Objective To find the ways to decrease urinary transferrin(TRF) by analysing its associated factors in aged patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted comprising a sample of 617 aged patients with EH.The questionnaire contains items on physical examination,24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,laboratory measurement and TRF measurement. Objective To study the levels of Urotensin Ⅱ(UⅡ)in the different grades of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS)patients and the correlation of UⅡ to OSAHS.Methods Seventy-five OSAHS patients were divided into five groups according to light,medium,serious AHI,simple snorers and normal part;UⅡ levels of the plasma were measured and correlation analysed.Results UⅡ levels:light group(10.44?4.12)ng/L、medium group(38.55?15.8)ng/L、serious group(94.78?19.63)ng/L、simple snorers group(1.37?0.42)ng/L、normal group(1.14?0.65)ng/L.Statistic difference existed among these groups(P

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for teaching reform of Pharmaceutical English in our university. METHODS:According to the theory of needs analysis,by the means of classroom observation,questionnaire survey combined with personal in-terview,the participation of students majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering,Pharmaceuticals and TCM Source of Grade 2013 in Pharmaceutical English classrooms of our university were investigated to investigate target needs and learning needs of students and analyze main influential factors of students'enthusiasm. RESULTS:It was found that the students participated passively in the Pharmaceutical English classrooms,mainly targeted at credit hour(88 students,58.28%)and aimed at the improvement of read-ing ability(73 students,48.34%). From aspect of learning needs,the students presented evenly enthusiasm for between traditional teaching method and modern teaching method;expected teachers asked more difficult questions;the study focused on actual and ef-fective feedback from the students. Their participation was mainly influenced by course property,teaching content and teaching method. The students'learning objectives were greatly affected by course propevty;to the students,the teaching content was more important than teaching method. CONCLUSIONS:It is to be improved in course property and location,teaching content and teach-ing method of Pharmaceutical English in our university. Pharmaceutical English should be included in required course;teaching content is combined with pharmaceutical practice;various teaching mode is formulated according to teaching content so as to meet students'need and improve teaching effect.

Objective To explore the value of multislice spiral computed tomography ( MSCT ) in predicting the resectability of pancreatic cancer ( PC) .Methods The MSCT images of 102 PC patients ( 62 men, mean age, 61 ±9 years;40 women, mean age, 60 ±9 years) confirmed by postoperative pathology were analyzed retrospectively .The images were analyzed and evaluated by 2 senior radiologists who were double blinded.The relationship between tumor and vessels was investigated based on consensus statement on the radiological diagnosis of PC of the Society of Abdominal Radiology and the American Pancreatic Association in 2014 .The diagnostic criterion on the resectability of PC was based on the 2015 NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines on PC . Image analysis included the lesion location , size and density , the characteristics of pancreatic and bile ducts , relationship of tumor and adjacent vessels , the extrapancreatic findings as well as T staging and resectability.Results The locations of PC were found in the pancreatic head (n=71,69.6%), body (n=23, 22.5%) and tail (n=8, 7.8%).The long-and short-axis diameter were (28.9 ±8.8)mm and (23.8 ±8.0)mm in head, and respectively, (31.2 ±11.0)mm and (23.8 ±6.3)mm in body and tail, respectively.The imaging findings included hypo-(n=98, 96.1%) and iso-density masses (n=4, 3.9%) on pancreatic phase, intra-and extrahepatic bile duct dilation (n=63, 61.8%), main pancreatic duct cut-off with dilation (n=46, 45.1%), the pseudocyst (n=4), acute pancreatitis (n=1) and chronic pancreatitis (n=2).T staging evaluation by MSCT observed T1 (n=3), T2 (n=7), T3 (n=78) and T4 (n=14), respectively.MSCT assessment for T staging was correct in 98 (96.1%), but wrong in 4 (3.9%), which was quite consistent with pathological T staging (K=0.88, P<0.05).MSCT assessment for the resectability was correct in 98 (96.1%), but wrong in 4 (3.9%).Sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, and area under curve of MSCT in the assessment of the resectability were 96.8%, 87.5%, 98.9%, 70.0%and 92.2%, respectively.Conclusions MSCT could improve the diagnostic accuracy for T Staging and resectability of PC .

OBJECTIVE:To improve community pharmaceutical care so as to promote the rational drug use of community resi-dent and improve the quality of life. METHODS:By analyzing the situation of community pharmaceutical care,the pharmaceutical care of community pharmacists was improved by changing pharmaceutical care mode,actively developing the propaganda of ratio-nal drug use,strengthening retraining of clinical pharmacists. RESULTS:With the help of Hongkou district quality control group, many hospitals of the district signed thepharmaceutical linkage assistance agreement. Through the efforts of Hongkou district quality control group and many hospitals,community pharmaceutical care was improved and the propaganda of rational drug use has achieved certain results. CONCLUSIONS:Through exploration and practice,the pharmaceutical care levels of community phar-macists have been improved and the rational drug use of community residents has been promoted.

Objective To discuss the MSCT imaging characteristics of metastatic lymph nodes in pancreatic cancer.Methods The MSCT images of 30 pancreatic cancer patients with metastatic lymph node confirmed by pathology were selected and all the patients underwent enhanced MSCT before surgery.The location, maximum short axis diameter ( MSAD) , sizes, density, enhancement, necrosis and fusion of the metastatic lymph nodes were analyzed using the 5th edition of TNM stage of Japan Pancreatic Society in 2002 as the standard.Results Sixty-three metastatic lymph nodes was pathologically diagnosed , while 53were diagnosed by MSCT.The metastatic lymph nodes most commonly occurred in group 13 and 17in pancreatic head cancer, while group 18 lymph node metastasis was more common in pancreatic body and tail cancer.The MSAD of metastatic lymph nodes was 2~17 mm with the average of (7.2 ±4.0)mm.All of metastatic lymph nodes were divided into MSAD <5 mm group, 5 mm~<10 mm group and ≥10 mm group based on their size.The number of metastatic lymph nodes of the three groups were 10, 18 and 25, respectively.The number of enhanced metastatic lymph nodes was decreased as the size increased, while the number of necrotic and fused lymph nodes was increased, which were statistically different (all P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups showed that the number of enhancement metastatic lymph nodes in MSAD <5 mm group and 5 mm~<10 mm group were more than that in ≥10 mm group ( 7/10 and 11/18 vs 2/25 ) .The number of fused lymph nodes in MSAD <5 mm group and 5 mm~<10 mm group were less than that in≥10 mm group (0 and 2/18 vs 22/25 ) .Clear edge metastatic lymph nodes were more in MSAD <5 mm group than that in≥10 mm group (6/10 vs 5/25).The number of necrotic metastatic lymph nodes in MSAD <5 mm group was less than that in ≥10 mm group(2 /10 vs 18/25).All the differences above were statistically significant ( all P<0.05), but no other significant differences were found between two groups.Conclusions The main imaging findings of metastatic lymph nodes in pancreatic cancer were unobvious enhancement, intratumoral necrosis and fusion.Heterogeneous density and unclear edge could benefit the diagnosis of metastatic lymph node.

ObjectiveTo study the pharmacokinetics of sufentanil in patients undergoing different cardiac surgeries with or without CPB.MethodsSixteen ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients aged 56-64 yr weighing 52-78 kg undergoing cardiac surgery were divided into 2 groups ( n ＝ 8 each):group Ⅰ off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and group Ⅱ valve replacement.Radial artery and peripheral vein were cannnlated.A bolus of sufentanil 5μg/kg was administered iv after induction of anesthesia.Blood samples were obtained from radial artery at 1,3,5,10,20,30,60,120,180,240,360 min after sufentanil injection.Plasma was immediately separated and stored at - 80 C for determination of plasma sufentanil concentration by liquid c hromatography-mass spectrometry.Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3P97 pharmacological program.ResultsThe pharmacokinetic profile of sufentanil was best described by a three-compartment open model.The 3 exponential equations in group Ⅰ,before and during CPB in group Ⅱ were:Cp(t) ＝ 11.7 e-0.47t + 1.9 e0.043t + 0.27 e-0.0032t ; Cp(t) ＝ 33.4 e-1.87t + 7.1e-0.103t +2.0 e-0.0248t and Cp(t) ＝ 23.8 e-0.54t + 5.2 e0.054t + 0.15 e-0.0017t respectively.There was significant difference in most of the pharmacokinetic parameters between the 2 groups.ConclusionsThe pharmacokinetics of sufentanil in patients undergoing different cardiac surgeries can be described by ~compartment open model.Low cardiac function and CPB can reduce its drug metabolism rate and prolong the duration of action.

Objective To study military medical graduates' psychological elastic characteris-tics and the key influencing factors. Methods A comparative study of 817 graduate students and 597 undergraduate students in a military academy was conducted by using positive negative emotions, pos-itive and negative cognitive bias and Mental Resilience Scale. Independent sample t-test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and step-wise regression analysis were conducted by SPSS 18.0 for data analysis. Results ①Resilience scores of postgraduate students were significantly lower than those of undergraduate students (76.01 ±11.43 vs. 80.00 ±10.26, t=-6.76, P<0.01). Resilience scores of military postgraduates were significantly higher than those of local postgraduates (77.18 ± 11.59 vs. 74.97±11.19, t=2.77, P<0.05). Resilience scores of female postgraduates were significantly lower than those of males (74.79 ±10.83 vs. 76.94 ±11.78, t=2.68, P<0.05), reflected in factors of tenacity and strength. ②Resilience and its factors were positively related to positive affect and atten-tion to positive information (r=0.448~0.625, P<0.01), while negatively related to negative affect and attention to negative information (r=-0.206~-0.448, P<0.01). ③Regression analysis showed that posi-tive and negative emotion, attention to positive and negative information can significantly predict re-silience, accounting for the variance of 53.7%. ④Positive and negative affect partially mediated the relationship between attention to positive information and positive affect and resilience. Conclusion Attention to positive information and positive affect may be potential targets for intervention to enhance the level of resilience among military medical postgraduate students.
