Protective effects of chlorpromazine on ischemic heart and its mechanisms were investigated in rats with acute myocardial infarction (MI). 30 SD female rats were divided into three groups. the ischemia group, being subjected MI by coronary ligation, the MI+chlorpromazine group and the control. All samples were taken at 2 hours after operation. Objective:To investigate the influential factors of mental health in rural high-school students by structural equation modeling.Methods:447 rural high-school students were tested by Mental Health test,Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check list,Social Support Scale and Trait Coping Style questionnaire,then theoretical model were established and confirmed for the relationships of life events,social support,coping styles and mental health of rural high-school students.Results:The structural equation modeling fitted the data very well(?2/df=3.56,GFI=0.940,AGFI=0.902,NFI= 0.913,CFI=0.901,RMSEA=0.048),the theoretical model suppose was supported by the use of structural equation modeling.Conclusion:Social supports and coping styles have direct influence on mental health of rural high-school students.Life events have indirect influence on mental health through social supports and coping styles.

In order to understand the research status of HUANG Fu-mi's A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, 83 pieces of literature that have been publically published since 1978 were analyzed. A summary was performed according to 7 aspects including version origin, emendation, arrangement and summary, theory discussion, clinical research, value evaluation, the rest questions, etc. It is believed that deep research work has been done on explanations, emendation and translation regarding A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. However, the exploration work on the theory and application is far from enough. Therefore, beginning from historical and cultural background, we should analyze the humanistic spirit of HUANG Fu-mi combined with A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to perform a deep exploration, so we could have a thorough and comprehensive research on HUANG Fu-mi's academic thoughts.

0.05). In 30 eyes of diabetics with phacoemulsification, 11 eyes had new macula edema after surgery and 3 eyes had significant retinal thickening. In 6 eyes with macular edema before surgery, the macular edema were aggravated in 3 eyes after surgery. The macular structural changes were not found in two control groups. Conclusion The thickness of retina is inreased after phacoemulsification in deabetics,and morbidity and its severity of postopevative macular edema are increased as well.

Objective To observe the changes of macula in patients with high myopia after phacoemulsification. Methods In 20 patients with high myopia with ocular axial length≥27 mm, optical coherence tomography (OCT) was performed on the operative and contralateral eyes 1 week before and after monocular phacoemulsification, respectively, and the OCT images of macula of the operative eyes were observed and compared. Results One week before and after phacoemulsification, the mean macular fovea thickness of the patients with high myopia was (131.6?16.37) ?m and (189.75?45.69) ?m, respectively, with a significant difference (t=2.805, P=0.01). Simultaneously, the mean macular fovea thickness of the contralateral eyes was (133.5?15.12) ?m and (133.5?14.63) ?m, respectively, with a non-significant difference (t=1.367, P=0.853). In 20 operative eyes 1 week after phacoemulsification, 3 had vitreous strand around the macula with retinal thickening, 1 had retinoschisis in macular area, and 2 had obvious retinal thickening with slight retinal edema. Conclusion Retinal thickening occurs in the patients with high myopia after phacoemulsification. Traction of retina by vitreous strand or subclinical retinoschisis may occur in some patients.

This article reviews the effects of interleukin, tumor necrosis factor, interferon and transforming growth factor-β in the pathogenesis of uveitis.

The adverse events of cupping therapy are commonly caused by improper manipulation of medical practitioners, ignoring contraindication and patient's constitution. Clinical practitioners should use cupping therapy cautiously, follow strictly the rules of standard manipulation and medical core system, pay attention to the contraindication and take strict precautions against the occurrence of adverse events.

To investigate the problem and solution strategy of the clinical medical education of foreign students by applying the simulation teaching in Ob/Gyn clinical clerkship of foreign students. It demonstrates that combing the simulation teaching for diagnosis and treatment with the heuristic teaching can help the student overcome language barrier, the lack of basic theoretical knowledge and shortage of clinical teaching resources and it's of great significance in clinical medical education of foreign students.

ObjectiveTo identify the differential expressed proteins,and to investigate the relationship between altered expression of annexin A4 during window of implantation [ WOI ( at day-6 after ovulatory day )] in infertile patients with endometriosis and endometrial receptivity.MethodsTwo-dimensional fluorescence differential in-gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE) and matrix-assist laser desorption ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) were used to detect protein expression in endometrial WOI in 10 infertile cases with endometriosis as endometriosis group and 10 infertile cases with tubal factors as control group.The semi-quantitative validation of annexin A4 in the eutopic endometrial tissue during WOI was analyzed by western blot.Results By comparing protein profiles,there were 7 meaningful differential proteins during WOI in infertile patients with endometriosis.One protein with an isoelectric point of 5.84 and relative molecular weight of 36 100 were down regulated 348％ in samples of endometriosis group.It was identified as annexin A4 by mass spectrometry.By western blot,relative intensity of annexin A4 in endometriosis group was 7.2 ±0.9,which was lower than 17.8 ± 2.6 in control group significantly (t =7.654,P =0.002 ).ConclusionLower expresssion of annexin A4 during WOI in infertile patients with endometriosis might be associated with the decrease of endometrial receptivity.

AIM: To develop a new quantitative analysis method for determining diosgenin in Shengmai Freeze-drying Preparation for Injection (Radix Ophiopogonis,etc.)by RP-HPLC with UV detector. METHODS:ODS C_(18) column (5 ?m,4.6 mm?250 mm) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (88∶12).The mobile phase flow rate was 1.0 mL?min~(-1).The detection wavelength was at 204 nm. RESULTS:The linear range of HPLC was 2.46-7.38 ?g(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.3%,RSD was 0.95%(n=9). CONCLUSION:This method is reliable,accurate and suitable for the determination of diosgenin in Shengmai Freeze-(drying) Preparation for Injection.
