2.Wechat service in academic libraries of Guangdong Province and suggestions
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(4):43-47
There are 32 academic libraries in Guangdong Province.Of the 16 academic libraries with their Wechat public account opened, 11 provide historical news push service. The frequency, contents and interaction of historical news push service in these 11 academic libraries were analyzed, which showed that no importance was attached to Wechat service and Wechat service was not sufficiently developed, the Wechat public account did not play its role, the Wechat contents were simplistic, and the interaction between Wechat public platforms of libraries and users was insufficient in 50%academic libraries of Guangdong Province.Certain suggestion were thus put forward for their solutions, such as standardizing Wechat public account, popularizing Wechat public account, positioning Wechat service, enforcing active Wechat information push, innovating Wechat information service, enriching Wechat form, and perfecting Wechat self service function.
3.Advances in metabolic mechanism of innate immune response against SARS-CoV-2
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2025;28(02):242-247
COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection poses a great threat to the lives of people around the world and has become a major global public health challenge. The innate immune system is the body's first line of defense against viral invasion and plays an important role in the development of COVID-19. As the main immune cells in the innate immune system, monocyte macrophages have pattern recognition receptors on their surface that recognize SARS-CoV-2 singlestranded RNA and damage associated molecular patterns(DAMPs) and induce antiviral innate immune responses. However,SARS-CoV-2 has a strong immune escape ability and can rapidly expand and replicate in host cells and induce host cell death, which further induces an inflammatory response and exacerbates COVID-19. Studies have shown that macrophage infiltration-induced hyperinflammatory responses(i.e., cytokine storms) are an important lethal mechanism of COVID-19,and that during SARS-CoV-2 infection, the over-activation of glycolysis is an important metabolic mechanism for viral immune escape and inflammatory response. This paper reviews the related research progress of glucose metabolism in the innate immune response against SARS-CoV-2.
4.Standardization of clinical study on Chinese emotional illness
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(2):128-130
Emotional illness spread in every clinical system disease, contained very complex sub-illness. At present, though there were plenty of clinical reports on emotional illness, few reports were substantive. Therefore, this paper put forward to establish a standard emotional diagnosis system by inheriting the traditional four diagnostic methods and absorbing the diagnostic techniques of modern psychosomatic medicine;according to the specific circumstances of emotional illness, the individual simultaneous treatment or separate treatment of mind and physique was used to establish a standardized system for treating emotional illness
5.Effect of dichloroacetate on expression of Kv1.5 in a rat model of pulmonary arterial hypertension
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2011;31(6):735-738
Objective To investigate the effect of dichloroacetate on the expression of Kv1.5 in a rat model of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) .Methods Thirty-two male SD rats weighing 200-250 g were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n = 8 each): normal control group (group C), dichloroacetate control group (group D),PAH group, and PAH + dichloroacetate group (group PD). PAH was induced by left lung resection combined with subcutaneous injection of monocrotaline 60 mg/kg in PAH and PD groups. In group PD, dichloroacetate 80 mg/kg was given through a gastric tube into stomach once a day for 28 consecutive days after monocrotaline injection, while the equal volume of normal saline was given instead of dichloroacetate in group PAH. Group D only received dichloroacetate 80 mg/kg through a gastric tube into stomach once a day for 28 consecutive days. Pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) was measured at day 28 after monocrotaline injection. The rats were then sacrificed and lung tissues were removed to calculate the percentage of thickness of the tunica media of pulmonary artery and right venicular hypertrophy index and to determine the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Kv1.5 protein expression (by Western blot) and Kv1.5 mRNA expression (by RT-PCR).Results Compared with group C, the PAP,percentage of thickness of the tunica media, right ventricular hypertrophy index were significantly increased, Kv1.5 mRNA and protein expression was down-regulated and PCNA expression was up-regulated in groups PAH and PD ( P < 0.05). Compared with group PAH, the PAP, percentage of thickness of the tunica media, right ventricular hypertrophy index were significantly decreased, Kv1.5 mRNA and protein expression was up-regulated and PCNA expression was down-regulated in group PD (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the indexes mentioned above between group C and group D ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Dichloroacetat alleviates PAH through upregulating Kv1.5 expression in lung tissues and inhibiting pulmonary vascular remodeling in rats.

8.Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Clonorchiasis sinensis
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(04):-
This is to retrospectively review and summarize the ultrasonic images of 214 patients who were diagnosed as clonorchiasis and received treatment. The major changes in ultrasonography were found in gallbladder and hepatic bile duct. Flocculent echos in the gallbladder were the characteristic feature, which disappeared after chemotherapy. The wall of hepatic bile duct became thicker and shaggy in most patients. These changes improved quite slowly after treatment. Ultra-sonography is of value in the diagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis
9.An observation on dynamic changes of natriuretic factors in cirrhotic patients with ascites
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Natriuretic factors, include cardionatrin(CN)and digoxin-like immunoreac-tive substances(DLIS),were important humoral factors relating to ascites formation inliver cirrhosis. An observation was made on the levels of plasma CN,DLIS,angiotensinⅡ, aldosterone and serum and urine sodium contents berore and after ascites extinction in40 cirrhotic patients. The results showed that the plasma levels of CN and DLIS had dis-tinct changes before and after ascites extinction and their changes were parallel with theactivity of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. These facts suggested that CN and DLIShad certain relation with ascites formation in liver cirrhosis.
