1.The effect of coix seed oil on lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(2):139-141
Coix seed has anti-tumor effect and the anti-tumor activity composition is coix seed oil. Researches show that inducing cancer cell apoptosis and angiogenesis inhibition and regulation of the immune and analgesic function are the major roles of coix seed oil. Clinical researches prove that the effect can be increased and the life quality of lung cancer patients can be improved and the survival time can be prolonged when coix seed oil is used to treating lung cancer combined with Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. So it is widely used in the treatment of lung cancer.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(28):32-34
Objective To test the changes of lymphocyte subsets and anti-GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲa,anti-GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ specific antibodies in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),and discuss the related factors involved in pathogenesis of ITP.Methods The changes of lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+CD8+,CD19+ in 72 patients with ITP (ITP group) and 50 healthy controls (control group) were measured by flow cytometry (FCM).Expression of anti-GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a,anti-GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ specific antibodies were tested by monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigens assay (modified MAIPA).Results Optical density of anti-GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a,anti-GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ specific antibodies in ITP group was much higher than that in control group (P <0.05).In changes of lymphocyte subsets, the number of the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in ITP group were obviously lower than those in control group (P <0.01),but CD8+ and CD19+ were much higher than those in control group(P <0.01).Conclusions Expression of lymphocyte subsets and platelet specific antibodies can reflect the pathogenesis of ITP well. The abnormal function and ratio of lymphocyte subsets,as well as the immunologic mechanism disorder of lymphocytes play important roles in the pathogenesis of ITP.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(6):20-21
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing pregnant women with hyperthyreosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the nursing histories of 37 pregnant women with hyperthyreosis was done to summarize the nursing interventions of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, heart failure and hyperthyroidism crisis. Results Among all the patients,6 cases developed with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,4 with heart failure and 2 with hyperthyroidism crisis. They were cured and discharged due to treatments and nursing intervention. Conclusion Enhanced monitoring and nursing of perinatal complications is critical for pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with hyperthyreosis.
7.The research of lymph node tumor diagnosis algorithm for lymphography based on Semi-Naive Bayes Classification model.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(3):499-501
Acquaintance of the lymph node is very important to evaluate whether the tumor is malignant or benign and therefore to the treatment of the tumors. Lymphography is now considered the gold standard for this purpose. Many computer aided diagnose (CAD) technologies have been developed to help radiologists to diagnose the tumor by the lymphography cases. In this paper, a computer aided diagnose model is constructed by Semi-naive Bayes Classification. The experiments carried out in our laboratory validated the Semi-Naive Bayes Classification on lymphography case. The result of experiments showed that Semi-Naive Bayes Classification could classify lymphography case effectively.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(12):26-28
Objective:To study based FMEA hemodialysis device fault management. Methods:Using FMEA as a research tool, study hemodialysis equipment failure information. For the consequences of potential failure modes and failure to produce, analyze their severity, cause of the malfunction, the frequency of occurrence and detection, referring to the evaluation criteria for risk assessment. Results: By comparing effect, the report of equipment FMEA was obtained, summed hemodialysis equipment including machines in self-test, treatment and disinfection, such as different operating conditions common failure mode. Conclusion: For used in fault management of hemodialysis equipment, FMEA plays an important role in the equipment preventive maintenance.
9.Effect of purslane decoction on oxidative stress products and soluble protein of senile cataract patients tears
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(6):108-110
Objective To study the effect of purslane decoction on oxidative stress products and soluble protein of senile cataract patients tears. Methods 120 cases of cataract patients (160 eyes) were selected, according to different drugs were randomly assigned to two groups. The control group were treated with Imidacloprid sinnock sodium drops eye drops, 1 drop each time, 4 times per day,the patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group with Portulaca oleracea decoction 100 mL, for three consecutive months.SOD, MDA, soluble protein level and visual improvement were compared after the end of treatment. Results Compared with control group, the visual acuity of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05), MDA was lower, SOD was higher(P<0.05), soluble protein content was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Portulaca oleracea decoction can apparently improve the cataract patients with tear of SOD, MDA, soluble protein level and improve visual acuity.
10.Mediating effect of inferiority feelings on relationship between childhood trauma and fear of intimacy in college students
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(6):457-462
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of inferiority feelings on the relationship between child-hood trauma and fear of intimacy in college students. Methods:Totally 420 college students (72 males and 324 fe-males,aged 18 to 24)from Langfang Normal School were assessed with the Feelings of Inadequacy Scale(FIS), Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ)and Fear-of-Intimacy Scale(FIS).The regression analysis and Bootstrap were used to test the mediating effect of inferiority feelings on the relationship between childhood trauma and fear of intimacy. Results:The total scores of CTQ and the scores of 4 childhood trauma factors were positively correla-ted with fear of intimacy score and feeling of inferiority score(r =0.18 -0.55,Ps <0.05).Feeling of inferiority scores were positively correlated with fear of intimacy scores (r =0.24 -0.44,Ps <0.05).The childhood trauma was positively associated with fear of intimacy (β=0.31,P <0.01).In addition, feeling of inferiority fully media-ted the relationship between childhood trauma and fear of intimacy, the value of mediating effect was 34%.Conclu-sion:Feeling of inferiority may play a mediating role between childhood trauma and fear of intimacy in college students.
