1.Analysis of 65 cases of Children with Headache

Objective To learn the common cause of children's headache. Methods65 patients were investigated with detailed disease history,and given physical examination,combining with color doppler flow diagram of brain(TCD),electroencephalogram(EEG),CT and CSF. ResultsMigraine patients were 32 cases(49.23%),tension headaches or epilepsy patients were 5 cases(7.69%)respectively .vascular malformations,encephalitis,brain concussion after traumatic,cysticercosis were 1(1.54%),SAH were 2 cases(3.08%),intracranial neoplasm were 3 cases(4.62%),vice sinusitis were 10 cases(15.38%),ametropia were 4 cases(6.15%). ConclusionChildren with headaches were generally primary,especially migraine,following caused by the eyes,ears,nose and encephalic factors,and making sure of causes for headache was definite in diagnosis and treatment.
2.Effect of Ningdong granule combined with haloperidol on the therapeutic effect and cellular immune function in children with Tourette's syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and changes in cellular immune of children with Tourette 's syndrome in treatment with Ningdong granule and haloperidol.Methods 48 cases of children with Tourette's syndrome from February 2015 to February 2016 in hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 24 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were all treated with conventional treatment, including mental relaxation, reverse muscle relaxation therapy and self-training.The patients of control group were treated with haloperidol, and on the basis of the control group, the patients of observation group were treated with Ningdong granule.The clinical effect, the levels of TNF-ɑ, IL-12, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 were compared before and after treatment between two groups, and recorded the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups of children.Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.6%, which was significantly better than the control group 66.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of TNF-ɑ, IL-12, CD8 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), the levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, poor appetite, tachycardia and other adverse reactions occurred in both two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Ningdong granule and haloperidol in the treatment of children with Tourette 's syndrome is effective and can improve the cellular immune function .
3.Establishment of a TaqMan real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR for detection of murine polyomavirus

Objective To establish a rapid,specific and sensitive TaqMan real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR assay for detection of murine polyomavirus ( MPyV) .Methods The specific primers and TaqMan probe were designed based on genome sequence of MPyV.The primers amplified a 69 bp fragment.After optimizing the reaction system and reaction condition, the standard curve was plotted by detecting recombinant plasmid standards.The specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility of this method were evaluated.In addition, samples of lungs, spleens and feces obtained from experimentally infected mice and 86 clinical samples were used to validate the efficacy of this real-time PCR assay.Results The specificity assay showed that this assay could specifically detect MPyV and the sensitivity for MPyV was about 100 copies/well.The coefficients of variation ( CV) of both intra-assay and inter-assay were less than 1.13%.All of the samples from experimentally infected mice were positive for MPyV and 3 out of 86 clinical samples were positive by this TaqMan-PCR detection with a positive rate of 3.5%.Conclusions The real-time fluorescence quantitative TaqMan-PCR assay established in this study has high specificity, sensitivity and stability.It can be used for clinical diagnosis, routine detection and epidemiological investigation of murine polyomavirus infections.
