?Objective:To analyze the therapeutic characteristic of mandibular prognathism by means of orthognathic surgery and orthodontic treatment.Methods:125 patients with skeletal mandibular prognathism were treated by intraoral ramus osteotomy or mandibular body osteotomy,They also accepted different preoperative and postoperative orthodoitic treatment according to different surgery.Results: Satisfied results were obtained through combined treatment of orthognathic surgery and orthodontics.The effective rate of intraoral ramus and mandibular body osteotomy was 88.3% and 83.3% respectively .Two patints treated with mandibular body osteotomy relapsed in two years,and mandibular body osteotomy was performed again to correct the diformity.Conclusion:proper pre and postoperative orthodontic treatments are necessary in order to assure asethetics effect and ideal occlusion in new position.

Objective: To investigate the awareness of nutrition and health knowledge among adult residents in Hangzhou City, so as to provide insights into improving human nutrition and health. Methods: The permanent residents at ages of 18 to 64 years were sampled using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method from 13 counties (districts) of Hangzhou City from June to July, 2021. Participants' demographics and awareness of nutrition and health knowledge were collected using the Questionnaire on Nutrition and Health Knowledge among Chinese Adult Residents, and the awareness of nutrition and health knowledge was analyzed among participants with different demographic features. Results: A total of 5 106 questionnaires were allocated, and 4 920 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 96.36%. The respondents included 2 575 men (52.34%) and 2 345 women (47.66%), and had a mean age of (39.89±12.85) years. The median score of nutrition and health knowledge was 67.50 (interquartile range, 16.50) points, and the awareness of nutrition and health knowledge was 24.49%, while the awareness of dietary recommendation, food characteristics, nutrition and disease, food choice and food safety was 15.89%, 16.77%, 54.17%, 26.36% and 60.69%, respectively. The awareness of nutrition and health knowledge was significantly lower among men than among women (21.01% vs. 28.32%, P<0.05), and among urban residents than among rural residents (22.94% vs. 27.34%, P<0.05). There were significant differences in the awareness of nutrition and health knowledge among residents in terms of age, occupation and educational level (P<0.05). Conclusions Age, gender, region, occupation and educational level may affect the awareness of nutrition and health knowledge among adult residents in Hangzhou City. Health education about nutrition and health knowledge requires to be reinforced with adaptations to characteristics of residents.

Acupoints are surface reaction and treatment spots under the pathological conditions which have functions of diagnosis and treatment. For the study of acupoints, we can carry it out from the aspects of structure and function. The two aspects have a close relationship. Structure is the material basis of function, while function is the manifesta-tion of structure. Therefore, the study of acupoints is not only significant to reveal the essence of acupoint, but also has enormous value in the guidance of acu-moxibustion for clinical practice. Staring from the normality of structure and variability of function, we explored the essence of acupoints, and further revealed ordered regulation rule and its biological basis, so that the essence of acupuncture points will be illustrated with scientific evidences.

Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous separation and determination of 10 kinds of sedative hypnotica drugs in the functional food with high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry system.Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 15 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution(0.1% formic acid ),chromatographic column was Zobax SB C 18.Identification was based on the compound's absolute retention time,protonated molecular ion,and representative fragment ion by multiple reaction monitoring.The condition of determination was investigated and optimized.Results With this method,the linear range for the 10 drugs was 10-1 080 ?g/kg,the average recoveries ranged from 80.5%-97.1% and the detection limits were from 0.35-12.0?g/kg respectively.Conclusion The method established in the present paper is applicable to monitoring sedative hypnotica drug in the functional food.

Objective: To examine the correlation between atmospheric PM2.5 and emergency call for respiratory diseases. Methods: The daily emergency call for respiratory and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases was collected from Hangzhou Emergency Medical Center from 2018 to 2020, and meteorological and atmospheric pollutant data were collected from Hangzhou Municipal Center for Ecological and Environmental Monitoring during the same period, including daily mean air temperature, daily mean relative humidity, PM2.5, PM10 and SO2 levels. The correlation between atmospheric PM2.5 and emergency call for respiratory and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases was examined using a generalized additive model, and the risk of emergency call was predicted using excessive risk (ER) and its 95%CI. Results: The daily mean emergency call was 14 (interquartile range, 12) cases for respiratory diseases and 20 (interquartile range, 7) cases for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in Hangzhou City from 2018 to 2020, and the daily mean PM2.5 mass concentration was 29.77 (interquartile range, 21.32) μg/m3. Cumulative exposure to PM2.5 for 5 or 6 d caused the largest effect on the emergency call for respiratory diseases, and an increase in PM2.5 by 10 μg/m3 led to a 1.93% (95%CI: 0.76%-3.11%) rise in the emergency call for respiratory diseases. Cumulative exposure to PM2.5 for 4 d caused the largest effect on the emergency call for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, and an increase in PM2.5 by 10 μg/m3 led to a 1.88% (95%CI: 0.80%-2.97%) rise in the emergency call for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Cumulative exposure to PM2.5 for 7 d caused the largest effect on the emergency call for respiratory diseases among residents aged 60 years and older, and an increase in PM2.5 by 10 μg/m3 led to a 4.37% (95%CI: 2.70%-6.06%) rise in the emergency call for respiratory diseases. Cumulative exposure to PM2.5 for 4 d caused the largest effect on the emergency call for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases among residents aged 60 years and older, and an increase in PM2.5 by 10 μg/m3 led to a 2.44% (95%CI: 0.97%-3.52%) rise in the emergency call for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. However, exposure to PM2.5 had no marked effects on emergency call for respiratory or cardio-cerebrovascular diseases among residents aged <60 years. Conclusions Elevated atmospheric PM2.5 mass concentration may lead to an increase in the daily emergency calls for respiratory and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, notably among residents aged 60 years and older.

This study was aimed to compare the effects of acupuncture stimulation on different acupoints, which included LR14-Qimen, ST25-Tianshu, GB34-Yanglingquanand CO11-pancreas and gallbladder (auricular vagus nerve intensively distributed areas) on gallbladder pressure and Oddi sphincter function of guinea pig, in order to discuss acupuncture effect on different acupoints in the regulation of motor function of extrahepatic biliary system. A total of 20 adult guinea pigs of both sexes were randomly divided into two groups, with 10 in each group. The detection was made on changes of Oddi sphincter electromyography and gallbladder pressure before and after acupuncture. A double-hook electrode was implanted into the Oddi sphincter for the detection of Oddi sphincter electromyography. And one small artificial balloon was put into the gallbladder to measure the intrabiliary pressure. After the guinea pig was anesthetized, changes of gallbladder pressure as well as the electromyography frequency and amplitude index of Oddi sphincter of the normal guinea pig were recorded. When the guinea pig was stabilized, acupuncture was given on LR14, ST25, GB34 and CO11 for 1 min. Observations were made on acupuncture effects of gallbladder pressure and Oddi sphincter function of guinea pig. The results showed that after acupuncture on LR14 and ST25, the electromyography frequency of Oddi sphincter was obviously increased compared with before acupuncture (frequency:P < 0.01, amplitude:P < 0.05); the gallbladder pressure was obviously decreased (P < 0.05). After acupuncture on CO11 and GB34, the electromyography frequency and amplitude index of Oddi sphincter were obviously decreased compared with before acupuncture (P < 0.05); the gallbladder pressure was obviously increased (P < 0.01). It was concluded that acupuncture on LR14 and ST25 can obviously inhibit the movement of gallbladder and promote the myoelectricity release of Oddi sphincter. Acupuncturing on CO11 and GB34 can apparently promote the shrinking movement of gallbladder and inhibit the myoelectricity release of Oddi sphincter.

[Summary] The activities of 17α-hydroxylase and 17,20 lyase of cytochrome P450c17 were evaluated by ELISA in NCI-H295R cells after treatment with palmitate and oleate. The results showed that 0. 75 mmol/L plamitate did not influence the activity of 17α-hydroxylase, but increased the activity of 17, 20 lyase by 74. 3% ( P<0. 05). Oleate at the same concentration did not change the activity of 17,20 lyase. There were no significant changes in the protein expressions of P450c17, P450 oxidoreductase, and cytochrome b5 after treatment with palmitate and oleate. However,reactive oxygen species in cells were elevated by palmitate. The results suggest that exposure to palmitate may increase androgen production by inducing 17, 20 lyase activity of P450c17 in NCI-H295R cells, which is related with oxidative stress-mediated post-translational regulation of the enzyme.

Resveratrol, as a natural polyphenolic compound, has a wide range of beneficial effects, which includes anti-tumor, cardiovascular protection, anti-oxidant and estrogen-like effects, and so on. Its various physiological properties are closely related to the therapeutic principle for prevention and treatment of high altitude hypoxia injury. Resveratrol may play an important role in relieving or curing high altitude diseases, especially high altitude polycythemia(HAPC). However, the literature about study and application of resveratrol in plateau medicine field is rarely reported up to now. In this review, we summarized the physiological effects of resveratrol, discussed the possible main principle of resveratrol for HAPC therapy, and looked forward to resveratrol's perspective or potential application in high altitude medicine.

This study was aimed to choose the best fixing method of electrocardiogram (ECG) measurement in mice by comparison of ECG index in three different fixing ways. Changes of ST amplitude and heart rate in ECG were measured in the self-made mouse sets, tape bundling or breathing anesthesia state. The amplitudes of the ST seg-ment in C57BL6 mice and β1/β2-AR double knockout mice were elevated in tape bundling or breathing anesthesia state in comparison with that in the self-made mouse sets (all P < 0.01). The heart rate under the tape bundling state in C57BL6 mice was significantly faster than that in the self-made mouse sets (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). And the heart rate under anesthesia in β1/β2-AR double knockout mice was significantly slower than that in tape bundling state or the self-made mouse sets (both P < 0.01). It was concluded that relative to the binding and anesthesia method, fixing mouse in the self-made mouse sets, which can more truly reflect the physiological or pathological states, is a relatively good fixing method of ECG measurement in experimental study.
