1.Evaluation of the target-organ damage in the elderly hypertension patients by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring

Objective To explore the prognostic value of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM)for target organ damage (TOD) in the elderly hypertension patients. Methods Two hundred and thirty two elderly hypertension patients who were involved at least one target- organ damage experienced 24 h ABPM. All subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the number of TOD and the clinical situation of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and renal complications. 24 h ABPM recordings of each group were compared with one another. Results The number of TOD were highly correlated with 24 h average systolic pressure, nighttime average diastolic pressure, abnormal circadian rhythm and pressure burden. Objective To investigate the distribution of age and relationship of ESR with HCT.Methods The HCT,age and ESR datas of the patients which all ages were above 40 years were Collected,then count the mean and standard deviation x±s with different groups of HCT,t test was made to identify the significance of difference.Results HCT:The levels of hct in males was 0.47±0.26 in higher groups of HCT,0.39±0.27 in normal groups and 30.01 ±3.59 in lower groups.The levels of HCT in fe-males was 0.42±0.17 in higher groups,0.30±0.36 in normal groups,0.27±0.45 in lower groups;Age:The average age in males was 57.41±10.62 years in higher HCT groups of patients,67.23 ±12.75 in lower hct groups,there were significantly difference between them.The avarage age in females was 60.70 ± 11.60 in higher HCT groups of patients,61.60 ± 12.40 in lower HCT groups,there were no significantly difference between them.ESR:The levels of ESR in males was (3.95 ±3.26)mm/h in higher HCT groups,(61.61±40.04)mm/h in lower HCT groups;The ESR in females was (28.26±28.62)mm/h in higher HCT groups, (60.20±43.71)mm/h in lower HCT groups,there were significantly difference between different groups included both males and femals.Conclusion When the HCT were decreased,the age and ESR were increased in males,the ESR were also increased but had no relationship with ages in females.Conjuction the age and ESR,it could improve the prevention and monitoring in heart-brain blood disease through the HCT.

4.X-ray analysis of 30 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in plateau section

Objective To improve the understanding of tuberculosis X-ray performance at Linzhi region in the east of Tibet,in order to better guide clinical early diagnosis.Methods The X -ray image characteristics of 30 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from Linzhi region in the east of Tibet were retrospectively analyed,Original they all took chest plain films at initial diagnosis.Results The original hairstyle tuberculosis was not found;Blood type disseminated tuberculosis in 5 cases (16%).Composition of mixed density shadow image performance,calcification and satellite stove were founded;Invasion tuberculosis were in 8 cases (26%),images showed two pulmonary diffuse distribution of nodular shadows;Hollow fiber tuberculosis were in 17 cases (58%),images showed empty,fibrosis, endobronchial spread of three characteristics,and lesions was wide,especially with effusion infiltration priority,which were distributed in the lung base and at the front.Conclusion Plateau pulmonary tuberculosis with invasion and fiber cavity is given priority to,and have a specific image characteristics,it can be used for diagnosis.And its X -ray per-formance are significantly different from that of mainland cities.
5.Analysis of the monitor results of Marmota sibirica plague foci from 2004 to 2008

Objective To master of the characteristics of development and variation in plague natural foci of Marmota sibirica, and to analyze the plague monitoring results from 2004 to 2008. Methods From May to September every year, we monitored plague in Manzhouli, Chenbaerhuqi, Xinbaerhuzuoqi, Xinbaerhuyouqi,Ewenkeqi and Yakeshi city. The monitored area was 20 000 - 40 000 hm2 in every county. The density of Marmota,ground squirrel and moonlighting rats was surveyed by path method, one-day bow-clip method and a clamp was placed every five meters, respectively. The classification and identification of ectoparasite fleas were done by using low power lens. The fleas in the ground squirrel hole were collected by flannel rubber stick, then classified and identified. According to National Standard of Plague Diagnostic Criteria(GB 15991-1995), the collected rats and fleas were detected by isolation and cultured Yersinia pestis, the serums of collected rats were tested by indirect hemagglutination test. Results In five years, the density of Marmota and ground squirrel was 0.010/hm2 and 0.602/hm2, respectively. The capture rate of moonlighting rats was 2.69% (258/9600). The flea infection rate of Marmota was 17.54%(10/57) and the fleas index was 2.54. The fleas infection rate of ground squirrel was 28.40%(213/750) and the fleas index was 1.01. Flea infection rat of ground squirrel hole was 5.60%(46/822) and the fleas index was 0.17. The total number of various hosts of Yersinia pestis detected was 1351, the groups number of the variety of cultured fleas was 127, and the pathogen test results were negative. The number of serum tested was 1064, positive number was 43, and the detection rate was 4.04%(43/1064). The highest positive titer was 1 : 1280. Other than 2006, the remaining four years were found positive for blood clotting material; positive serum was found in a total of three regions, they were Manzhouli, Xinbaerhuzuoqi, and Xinbaerhuyouqi; and 30, 12 and 1 copies of hemagglutination-positive sera were detected. Conclusions The epidemic of plague natural foci of Marmota sibirica is in a active state, and gradually expands the scope. We must continue to strengthen the inspection of the bacteria, bearing in mind the replacement of the region's main host, make every effort to prevent and control of human plague.
6.Analysis of clinical characteristics and prognosis of minor solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas

ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics,treatment and prognosis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP)in the minor. MethodsCombining minor SPTP cases in literatures and 4 cases, analyzed the clinical and pathological features, and the relationship with sex hormone receptors, the growth and development,treatment and prognosis.ResultsThe clinical manifestations of SPTP in minor were same as adults, but the minors showed significant growth retardation which can be reversed after the tumor surgical removal, like 4 patients all showed secondary sex characteristics of retardation in the group. The protocol of surgical treatment was to ensure complete removal of the tumor and keep the healthy organs as much as possible which reduced the impact to the postoperative growth and development.The premise of operation therapy in the 4 cases was minimization of operation trauma. Minor SPTP prognosis had not been determined. ConclusionThe diagnosis and treatment of minor SPTP should be fully taken into account the characteristics of the minor to ensure that patients can continue long-term growth and development and the quality of life.
7.Antitumor effect of corosolic acid and it’s impact on CAM and YSM angiogenesis

Objective To evaluate the antitumor effect of corosolic acid and its impact on CAM and YSM angiogenesis.Methods The effects of CRA on A549 proliferation was studied by MTT method in vitro.Tumor-bruden nude mice model were established by injecting A549 lung cancer cell marked with bioluminescent to nude mice,and the growth of tumor in mice were detected by IVIS small animal in vivo imaging system.Experiment of chicken embryos eggs are used to observe the role of drugs on CAMand YSMblood vessels. Results The value of IC50 of CRA for A549 in vitro was 26.8μg/mL.A tumor-burdened animal experiment results showed that the CRA to A549 solid tumor has a certain therapeutic effect.CAM and YSM blood vessels of chicken embryos eggs treated with CRA were decreased significantly than negative control group.Conclusion CRA has certain therapeutic effect for A549,which may be related to the inhibition of angiogenesis in tumor tissues.
8.Anti-HIV-1 activity and structure-activity relationship of pyranocoumarin analogs.

The purpose of this study is to find out anti-HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT)/protease (PR) activity and inhibition of virus replication in cell cultures of novel coumarin analogs and determine their structure-activity relationship. Coumarin derivatives have been demonstrated to inhibit the activity of HIV-1 RT/PR in cell free system. It also shows inhibition effects to HIV-1 replication in cell culture. Based on the Chinese traditional pharmacological characteristics and protein three dimension computer aided design, analogs of tetracyclic dipyranocoumarin were synthesized from natural leading compounds. We studied the relationship of antiviral effects and chemical structures via HIV-1 PR/RT enzyme models and cell culture model system. Seven compounds were designed and tested. Several compounds showed anti-HIV-1 activity in varying degrees, especially V0201 showed much higher anti-HIV-1 activity with 3.56 and 0.78 micromol x L(-1) of IC50 against HIV-1 PR/RT and 0.036 micromol x L(-1) against HIV-1 replication in PBMC cultures. V0201 with a novel structure may be a new leading compound. These new compounds are valuable for development of new anti-HIV drugs in the future.
10.Research on the source of endothelial cells in tumor vessels by A 549 tumor model with GFP nude mouse

Objective To explore the source of endothelial cells in tumor vessels by A 549 tumor model with GFP nude mouse.Methods To establish the A 549 lung cancer models with GFP nude mice, expression of CD 31 was determined by immunofluorescence to label tumor vessels; to observe and take a picture of the tumor frozen section by confocal microscopy and invert microscope;expression of GFP in tumor vessels was determined by immunohistochemistry. Result The results of immunofluorescence showed:Tumor interstitial vascular endothelial cells or endothelial cells clusters and micro-vascular lumen size and shape are clearly visible by immunofluorescence, and part of vessels with no obvious lumen or irregular lumen.We can see green fluorescent in tumor cells of tumor tissue and endothelial cells which form of tumor vessels.The results of immunohistochemistry showed: expression of GFP was determined in cytoplasm of tumor stromal cells and endothelial cells in tumor vessels.Conclusion The endothelial cells which formed tumor neovessels that derived from GFP nude mice partly and the other part derived from tumor cells.
