1.Laparoscopic surgery in gynecological malignant tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(8):618-621
Laparoscopic surgery is widely used in the treatment of gynecological malignancies, including the radical surgery or staging surgery of early cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. Its feasibility and safety of clinical practice in gynecologic malignancies has been approved, and the postoperative follow-up results indicate that the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery is similar to open surgery. But the laparoscopic surgery treatment of gynecological malignancies is still in dispute. The research will focus on the affects of pneumoperitoneum to the malignant behavior of tumor cells and the mechanism about implantation metastasis of puncture site in future.
2.Mesenchymal stem cells and tumor biological treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(4):254-257
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are oonsidered as the ideal engineering cells because of their accesibility, their in vitro amplification capacity, low immunogenicity and their tendency toward the tissues. Modification of these cells to express specific anti-cancer molecules or to be a vector for targeted anticancer therapy become a hotspot of biological therapy in recent years. The continual development of MSC study shows great advantage as biological treatment on tumor.

Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2009;6(2):99-101
Background and Objective Hyperlipidemia is one of the most potent and best substantiated risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD). Purified Salvia miltiorrhiza extract (PSME) had been shown to have hypolipidemic effect in animal experiments. This study aimed to evaluate its iipids modulating effects in hyperlipidemic patients. Methods In this single-blind, placebo controlled study, lipid profiles of 80 hyperlipidemic patients were checked at same conditions. They were divided into two equal groups randomly (each composing of 40 patients). They were given PSME tablet (800 mg) three times per day, or placebo tablet. All patients were put on NCEP type Ⅱ diet and six weeks later, lipid profiles were checked. Results In PSME group, total cholesterol decreased by 27.32 mg/dl (12.3% reduction), LDL-cholesterol decreased by 23.13 mg/dl (16.8% reduction) and HDL-cholesterol increased by 9.06 mg/dl (11.1%), all were statistically significant. Although triglyceride dropped by 12.12 mg/dl (5.1%) but this was not significant statistically (P=-0.34). There were no significant changes oflipids levels in the placebo group. Conclusions PSME has significant favorable effect on total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and HDL-cholesterol and may be a potential agent for the treatment ofatherogenic dyslipidemia.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Recent studies show that cholecystokinin, a brain-gut peptide, also locates in lung tissues in many animals. Cholecystokinin in lung tissues participates in the modulation of the tone of the tracheae and the pulmonary vessels. It also regulates the breathing pattern as a nerve transmitter in the respiratory center. This paper discusses the location and the biological role of cholecystokinin in lung tissues and focuses on its part during lung diseases.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(13):1744-1747
OBJECTIVE:To study the relationship between cisplatin-resistant of human ovarian cancer cells (SKOV3) and Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) under hypoxia. METHODS:Immunofluorescence method was used to detect the TLR9 expression in rupture and intact membranes SKOV3. SKOV3 was taken, adding cisplatin, then CCK-8 was used to detect cell inhibition rate af-ter 6,12,24 h of added into TLR9 specific agonists CpG-ODN 2006 (group A) and its isotype control CpG-ODN 2006 control (group B). SKOV3 or SKOV3 pretreated by 0(not added),1,10,102,103 μmol/L TLR9 specific antagonist chloroquine for 3 h were taken, adding cisplatin, cell inhibition rate was detected after 24 h of added into SKOV3 normoxia(21% O2),hypoxia(1%O2)incubating 6,12,24 h,HICR under hypoxia in pretreatment was calculated. Western blot method was used to detect the multi-drug resistance associated protein(MRP)expression in SKOV3 under the conditions of normoxia 24 h cell supernatant(group C), hypoxia 24 h cell supernatant(group D),hypoxia 24 h cell supernatant+10 μmol/L chloroquine(group E). RESULTS:TLR9 was expressed in both cell membrane and cytoplasm of SKOV3. Compared with group A,cell inhibition rate in group B was decreased (P<0.01). Compared with normoxia cell supernatant, cell inhibition rate was decreased after hypoxia cell supernatant (P<0.05). Compared with not added chloroquine, adding 10,102 μmol/L chloroquine can obviously decrease HICR(P<0.01),and the most significant decrease was showed when using hypoxia 24 h cell supernatant+10 μmol/L chloroquine. Compared with group C,MRP expression in group D was strengthened (P<0.01);compared with group D,MRP expression in group E was weakened (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:TLR9 receptors can be activated under hypoxia, and cause SKOV3 to cisplatin-resistance,the effect may be related with up-regulating MRP expression.

Objective To examine the hemodynamic changes and oxygen metabolism during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) .Methods Twenty patients (18 male, 2 female) aged (60?8)yr, weighing (71?9)kg undergoing OPCABG were studied. The patients were premedicated with diazepam 10 mg PO 2h before operation and morphine 10 mg and scopolamine 0.3 mg im 30 min before operation. Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.1-0.2 mg?kg-1, fentanyl 5-10 ug?kg-1 and vecuronium 0.12-0.15 mg?kg-1 and maintained with 0.5%-2% isoflurane inhalation, fentanyl 10-20 ug?kg-1 and intermittent iv boluses of vecuronium and in some patients propofol infusion. Radial artery was cannulated. Swan-Ganz catheter was placed via internal jugular vein into pulmonary artery. Hemodynamic parameters including MAP, HR, cardiac index (CI), stroke volume (SV), MPAP, PCWP, SVR, left ventricle stroke work index (LVSWI) and RVSWI; oxygen metabolism including oxygen delivery (DO2) , oxygen consumption (VO2) and oxygen extraction ratio (ERO2); regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rSCO2) and arterial blood lactate level (ABL) were measured and recorded before skin incision (A), when pericardium was incised before operation on the heart (B), during operation on the heart (C), 10 min after operation on the heart (D) and at the end of surgery (E) . Results During surgical manipulation on the heart (C) MAP, SV and CI decreased while CVP and HR increased, but the decrease in CI and SV was not significant. During manipulation on the heart(C) DO2 decreased whereas ERO2 increased, but there was no significant change in VO2. After manipulation on the heart (D) DO2 and ERO2 returned to the pre-manipulation level. Arterial blood lactate concentration increased at E. Conclusion OPCABG can be performed uneventfully under our general anesthetic regimen. During operation while the beating heart is being manipulated MAP tends to decrease while CVP and HR increase. The changes are of short duration and do not result in any serious consequeaces.

A new sonographic pattern of fetal hydrocephalus-midline-waved sign, and its mechanism were reported in this paper. When the abdominal wall of the pregnant woman was percussed by hand during ultrasound examination, the wave of midline echo was observed on sonoimage. The diagnosis of hydro-cephalus was made by this sign in all 12 fetuses, and confirmed by autopsy. No dilatation of the cerebral ventricle was observed in 5 out of 12 fetuses. It would be difficult to make the diagnosis of hy-drocephalus would previous diagnostic criteria be used. This sign is negative in normal fetuses, therefore-this finding has the practical value in the early and differential diagnoses of hydrocephalus.
