1.Interpretation of“European Evidence Based Consensus on Surgery for Ulcerative Colitis”
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(12):705-707
The goal of the consensus initiated by the European Crohn’s and Colitis organisation(ECCO)was to establish the European consensus guidelines for surgical treatment of ulcerative colitis. The consensus covered four parts:the preoperative phase, intraoperative phase, postoperative phase and special situations. This consensus guideline was published in“Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis”and posted on the websites of ECCo in 2015. Interpretation of main points of this consensus was presented in this paper.

Objective:To explore diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) combined esophageal electro‐physiological examination (EEE) for sick sinus syndrome (SSS) .Methods :A total of 74 cases suspecting SSS ,who presented 24h mean heart rate <55 beats/min in DCG ,were selected .After DCG examination ,all subjects received EEE . Diagnostic value of single and combined examinations wereexplored .Results:Compared withthe SSS positive rate of single DCG and single EEE(87.8% ,86.5% ) ,theSSS positive rate ofDCG combined EEE(97.3% ) was sig‐nificantly rose ,P<0.05 both .Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram combined esophageal electrophysiological ex‐amination can evaluate sinus node function from different angles ,which can significantlyincrease SSS diagnose rat .

4.Tenascin(TN) expressions and its effect in salivary gland tumor
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To detect tenascin(TN) expressions and its effect in salivary gland tumor. Methods:The expressions of TN was examined in 8 chronic inflammations of salivary glands, 50 benign adenomas and 57 malign adenomas by Envision immunohistochemical technique. Results:Expression level of TN in the malign adenomas was higher than that in benign adenoma and chronic sialadenitis; higher in low differentiation than that in high differentiation and higher in lymphatic metastasis groups than that without lymphatic metastasis groups. No obviously difference was found between soakage inside the blood vessel and nerves and without soakage. Conclusion: TN might regulate cell attachment of epithelial cells in adenomas, and involve in adenomas' histogenesis and development.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of a double action MR contrast agent——gadobenate dimeglumine (Gd-BOPTA) for focal liver lesion and biliary system disease. Methods Articles about Gd-BOPTA in CNKI and PubMed for the past few years were searched and the value of Gd-BOPTA in the diagnosis of focal liver lesion and biliary system disease was summarized. Results For focal liver lesion,Gd-BOPTA not only can reveal blood supply of the lesion, but also reveal the hepatocellular functional status in the lesion. For biliary system, biliary excretion of Gd-BOPTA can be used to evaluate the anatomic structure of bile duct, function of gallbladder and biliary system disease. Conclusions Gd-BOPTA has an important value in the diagnosis of focal liver lesion and biliary system disease.Gd-BOPTA may have wider applications in the future.

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Polygala fallax. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as 3-O?-D-glucopyranosyl senegenic acid(Ⅰ),tenuifolin(Ⅱ),presenegenin(Ⅲ),1,7-dimethoxy-2,3-methylenedioxy xanthone(Ⅳ),sinapinic acid(Ⅴ),ferulic acid(Ⅵ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅲ—Ⅵ are isolated from P.fallax for the first time.Compound Ⅰ is a new triterpenoid saponin, named fallaxsaponin A.

Objective To discuss fluvastatin intervention on ventricular remodeling and plasma brain natri-uretic peptide( BNP) levels in dilated cardiomyopathy( DCM) .Methods 64 cases of DCM patients were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and control group, each group in 32 cases. Both groups were treated with conventional drug therapy, including angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,β-blockers, diuretics, etc.In conven-tional drug treatment intervention group based on the use of fluvastatin 40mg/d.Intervention in both groups before and 6 months after the intervention, plasma BNP levels were examined and ventricular remodeling indicators, analyzed and compared using Pearson Univariate correlation of each index. Results The total efficiency of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(87.51%vs 65.63%,χ2 =4.730,P<0.05);6 months after the interven-tion groups, plasma BNP levels were significantly decreased left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and relative wall thickness(RWT) were significantly improvements.BNP levels and LVEF and RWT was negatively correlated( r=-0.45,-0.39,all P<0.05);Positively correlated with LVESD and LVEDD showed(r=0.35,0.44,all P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Fluvastatin intervention can significantly reduce plasma BNP levels in DCM and improve ventricular remodeling.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of posterior fossa hemangioblastoma. Methods The data of 44 cases with posterior fossa hemangioblastoma verified by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Preoperative definite diagnosis cases were 41.Total tumor removal was achieved in 37 cases. Four cases died of the operation. Conclusions Posterior fossa solid hemangioblastoma are still challenging neoplasmas. For this kind of tumor, biopsy and partial removal are forbidden, and this tumor is removed after devascularity of supply blood artery.CT and MRI are major preoperatively diagnosis method for posterior fossa hemangioblastoma. The application of special microsurgical technique can improve surgical efficacy.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish the performance management system in the dispensing department of hospital. METHODS: The quantified assessment criteria as well as the method of vertical and omnidirectional assessment were established, The result of assessment was closely related to the personal reward. The evaluation and feedback of performance management were strengthened. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: After the realization of performance management, the performance of both individuals and the dispensing department have been greatly enhanced. The performance quality is evidently improved, as well as the extent of satisfaction from patients, hospital staffs and people in charge.
