ObjectiveTo investigate the complication and nursing of intestines nutrition in critical patients after operation. MethodsThe clinical states of 40 patients after operation and being brought to ICU were analyzed.ResultsPatients accepting intestines nutrition presented high incidence of gastrointestinal complications. ConclusionIt is important to pay attention to prevent gastrointestinal complications in patients accepting intestines nutrition early postoperation.

The nafion/carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) composite film modified glassy carbon electrode was pre pared by dropwise method, and the electrocatalyst of H_2O_2 at Nafion/CNPs modified electrode was investiga ted.The results show that electrocataytic activitie for detection of H_2O_2 at the modified electrode is very good.The biosensing application of CNPs was demonstrated through fabrication of an electrochemical biosensor.The biosensor was constructed by encapsulating glucose oxidase in the Nafion/CNPs composite film.The biosensor had good electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation of glucose.The glucose biosensor shows a linear range from 2.0 × 10 ~(-6) to 6.0×10~(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 1.6×10 ~(-6) mol/L.The biosensor shows high stabili ty, good reproducibility and can avoid the commonly coexisted interference.In addition, real rat serum samples were analyzed by this biosensor with satisfactory results.

Objective To observe the effeet of cotransduction of wt-p53,B7-1 and GM-CSF genes mediated by recombinant adenovirus on cell growth, apoptosis and immunogenicity of neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y, Methods We transfected SH-SYSY cells separately with recombinant adenovirus, recombinant adenovirus mediating human wild type p53(wt-p53) gene and BB-102.We separately named them with SH/Ad,SH/p53 and SH/BB-102 group.The protein expression of p53, B7-1 and GM-CSF were measured by Western blot, FCM and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Cell number was counted and growth curves were drawed. Cell apoptosis was tested by FCM. Lymphocyte proliferation and cytokine secretory was evaluated by mixed lymphocyte culturing. Results After transection with BB- 102, p53, B7-1, and GM-CSF, high-efficiency expression of target genes were found. Growth of the cells was inhibited, apoptosis was induced in the SH/p53 and SH/BB-102 groups. Proliferation of lymphocytes was stimulated and cytokine increased visorously in the SH/BB-102 group. Condusions After transfection with BB-102, growth of the SH-SY5Y cells was inhibited,apoptosis was induced,and immunogenicity was greatly enhanced.

【Objective】In order to establish the foundation for transgenic mouse model,the human thalassemic gene(β654) was cloned and sequenced.【Methods】The human β654 gene was amplified by PCR,and cloned into the plasmid BGT51 in which the human β gene was cut out aforehand.The recombinant plasmid was certified by enzyme-digestion,reverse dot hybridization and sequencing.【Results】A recombinant plasmid was obtained,which contained the human β654 gene in the correct recombinant direction.Sequencing showed that the cloned insert was correct.【Conclusions】The recombinant plasmid constructed is useful for establishing a transgenic mouse.

OBJECTIVE: To study the change of consumption of antibacterial agents especially the ceftazidime and its effect on drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA). METHODS: The consumption of the top ten antimicrobial agents in terms of cases/times of medication from 2005 to 2006 in a hospital and its correlation with the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were analyzed. Objective To investigate doctor-patient communication skills status and the influencing factors so as to pu forward to develop the proposal.Methods We selected undergraduate students in fourth grade which participated in the 2012 Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine OSCE examinations before practice of clinical medicine by cluster sampling 1 and we selected four western and chinese medicine hospitals randomly sample 2,which are three level of first-class hospitals in Shanghai.We design the questionnaire and observe sampling with the SEGUE framework.Application of SPSS 13.0 data for statistical analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,u test,t test,ANOVA,rank sum test and correlation analysis method.Results The test with SEGUE framework shows that the scores of samplingl were 12.54 points(out of 24),the score rate is low which was 52.25％,and in the score rate of the dimensions,the end of inquiry dimension is 4％ which is the lowest.There are significant statistical differences between different groups of influencing factors such as Medical occupation interest score and so on.There is no statistically significant difference between the SEGUE score of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine clinical Intern.The communication skills of western medical students are higher.Doctor-patient communication skills related factors such as recognition of the importance of doctor-patient communication skills and other groups are statistically significant,the correlation coefficients are very small which is between 0.1 and 0.3.Conclusion The overall level of doctor-patient communication skills on clinical internship are not high,through the guidance and training on the occupation interest of medical students,we can strengthen the recognition of the importance of doctor-patient communication skills,so that we will improve the doctor-patient communication skills for the medical students.SEGUE framework should be used to routine medical students communication skills evaluation.

Objective To establish the relationship of serum TNF-? and IL-6 contents with myocardial cell apoptosis in the chronic heart failure (CHF)rats,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Anxin Granules (AXG)in treating CHF.Methods Fifty female SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal control group (A),model group (B),captopril group(C),low-dosage AXG group (D)and high-dosage AXG group (E).CHF models were established by intraperitoneal injection of small-dose of adriamycin,once per week for continuous 6 weeks.Meanwhile,group C was given captopril injection (6.25mgkg-1d-1),and groups D and E received gastric gavage of low-dosage AXG (0.8 gkg-1d-1)and high-dosage AXG (1.6gkg-1d-1)respectively.After 6 weeks of modeling,serum levels of TNF-? and IL-6 of different groups were tested by ELISA,the apoptosis of myocardial cells was tested by TUNEL,and then the apoptosis index(AI)was counted.Results Serum levels of TNF-? and IL-6 were increased in the model group (P
