1.Role of PET-CT in diagnosis of lung cancer

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies that are life-treatening to human beings.It ranks the first both in morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors.Early diagnosis,accurate staging,proper treatment and improvement of prognosis are the focuses of related studies in recent years.Imaging diagnosis is the main method for diagnosis of lung cancer.The development of imaging diagnosis and the application of advanced techniques such as CT scan,low-dose helical CT scan,MRI,PET and PET-CT ,play a great role in early diagnosis and staging of lung cancer.Recent researches have demonstrated that ET is one of the most efficient non-invasive methods for diagnosis of lung cancers.However,PET has limitation in precise location of the focus.PET-CT integrates the functions of CT and PET together,and is able to locate the focus precisely.This article mainly reviews the value of PET-CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
2.The Bias Estimated and Comparative Research for two Kinds of Cholesterol Reagents

Objective Estimating the determined result bias of two kinds of Cholesterol reagents,in order to research Comparability of results between different reagent method.Methods According to the file of NCCLS EP9-A of America,take 8 clinical serum samples every day,which conclude high、middle and low result samples,analyze each samples twice a day for 5 days,recorded results,analyzed the statistics.,to evaluate the bias estimation of two kinds reagents.According to contrast results,calibration for antomation system(c.f.a.s)taking two kinds calibration cost and using mixed human serum as calibration article,perform the same procedure described above but add 10 samples everyday.which conclude high、middle and low result samples,then statistics analysis was performed.Results The bias rate of two kinds reagents was 5.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions When changed regent or c.f.a.s in a clinical serum sample comparison experiment,for Cholesterol reagents from different company,c.f.a.s cannot take single calibration values,and cannot emendate the values of calibration serum only by the reply result from a single external quality assessment.Taking the mixed human serum calibrated by reference method as calibration values,which values can correct the determined bias caused by different regent.
3.Wu Liangcun’s Analysis about Clinical Experience of Ovarian Cancer’s Treatment

Objective] To summarize national famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine-Wu Liangcun ’s experience about the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer. [Method] By studying and following Professor Wu Liangcun to diagnose, this paper discusses Professor Wu ’s academic views and clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer respectively from the aspects such as etiology and pathogenesis, and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. It expounds the characteristics of his prescription and also gives proven cases. [Result]Professor Wu Liangcun proposes that the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is mainly congenital deficiency and physical weakness resulted from cold coagulation, qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegmatic hygrosis. All these remain a standstill, gather together and become a disease. He uses the syndrome differentiation method to divide the common ovarian cancer into four types:blood stasis and vital energy retardation, phlegm dampness condensation, deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, asthenia of qi and blood. In the treatment, he organically combines the dialectics and the differentiation of disease; In the selection of drugs, he streamlines the prescription and the drug, which maximizes the efforts of the drugs and has good efforts in clinic.[Conclusion] Professor Wu Liangcun is good at making a diagnosis and giving treatment of ovarian cancer in combination with disease and syndrome, and he uses medicine flexibly. It has a very good effect and practical value for guiding clinic, and it should be promoted.
4.Progress in the prevention and management of surgical site infections following spinal surgery

Surgical site infection (SSI)following spinal surgery is the most common complications, which is devastating for both the patient and the surgeon.There is strong evidence in the literature that opti-mizing specific preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative variables can significantly lower the risk of developing an SSI.Evidence-based approach will allow surgeons to minimize the risk of SSI and,therefore, significantly improve patient care.Here,we review the current evidence.
5.Challenge and present status of fecal microbiota transplantation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a subtype of inflammatory bowel disease. Its pathogenesis is not clear and the pathogenesis is complex. Moreover, it is recurrent and its healing is delayed. It is a kind of refractory disease. Its incidence and recurrence rate showed a trend of increasing year by year in our country at present. At the present stage, the main treatment focuses on glucocorticoids, aminosalicylic acid, immunosuppressor and biological agent. Although biological agent can greatly improve the efficacy, there are many problems in clinical treatment for a small amount of refractory patients. The comprehensive intervention combined with non-drug treatment should be performed, so as to achieve the curative effect. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) has attracted people′s attention in recent years. It displays a certain therapeutic effect on the treatment of UC in the active stage, especially refractory recurrent UC. Therefore, the domestic and overseas FMT treatment are summarized in the paper.

Autophagy is a biological process in which cells maintain homeostasis through degradation of cytoplasmic macromolecules and damaged organelles by membrane vesicle structure .Autophagy plays a critical role in maintai-ning survival of intestinal epithelial cells during intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction .A negative regulator of auto-phagy may lead to intestinal inflammation and tumorigenesis .

To evaluate the clinical value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) in estimation of LV regional diastolic function in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). The moving peak tissue velocity of LV wall in long axis direction during isovolumic relaxation (V IR ), early diastole (V E), atrial contraction (V A), and V E/V A ratio were measured and calculated by QTVI in 30 patients suffering from CAD and 40 healthy individuals. The results of QTVI were also compared with mitral valve peak flow velocities during early diastole (E), atrial contraction (A), and E/A ratio. 8.Research progress in internal mammary lymph node irradiation for breast cancer

Internal mammary lymph node irradiation (IMLNI) could reduce local recurrence and distant recurrence and improve survival.The NCCN Guidelines have updated the recommends in IMLNI.However, the relative toxicities of IMLNI to the heart and lungs should be carefully considered by clinicians, so individualized indications for IMLNI are needed.Internal mammary sentinel lymph node biopsy (IM-SLNB) could be an accurate technique to guide IMLNI with minimally invasive staging, and provide more survival benefits to patients.This article reviews the benefits of IMLNI, controls of the side effect, and discussion of IMLNI guided by IM-SLNB.
9.Observation on the effect of carboprost suppositories retention on the treatment of puerpera with mazischesis

Objective To explore the effect of CarboprostSuppositories retention on the treatment of puerpera with mazischesis, summarize the clinical experience of intervention.Methods 40 puerperas with mazischesis were given CarboprostSuppositories intervention, and were classified as the observation group;40 puerperas with mazischesis were given the routine intervention(normal saline and oxytocin), and were classified as the control group.All the study objects were from the second affiliated hospital of Wenzhou medical university from January 2016 to January 2017.Results The natural childbirth rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The tedori placenta was lower than that in the control group;The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the third stage of labor was shorter than that in the control group.The differences in the above data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Which CarboprostSuppositories is used on the treatment of mazischesis in pregnant women can shorten the third stage of labor, reduce the amount of bleeding, and promote natural childbirth,the adverse reaction is less.
10.The value of echocardiography for early diagnosis of dose cardiac muscle contusion in piss

Objective To study the value of two-dimensional Echocardiography(2DE)and doppler tissue synchronization imaging (TSI) during early diagnosis of close myocardial contusion.Methods 9 small Guizhou-Panama pigs were used.The close myocardial contusion animal model was successfully established by using the serf made small impactor.Echocardiography wag applied before and after injury for 0.5,2,4,8 and 12h respectively,these data were analyzed together with the TYC pathological results.Results After the strike for 0.5h,the location and area of the damage call be directly and rapidly shown by 2DE and TSI,which showed that after myocardial contusion (MC),main damaged areas are anterior and lateral myocardial walls.After myocardial contusion MC,three echocardiography techniques were used to observe the scale of the abnormal segment,the movement of the myocardial wall,Time tO Peak of Systolic Velocity and wall motion segmental inter(WMSI),Time to Peak of Systolic Velocity index(TPI),which all were increased than that pre-injury.Conclusion 2DE and TSI can be used for accurately early diagnosis of the location of myocardial contusion.TSI is more specific for the diagnosis of myocardial contusion.
