1.The clinical curative effect of labetalol in treatment of pregnancy hypertension and the influence on the out-come of delivery

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of labetalol in treatment of pregnancy hypertension and the influence on the outcome of delivery.Methods 110 patients with pregnancy hypertension from July 2013 to July 2015 in Boai Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was given labetalol on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,birth outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results (1)After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure in the observation group were (67.95 ±4.87)mmHg and (134.62 ±11.82)mmHg,which were lower than pre -treat-ment,the differences were statistically significant (t =7.435,9.224,all P <0.05).Those in the control group after treatment were (91.22 ±3.52)mmHg and (151.69 ±14.68)mmHg,which were significantly lower than before treat-ment (t =4.109,5.240,all P <0.05),the differences between the two groups after treatment were statistically signif-icant (P <0.05).(2)Neonatal Apgar score of the observation group was (9.33 ±0.76)points,which was signifi-cantly higher than (7.85 ±0.85)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t =5.108,P <0.05).The incidence rates of cesarean section,neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage of the ob-servation group were 43.64%,3.64%,5.45%,3.64%,which were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =8.942,19.057,14.122,16.936,all P <0.05).Conclusion The use of labetalol in treatment of patients with hypertension of pregnancy can significantly reduce the blood pressure level and birth's score,improve maternal birth outcomes,which is worth clinical promotion.
2.The effects of DNA ploidy measurement on pathologic diagnosis of limbus epithelial neoplasms

An apparatus of true color medical photometric analysis, a quantitative pathologic technique, was adopted to measure DNA ploidy content in 51 cases with limbus epithelial neoplasm. According to the DNA pattern, the cells in the neoplasm were divided into 4 types: diploid (2C), tri-to tetraploid (3-4C), pentaploid (5C) and≥5C. In the lesion of epithelial hyperplasia, 2C-4C ceils accounted for 88.59%, and≥5C cells, 11.41%. In atypical hyperplasia, 2C-4C cells accounted for 58.62% and ≥5C cells, 41.38%. In the cases of carcinoma in situ and squamous cell carcinoma, 2C-4C cells accounted for 21.11% and 21.69%, and ≥5C cells, 78.89% and 78.31% respectively. 3.Establishment of Conformity Test Model for Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules by NIR

Objective:To establish the conformity test model for tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules by near infrared absorption spectroscopy. Methods:Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules were scanned within the range of 4 200-12000 cm-1 to establish the conformity test model. Results:The spectral coverage of 9 000-7 500 cm-1 , 6 900-5 600 cm-1 and 5 000-4 250 cm-1 were chosen, and the second derivative vector normalization was used to detect the samples. The CI value was 7. The conformity test model could distinguish authentic and false tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules. Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and fast, and can be used in the identification of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules.
4.Multidisciplinary Treatment Protocol of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

The individual and multidisciplinary treatment is decided by the complexities of befalling-mechanism and clinical symbolization in hemiplegia resulting from stroke. So we enactmented the multidisciplinary treatment protocol, which includes traditional Chinese medical differentiation treatment, acupuncture and rehabilitation-treatment-technique by stages. The result of clinical treatment showed that the multidisciplinary treatment protocol is suitable to living qualities of hemiplegia and embodies the superiority of unity and individual integrated.
5.Application value of diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of synovial sarcoma

Objective To discuss the application value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis and treatment of synovial sarcoma.Methods 48 patients with synovial sarcoma were selected.All patients were given conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)and DWI detection examination,DWI diffusion sensitive factor examination was 500 s/was(b).All the patients'imaging results and disease detection were analyzed.ROC curve was used to analyze the value of DWI,MRI examination in the diagnosis of synovial sarcoma.Results DWI examination detection of synovial sarcoma was much higher than that of MRI,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =5.62, P <0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that MRI examination in the diagnosis of synovial sarcoma specificity was 72.58%,sensitivity was 79.12%,the accuracy was 86.82%,DWI examination in the diagnosis of specificity was 76.81%,sensitivity was 85.79%,the accuracy was 95.18%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of DWI were significantly higher than conventional MRI,the differences were significant(χ2 =5.72,5.68,5.12,all P <0.05). Conclusion DWI can effectively improve the detection rate of synovial sarcoma,and has higher diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy,it's conducive to the physician for treatment in a timely manner,and worthy of further clinical promotion.
7.Clinical analysis of amniotic membrane patches and grafts for acute ocular surface burn

AlM: To investigate the effect and value of amniotic membrane patches and grafts for acute ocular surface burn at different degrees.?METHODS: A retrospective analysis of 28 cases ( 28 eyes) affected by ocular chemical or thermal burn with different degree were included in our hospital from March 2007 to March 2012. Amniotic membrane patched was undergone in 13 eyes with fresh amnion that the patients corneal burns degree II or Ⅲ with partial limbal buns at degree Ⅳ. Amniotic membrane grafts was performed in 15 eyes with fresh amnion that the patients all corneal burns at degree Ⅲ with the whole limbal necrosis without severe eyelid defect. The follow-up time ranged 6 ~24mo. The postoperative visual acuity, the condition of amniotic membrane transplant, renovation of cornea and complications were observed.?RESULTS: Postoperative corrected visual acuity was improved in 20 eyes (71%), it was not changed in 5 eyes (18%), the visual acuity declined in 3 eyes (11%). The amniotic membrane survived in 23 eyes and the survival rate was up to 82%. The cornea of 4 eyes recovered to transparent, nebula emceed in 8 eyes eventually, corneal macula emerged in 10 eyes, 4 eyes ended up with leukoma, 2 eyes developed corneal melting after therapy, then received lamellar keratoplasty. Corneal surface become epithelization after amnion patches or grafts, but any of them have recurrent epithelial erosion, and become stable epithalization after repeat operation.?CONCLUSlON: Amniotic membrane patches and grafts is an effective method to deal with acute ocular surface burn.

10.Research Progress of a Novel Pro-apoptosis Gene PNAS-4 in Gene Therapy and Its Molecular Mechanism Hypotheses.

PNAS-4 is a novel pro-apoptosis gene identified latetly. In recent years, there has been a large number of research reports on the basic studies about PNAS-4 in cancer gene therapy and gene therapy of PNAS-4 alone or combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy manifested a good application prospect, but its molecular mechanisms to promote apoptosis is not clear yet. In this paper, recent research about PNAS-4 in cancer gene therapy is briefly reviewed, and recent hypotheses on its molecular mechanisms to promote apoptosis are especially elucidated. Based on its newly identified characteristics of structural domain, we made a point that PNAS-4 might regulate functions of some target protein related to apoptosis by deSumoylation as a new deSumoylating isopeptidase, and consequently promote apoptosis.
