatology, the Chinese expert consensus on emergency surgery for severe trauma and infection prevention during coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic ( version 2023) is formulated to ensure the effectiveness and safety in the treatment of severe trauma in the new stage. Based on the policy of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and by using evidence-based medical evidence as well as Delphi expert consultation and voting, 16 recommendations are put forward from the four aspects of the related definitions, infection prevention, preoperative assessment and preparation, emergency operation and postoperative management, hoping to provide a reference for severe trauma care in the new stage of the epidemic prevention and control.
