Objective To investigate the mental status and influential factors of female patients with malignant tumor.Method Self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were to investingate 57 female cancer patients. Results The scores on depression and anxiety were(56.35±12.9)and(46.11±10.91),both significantly higher than the norms(all P<0.01). The factors influencing their extents of depression and anxiety included tumors in the reproductive system, breast cancer, poor economic condition,no spouse and multiple hospitalizations. Conclusions The female cancer patients suffer from many mental problems. The influential factors are the reproductive system, breast cancer, poor economic condition,no spouse and multiple hospitalizations, which needs clinical interventions.

Aim To study the apoptotic inducing effects of deguelin on SH-SY5Y cells. Methods SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 0,0.625,1.25,2.5,5,10 and 20 μmol·L-1 deguelin for different time(24,48,72 h);cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay.SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 0,8,20,50 μmol·L-1 deguelin for 24 h;light microscope and AO/EB double stained method were employed for observing the morphology and apoptotic morphology of treated cells.Apoptotic rate of treated cells was determined by flow cytometry.Cells were stained by DCFH-DA,and the whole reactive oxygen species(ROS)was determined by flow cytometry.Spectrophotometry was employed to determine the activation degree of caspase-3.Results Deguelin inhibited cell growth in a time-and dose-dependent manner, and the IC50 value of deguelin was(26.07±2.18),(18.33±0.94),(12.5±1.49)μmol·L-1 when treated with 24,48,72 h respectively. After treated with 8,20,50 μmol·L-1 deguelin for 24 h,cell apoptotic rate,ROS and activation rate of caspase-3 increased markedly(P<0.05),all of which performed a dose related effect. Conclusion Deguelin can inhibit SH-SY5Y cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis, and the mechanism may be concerned with the elevated ROS and activated caspase-3.

Objective To investigate the effects of dapagliflozin on inflammatory cytokines, blood glucose control and cardiac function in elderly with preserved ejection fraction heart failure(HFpEF)combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 80 elderly HFpEF patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases). The control group received hypoglycemic and anti-heart failure standard therapy, and the study group received hypoglycemic and anti-heart failure standard therapy and dapagliflozin therapy. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The levels of inflammatory factors, blood glucose control, myocardial markers, exercise endurance[6 min walking distance(6MWD)],cardiac ultrasound related indexes and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treat-ment,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis fac-tor(TNF)-α in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),amino terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and hypersensitive troponin(hs-TNT)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the 6MWD and left ven-tricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),right atrial and right ventricular diameter, left atrial and left ventricular diameter, right ventricular wall thickness and pulmonary artery pressure of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of dapagliflozin in the treatment of elderly HFpE patients complicated with type 2diabetes can effectively control their blood sugar level, reduce inflammation, improve exercise endurance, and improve patients'heart function without increasing adverse drug reactions.

Objective:To explore the mediating role of alexithymia in the relationship between trait anger and aggressive behavior among male violent prisoners. Methods:A sample of 268 male violent prisoners completed self-report measures of the trait anger scale (TAS), Toronto alexithymia scale-20 (TAS-20) and the Chinese college students' version of Buss-Perry aggression questionnaire. SPSS 23.0 software and Mplus 8.0 software were used to test the mediating effect. Results:The total scores of trait anger, aggressive behavior and alexithymia were (17.75±4.93), (52.15±10.61)and (70.90±19.40), respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that trait anger was both significantly positively correlated with aggressive behavior ( r=0.67, P<0.01) and alexithymia ( r=0.40, P<0.01), and there was also a significantly positive correlation between alexithymia and aggressive behavior ( r=0.55, P<0.01). Multivariate hierarchical regression analysis showed that trait anger directly predicted aggressive behavior ( β=0.67, P<0.01) after controlling the influence of alcohol addiction. Emotional recognition disorder played a partially mediating role in the relationship between trait anger and aggressive behavior ( β=0.18, 95% CI=0.11-0.27). Conclusion:Trait anger not only directly affects male violent prisoners aggressive behavior, but also indirectly affects male violent prisoners aggressive behavior through emotional recognition disorder.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2024;40(10):865-881
Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.
