Objective:To probe the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of Wendan Decoction in combination with Clozapine for treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:Three groups were set up in the study,30 cases in each.The group Ⅰ were treated with Wendan Decoction,group Ⅱ with Wendan decoction plus Clozapine,and the control group with Clozapine.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)were used for evaluation of the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction.Results:The markedly effective rate was 70% and the effective rate was 30% in group Ⅱ,36.6% and 50% in the group Ⅰ,and 43.6% and 56.4% in the control group respectively.The adverse reactions in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were less than those in the control group.Conclusion:Wendan Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on schizophrenia and the combined treatment has better therapeutic effect with high safety.It can improve symptoms and reduce the dosage of antipsychotics and the incidence of EPS.

Objective To present our experience with the management of symptomatic ureteral calculi during pregnancy and to compare the effi?cacy of two treatments:double?J stent insertion and ureteroscopy. Methods In a retrospective study between January 2007 and January 2015,38 pregnant women were treated for symptomatic ureteral calculi in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups based on whether they re?ceived double?J stent insertion(n=21)or ureteroscopic lithotripsy(n=17). We collected and compared the patients 'characteristics and treat?ment outcomes,such as success ratio,rate of complications,surgical time,medical costs,and hospitalization time. Results In the double?J group, the insertion of a double?J stent was possible for 17 of 21 patients(success rate,81.0%). In the ureteroscopy group,15 of 17 patients had complete calculi fragmentation(success rate,88.2%). Complications in the double?J stent retention group were slightly higher than in the ureteroscopic litho?tripsy group. The medical costs and hospitalization time required to perform ureteroscopic lithotripsy were significantly higher compared to double?J stent insertion. Patients in the double?J group contended with stones after delivery. Conclusion Both of double?J stent insertion and ureteroscopic lithotripsy are effective for the treatment of symptomatic ureteral calculi during pregnancy. The success rate of ureteroscopy ,which can directly dis?rupt stones,was higher. However,double?J stent insertion costs less and is simple and convenient. The technique that is chosen to be performed de?pends on the patient's practical situation and personal preference.

Objective:To analyze the influences of azithromycinantibiotic combined glucocorticoids on the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and inflammatory cytokines levels as well as the clinical effect of severe pneumonia mycoplasma.Methods:112 children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with azithromycinantibiotic,while the patients in the observation group were treated with glucocorticoid on the basis of the control group.Then the levels of ESR,LDH,isoenzyme MB (CK-MB),creatine kinase (CK),aspertate aminotransferase (AST),c-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin 6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-o (TNF-α),CD4+ and CD8+,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of ESR,LDH,CK-MB,CK,AST,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and CD8+ in the two groups decreased,which were lower in the observation group than those of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+ in both groups increased,which was higher in the observation group than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough relief,lung rale of observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with glucocorticoids was more effective than azithromycin alone in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia with high safety,which could obviously relieve the myocardial injury and inflammatory response,enhance the immune function.

Objective To provide an optimal working process for crossmatching by full-automatic blood typing instrument.Methods Two workflows were applied to crossmatch test by full-automatic blood typing instrument.One was diluting red blood cells of donor samples to concentrate of 1%,the other was detecting directly the donor′s packed red blood cells.Compared consistency and processing time of the two different workflows.Results Cross match results of two workflows were consistent well(U=0,P>0.05).The average processing times before testing and undergoing testing were not significantly different(t=0.692,t=0.562,P>0.05),whereas the average processing times after testing and throughout testing were significantly different(t=146.485,t=67.053,P<0.05).Conclusion The workflow of diluting donor′s sample before testing saved processing time and better suits hospital having a large quantity of specimens.

Objective:To compare the efficacy on root canal debridement of three ultrasonic units Odontoson-M, P-MAX and Spartan. Methods: Extracted healthy premolars with one single straight canal were used. The canals were prepared by step-down technique. After preparation, the canals were received ultrasonic irrigation and split longitudinally. Debris scores were calculated after photographing with a digital camera. The number of visible open dentinal tubules were evaluated by SEM. Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of hepatogenic diabetes.Methods The fasting and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,fasting sertum insulin,glutamate decarboxylase antibody,insulin release index (IRI)and insulin sensitivity index(ISI)Was determined and analyzed in 135 liver cirrhosis patients.Results The incidence of hepatogenic diabetes wag 39.3%(53/135)in liver cirrhosis patients.The incidence of hepatogenic diabetes in post hepatitis C liver cirrhosis patients(53.3%.16/30)was muchh igher than that in post hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients(37.1%,26/70)and alcohofic liver cirrhosis patients(31.4%.11/35)(P＜0.01).The fasting serum insulin,IRI and the positivity rate of glutamate decarboxylase antibody was much higher in hepatogenic diabetes than that in controls(P＜0.01),and ISl was much lower than that in controls(P＜0.01).Conclusions The development of hepatogenic diabetics is relsted with the etiological factor of liver cirrhosis.Besides impairment of the hepatocellular function and insulin resistance,viral infection and immunologic derangement and so on results in impairment of beta cell of islet function.Relative or absolute deficiency of insulin secretion is an important influential factor in the development of hepatogenic diabetics.
