Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;30(7):821-824
Objective: To study the influence of different amino group introductions on the antiplatelet aggregation activities of pyridazinone derivatives. Methods: The target compounds were designed and synthesized by inletting different substitution amino groups using acetyl fragment as the connecting segment. Born method was used for preliminary pharmacological test in vitro. Results: Ten target compounds were designed and synthesized; 8 of them were reported firstly and all of them were confirmed by 1HNMR spectra. The results of preliminary pharmacological test showed that all the target compounds exhibited potent antiplatelet aggregation activity. The antiaggregation activities of compounds (6f), (6g), (6h) and (6j) were stong; compounds (6g) and (6j) showed a 5-time higher activity than 6-[4-(pyridin-4-yl-amino) phenyl]-4, 5-dihydro-3 (2H)-pyridazinone (MCI-154). Conclusion: Inletting different substitution amino groups can enhance the antiplatelet aggregation activity of the compounds.

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between breast reconstruction and postoperative complications by meta-analysis.Methods:Through a defined search strategy, related literature was collected in databases from PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane, CNKI, Wanfang Database and VIP Database, from January 1990 to November 2017. Data were extracted and each merged data was analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software. The postoperative complications between transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous-flap (TRAM) and deep inferior epigastric perforatorflap (DIEP), TRAM and latissimus dorsiflap (LDF), LDF and LDF+ prosthesis, LDF+ prosthesis and simple prosthesis implantation were compared.Results:Twenty-nine papers met inclusion criteria of our study. The Meta-analysis results showed that the risk of local flap necrosis, seroma, infection, fat liquefaction, abdominal wall hernia and abdominal bulging in TRAM group were higher than those in DIEP group, and the differences were significant. There was no significant difference in total flap necrosis, wound dehiscence, venous congestion between the two groups; the risk of total flap necrosis, wound dehiscence and infection in TRAM group were higher than those in LDF group, and the differences were significant. The risk of seroma in TRAM group was lower than that in LDF group, and the differences were significant. There was no significant difference in fat liquefaction between the two groups; there was no significant difference in the postoperative complications between LDF group and LDF+ prosthesis group; the risk of seroma in LDF+ prosthetic group was higher than that in prosthetic group, and the differences was significant. The risk of prosthetic capsular contracture and prosthesis displacement in LDF+ prosthetic group were lower than those in prosthetic group, and the differences were significant. There was no significant difference in prosthesis exposure and infection between the two groups. Conclusions:DIEP has most of the advantages of TRAM and fewer complications. It plays an important role in breast reconstruction in the future. We should make a choice of breast reconstruction methods according to the patient's conditions as far as possible in clinical practice.

Tamoxifen and letrozole are two of the most effective pharmaceuticals mainly used in hormonal dependent) breast cancer therapy. A trace analytical method using ultra performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) was developed to simultaneously detect these two drugs in both influent) and effluent of municipal sewage treatment plant. Sewage samples were passed through an Oasis HLB cartridge, then an amino solid phase extraction cartridge was connected with Oasis HLB cartridge. Target compounds) was firstly eluted with 6 mL methanol and then 3 mL methanol was used to elute the amino solid phase extraction cartridge, collected and pooled the elutants. After concentration, target compounds were separated) on a BEH C_(18)) column using a gradient elution profile with a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid aqueous) solution and acetonitrile and detected by an electro spray ionization tandem mass spectrometry with multiple reactions monitoring(MRM). Satisfactory linearity(R~2>0.997) was obtained over the range of 1.0-100 μg/L) and 0.1-100 μg/L for tamoxifen and letrozole, respectively, with limits of quantification(LOQ) of 1.0 and 0.1 ng/L. Mean recoveries of two target compounds(spiked in sewage samples at three concentration levels) ranged from 68.8% to 103.0%, with relative standard deviations(RSD) less than 15%. This method can be applied for the analysis of target drugs sewage samples.
