Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(12):-
Objective:To observe the effect of oral health through periodontal sealing and oral hygiene education on the peri- odontal disease patients undergoing fixing orthodontics. Methods:81 periodontal disease subjects who had been cured or con- troled effectively were divided randomly into two groups. The experimental group:oral hygiene education and sealing one time every month. The control group:underwent oral hygiene education. Dental plaque index (PLI),gingival index (GI) and mobility (M) were examined at four times:before orthordontics,at 4 month.8 month and the end of treatment. X-ray picture before treatment and after treatment were contrasted.Datas were analysed with statistics. Results:Slatistics analysis dissovered that the PLI and the GI was remarkably different between the experimental group and the control group (P

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(05):-
Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia disease in the clinical works, and endangers the public health seriously. With the development of AAD and ABL,we have made a great progress in AF's prevention and treatment. However, the literature and research about the non-disease causes of lone AF are very rare. So,the article will make a system review and summary about it,in order to instruct the lone AF's primary prevention.
4.Efficacy of amiodarone in preventing reperfusion ventricular fibrillation in patients undergoing cardiac surgery
Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2021;37(3):168-172
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of amiodarone in preventing reperfusion ventricular fibrillation (RVF) in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. Methods:This study searched the databases of CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, Cochrane, Embase, Web of Knowledge and PubMed, and searched the related research of amiodarone to prevent RVF in cardiac surgery patients, the time was until December 2019. Meta analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software according to established standards. Results:The study included six studies (incorporating 514 patients). According to different intervention methods, 514 patients were divided into three groups, 196 in the amiodarone group, 153 in the lidocaine group, and 165 in the placebo group. The incidence of RVF was significantly lower in the amiodarone group than in the control group ( RR: 0.64, 95% CI: 0.47-0.86, P=0.003, I2=49%), but there was no significant difference between the amiodarone group and the lidocaine group( RR: 1.03, 95% CI: 0.48-2.22, P=0.94, I2=74%). Compared with the control group, amiodarone reduced the defibrillation frequency of RVF, but the difference was not statistically significant ( RR: 0.90, 95% CI: 0.68-1.20, P=0.48, I2=0). There was no difference in the number of defibrillation of RVF between the lidocaine group and the amiodarone groups ( RR: 1.50, 95% CI: 0.90-2.52, P=0.12, I2=38%). Conclusion:Compared with the control group, amiodarone can significantly reduce the incidence of RVF in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

7.Reflections on the Operating Mechanism of Experimental Teaching in Preclinical Period
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
To find a good model for experimental teaching in medical college we established five experimental teaching centers five years ago,and up to now the experimental teaching centers are operated well, and the teaching environment has been improved, the teaching cost has been reduced, and teachers'research abilities enhanced. What's more, the students'hands-on abilities are well developed, and more attention has been paid to experimental teaching.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate(PKRP).Methods A total of 56 patients with symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) underwent the PKRP.The weight of the prostate ranged 36~110 g(mean,50.3?26.4 g).All the patients were followed for 1~6 months postoperatively. Results The duration of the procedure was 25~100 min(mean,56?26 min),the weight of resected prostate was 10~89 g(mean,50?22 g),and the intraoperative blood loss,35~200 ml(mean,75?49 ml).No transurethral resection syndrome occurred. On 1,3,and 6 postoperative months of follow-up,the peak flow rate(Qmax) increased from 6.7?2.9 ml/s preoperatively to 17.4?5.1 ml/s,20.8?3.9 ml/s,and 21.6?4.6 ml/s,respectively,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS) decreased from 23.2?3.8 preoperatively to 6.9?1.7,6.1?2.1,and 5.9?1.5,respectively,and the quality of life(QOL) decreased from 5.7?1.5 preoperatively to 2.7?0.7,2.4?0.5,and 1.9?0.9,respectively.The differences between pre-and post-operative periods in the three indicators were all statistically significant(P
9. The regulatory effects of quercetin combined with DDP on Bcl-2 and Bax expressions in transplanted lung adeno-carcinoma in mice and their significance
Tumor 2008;28(5):386-389
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effects of quercetin combined with DDP on the growth of transplanted lung adenocarcinoma LA795 cells in T739 mice and detect the expression levels of Bel-2 and Bax and apoptotic index to explore the action mechanism for the combination therapy. Methods: Thirty-two T739 mice inoculated with LA795 lung adenocarcinoma cells were randomly divided into four groups with 8 mice in each group: control group (A), DDP treatment group (B), quercetin treatment group (C), DDP plus quercetin treatment group (D). The tumor growth was observed on day 16 after drug administration. All mice were sacrificed on day 24 after inoculation. The weight and volume of transplanted tumors were recorded. The expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax were quantified using immunohistochemical method and image analyzing system. The apoptotic index of transplanted tumors was measured by TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) method. Results: The growth of transplanted tumors in groups B, C, and D were significantly inhibited. The weight of tumor body in the three groups were markedly lower than that of group A. The tumor inhibitory rates were 38.57%, 26.03%, and 51.58% in groups B, C, and D, respectively. The inhibitory effect of quercetin combined with DDP on tumor growth was enhanced compared with quercetin or DDP alone treatment. The expression of Bcl-2 was significantly higher but Bax was significantly lower in group A compared with group B, C, and D. The difference between the drug therapy groups and control group was significant (P< 0.05 or P<0.01). The apoptotic index was significantly increased in the three drug therapy groups compared with control group and the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The combination therapy for quercetin plus DDP significantly suppresses the growth of lung adenocarcinoma cells in mice. The action mechanism may be due to regulation of Bcl-2 and Bax expressions, thereby, inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(03):-
The 5'-flanking region of the human ?-fetoprotein(AFP) gene contains transcriptional regulatory sequences(TRSs) which up-regulate AFP gene expression with cell-specific enhancer activity in hepatoma cells. A couple of primers(Primerl: 5'-TGCAAGCTTATGATTCCCAAATATC-3'; Primer 2: 5'-GTCGAATTCGTGGCCTGGA TAAAGCTGAGT-3') were designed for synthesis and purification according to the known sequences of 5'-flanking region. AFPTRSs of 416 base pairs were amplified from human chromosome DNA by PCR, The identification of the AFPTRSs was confirmed to be consistent with reported sequences. The AFPTRSs can be applied to regulating the specific expression of cytokines in hepatoma cells.
