The oral hygiene is not relatively good cause of smoking, ignoring oral hygiene, not having enough self-care skills and independent living in case mental illness. Their grinding the teeth, serotonin decreases when the people are depressed and then it makes the carbohydrates increases, loses the sense of taste. Therefore they use a lot of sweet, the salivary output decreases, increase in the number of lactobacili and then it makes the cause ofabnormal disease detections including tooth decay, trigeminus neural pain in temporomandibular joint /TMJ/, oral yeast infection, oral bad breath, burning sensation of the tongue, chronic facial pain. Also the oral can disease detects from drug causes like using the anti-depression drugs for at least 6 months.Using analytical research permanent design, I got 55 patients to take part in the survey who are staying in 5th flat , National Clinic of Mental Health from 22nd of September 2014 until 26th of September. When I do the research for history of their patients: among the diagnosis of 16 people disorder depressed, the 13 patients agreed to have a preventive examination voluntary, one of them declined to do it. I use many methods of researching like questionnaire methods interview method, prevention oforal cavity and clinical examinations, respectively Study shows that curriculum contents of School of Nursing, Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences have comparatively less contents of understanding about healthy person, assessment on human, giving advice healthy human, path anatomy, physiology, communication skills. The most of the survey participant patients have holes in their teeth, gum inflammation, and tongue stress disorder. It shows that it decreased to pay attention on their oral hygiene associated with symptoms and it effects directly related to the decrease in salivary output.Depressed People are so bad at paying attention to their oral hygiene habits.

Introduction:
There is a sutra named “Detail explanatory of Ma la ya'i mystery and the giver everything wanted” (Ma la ya'i dka' 'grel 'dod pa 'jo ba) written by Mi'i nyi ma mthong ba don ldan, a Tibetan, which is considered as one of the undisputed ancient articles of Indian and Tibetan Medicines and to which Mongolian medical researchers in Mongolia and in Inner Mongolia, China haven't paid attention yet, so it is still not included in the scope of medical research work until now.
The sutra has an advantage that the place where the spring comes out is written in detail. Therefore, we now should thoroughly analyze the source place and features of the springs in order to convey a clear orderly understanding to future scholars by summarizing the research aligning it with traditional medical theory, and schematically mapping.
Goal:
To make clearer the scholars' views of the four mountains included in the book “Rsta b’ai rgyud” and its theoretical and other concepts, as well as to analyze and conclude the interrelationships and features of springs in Ma la ya'i mountain.
Materials and Methods:
In this research, I have studied the theory of Four mountains included in the book “Rsta b’ai rgyud” using the analyzing methods for original and source documents and summarized by the method of analysis and synthesis, as well as chosen the literature named “Detail explanation of Ma la ya'i mystery and the giver everything wanted” by sampling method and shown making sketch for the interrelations and features of springs by Hermeneutic method.
Results:
As descried by a person named Gyutog yontan mgonpo (Gyutog yontan mgonpo) in terms of Foreign, Domestic and Secret Medicine Palaces, and according to the relevant sutras and mantras that said about them, the springs have the ability to heal diseases with the participation of earth directions, flora and fauna around the mountain and other factors. The sketch was clearly shown for the springs.
Conclusion
I believe that the debates about the Medicine Palace are highly dependent on the chronology in which the researchers lived and their own traditional ways. Currently, the five explanatory manuscripts written through XII - XX centuries about Medicine Palaces and Springs in Ma la ya'i Mountain have been found, among which, specially, the section written about the springs in the sutra named “Detail explanatory of Ma la ya'i mystery and the giver everything wanted” is a big thick book that was made at the level of "Great Explanation" in terms of its content. Therefore, I consider that this literature has become a new cognitive valuables added to the modern research resource because the knowledge of springs was presented greatly in depth and detail in this paper work.

Innovation 2019;13(1):46-49
Background:
In accordance with the development of a rapid pace of modern medical
science, requirements for the scholars and teachers of universities that provide the medical
professionals throughout the world increase every year and there is an urging demand for the
scholars and teachers to develop themselves continuously.
Methods:
In order to assess the influence of the cooperation on the teacher’s development,
we chose 43 teachers who participated in professional development training of the Yonsei
university by using non-probabilistic collection method.
Results:
77,19 % of the study participant teachers responded that professional development
training greatly influenced to their teaching skills improvement. 19,3 % responded that it was
well influenced, and 3.51% responded as slightly influenced. The majority of the participants
or 43,86% responded that the professionaly training greatly influenced to their clinical aid and
service skill improvement. 36,84% responded as well influenced,12.28 % responded as moderely
influenced, 3.51 % responded as slightly influenced and 3.51% responded. The question of
how the training influenced for their improvement of scientific research, 3% responded as not
influenced at all, 11 % responded as slightly influenced, 30 % respoded as well inflienced and
56% responded as greatly influenced.
Conclusion
The participants responded to the question on how the training has influenced
on professional development training as greatly influenced to their teaching skills improvement.
As teachers from the branch universities who participated in the study have a statistical
significance. (p=0,04)

Introduction: Cancer arises from abnormal cells nonstop divide in an
uncontrolled way and without stopping. In GLOBOCAN reported that 14.1
million new cancer cases, 8.2 million cancer deaths and 32.6 million
people suffering with cancer in 2012 worldwide. Among the world, a
surgical, radiation and chemotherapy maintains the cancer treatment
within their combination, and moreover, scientists believe that, in order
to enhance the result and come up with better spotlight therapeutic
outcome, immunotherapy should be added within combination of
surgical, radiation and chemotherapy. Objective: To identify the immune
ability of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood, and to study their
cytolytic activity on cancer cellular line. Materials and method: Cytolytic
activity assay was done with healthy human's PBMCs induced by non
specific mytogen phytohemaglutinin L (PHA) of 10ul/ml, 5ul/ml, 2.5ul/ml
dosage, and cultured with SP2Myeloma cell line. Then live cells and death
cells analyzed with MTT assay and Propidium iodide, respectively, as well
as CD+25 cells analyzed with Apogee flow cytometry at 24.48 and 72
hours of uncubation at 5% CO2, 37 C0. Result: Cancer Inhibition rate of
mononuclear cells in blood (inhibition rate %) was assessed by МТТ assay
and the culture of control group of mononuclear cells and myeloma cells’
median was (OD=0.36±0.05) while Phytohemaglutinin induced group’s
result in 72 hours was (OD=0.31±0.03) which suggests that linear cells
mononuclear cell’s mixture rate is 86.1%. Dead cell’s number assessed by
Propidiumiodid (Cell toxicity assay) shows the result of control group’s
cell death (10.68±2.1%), while Phytohemaglutinin induced group it was
20-25% which is statistically significant. (p<0.05). Cancer elimination
activity assessed by СD25+ Т cells and the result of CD25+ Т number
activated by Phytohemaglutinin (152-282 cell/µl), in control group
(26cell/µl) which is statistically significant(p<0.001). Conclusion: 1.
Myeloma SP2/0 cell line is inhibited the growth by peripheral
mononuclear cells and it is not dependent dosage of Phytohemaglutinin.
2. Death of cell assessed by propidium iodide, control group’s cell death
10.68±2.1%, while Phytohemaglutinin induced group it was 20-25% which
is statistically significant (p<0.05). 3. Cancer elimination activation
assessed by СD25+ Т cells shows the result of CD25+ Т number activated
by Phytohemaglutinin (152-282cell/µl), in control group (26cell/µl) which
is statistically significant(p<0.001).
