1.Laparoscopic surgery in gynecological malignant tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(8):618-621
Laparoscopic surgery is widely used in the treatment of gynecological malignancies, including the radical surgery or staging surgery of early cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. Its feasibility and safety of clinical practice in gynecologic malignancies has been approved, and the postoperative follow-up results indicate that the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery is similar to open surgery. But the laparoscopic surgery treatment of gynecological malignancies is still in dispute. The research will focus on the affects of pneumoperitoneum to the malignant behavior of tumor cells and the mechanism about implantation metastasis of puncture site in future.
2.Mesenchymal stem cells and tumor biological treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(4):254-257
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are oonsidered as the ideal engineering cells because of their accesibility, their in vitro amplification capacity, low immunogenicity and their tendency toward the tissues. Modification of these cells to express specific anti-cancer molecules or to be a vector for targeted anticancer therapy become a hotspot of biological therapy in recent years. The continual development of MSC study shows great advantage as biological treatment on tumor.
3.Expressions of TTF-1,MHC-1 in thyroid of autoimmune thyroid diseases
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
Expression of major histocompatibility complex class 1(MHC-1)and thyroid specific transcription factor-1(TTF-1)in thyroid follicular epithelia of Graves'disease and Hashimoto's thyroiditis measured by immunohistochemistry technique were all significantly increased as compared with those in normal controls, suggesting that TTF-1 and MHC-1 seem to contribute to the development of autoimmune thyroid diseases.

This study is to establish the gastric hot model of rats. After gastric feeding with ethanol solution for 3 weeks and feeding with extra capsaicin and ethanol solution for another 2 weeks, model group show distinct physical sign of gastric hot syndrome. The pathology of gastrics reveals gastricism of model group, while treatment group (treat with Zuojin Wan) shows mild lesion. Elisa detection of model group show that the solution of interleukin-2 (IL-2) is higher than the blank group. The obvious difference among model group, treatment group and blank group reveals the success of the establishment of gastric hot model.

This study is to establish the gastric cold model of rats. After gastric feeding with cold water for 5 weeks and extra iced water bath in the last 2 weeks, model group show distinct physical sign of gastric cold syndrome. The pathology of gastrics reveals gastricism of model group, while treatment group(treated with Fanzuojin Wan) show mild lesion. Elisa detection of model group show that the solution of interleukin-2 (IL-2) is higher than blank group. The difference with significance among model group, treatment group and blank group reveals the success of the establishment of gastric cold syndrome.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(4):409-412
In the book of Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion by CHENG Dan-an, direct moxibustion with moxa cone was regarded as a classic style of moxibustion because of its innate character of heat induced thermal stimulus and burn toxin. CHENG Dan-an made the quantity of moxibustion more controllable through the selection of moxa wool, the size and number of moxa cones, and the tightness of moxa cones, etc. CHENG Dan-an 's clinical experience is summarized through treating stubborn and infectious diseases with direct moxibustion with moxa cone. The results showed that only with understanding the characteristics of moxibustion and key pathological mechanism of suitable disease could direct moxibustion with moxa cone and the appropriate methods be performed correctly. CHENG Dan-an confirmed the clinical effect of treating stubborn and intectious diseases with direct contact moxibustion with moxa cone, and optimized the specific operation scheme of direct moxibustion with moxa cone. It tell us that we should deeply study on moxibustion, to make it wide spread in the hereafter, bring benefit to mankind.

Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2009;6(2):99-101
Background and Objective Hyperlipidemia is one of the most potent and best substantiated risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD). Purified Salvia miltiorrhiza extract (PSME) had been shown to have hypolipidemic effect in animal experiments. This study aimed to evaluate its iipids modulating effects in hyperlipidemic patients. Methods In this single-blind, placebo controlled study, lipid profiles of 80 hyperlipidemic patients were checked at same conditions. They were divided into two equal groups randomly (each composing of 40 patients). They were given PSME tablet (800 mg) three times per day, or placebo tablet. All patients were put on NCEP type Ⅱ diet and six weeks later, lipid profiles were checked. Results In PSME group, total cholesterol decreased by 27.32 mg/dl (12.3% reduction), LDL-cholesterol decreased by 23.13 mg/dl (16.8% reduction) and HDL-cholesterol increased by 9.06 mg/dl (11.1%), all were statistically significant. Although triglyceride dropped by 12.12 mg/dl (5.1%) but this was not significant statistically (P=-0.34). There were no significant changes oflipids levels in the placebo group. Conclusions PSME has significant favorable effect on total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and HDL-cholesterol and may be a potential agent for the treatment ofatherogenic dyslipidemia.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(4):95-97
Objective To determine content of Salidroside in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus at different growth stages and in different regions in Zhejiang Province by HPLC; To provide the basis for more rational, efficient extraction of Salidroside from Ligustri Lucidi Fructus. Methods The Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (10:90); flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength was 220 nm; column temperature was set at room temperature; injection volume was 20μL.Results Salidroside was in good linear range within 0.71–3.55μg (r=0.999 4). The recovery rate of Salidroside was 95.6%–98.6% and the average recovery rate was 96.88%, RSD was 1.32% (n=5).Conclusion The content of Salidroside in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus gradually decreased with the extending of growing season. The contents of Salidroside were different at different growth stages and in different regions.
10.Cholecystokinin and lung

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Recent studies show that cholecystokinin, a brain-gut peptide, also locates in lung tissues in many animals. Cholecystokinin in lung tissues participates in the modulation of the tone of the tracheae and the pulmonary vessels. It also regulates the breathing pattern as a nerve transmitter in the respiratory center. This paper discusses the location and the biological role of cholecystokinin in lung tissues and focuses on its part during lung diseases.
