1.Study on Skin Tests of 43 Patients with Seasonal Contact Dermatitis

To study the etiology and pathogenesis of seasonal contact dermatitis (SG),some skin tests including pollen allergen patch test were performed in 43 cases of SG.Sixty-two patients with al- lergic contact dermatitis(NSG) and 50 healthy individual(HG) were used as control.The results showed that the level and positivity rate of total serum IgE in SG,and the positivity rate of specific IgE,pollen allergen prick test and patch test in SG were higher than those in NSG and HG.The speeific IgE,pollen allergen prick test and pollen allergen patch test were significantly correlated,and showed high consis- tency.These results indieate that the pathogenesis of seasonal contact dermatitis he obviously associated with pollen allergen-induced IgE-mediated late-phase reaction.
2.Efficacy of tropisetron and tranquilizer in reducing breast cancer chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting

Objective To observe the effect of tropisetron and tranquilizer on preventing nausea and vomiting induced by breast cancer chemotherapy,in comparison with using only tropisetron.Methods 78 cases of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group (40 cases) and the control group (38 cases).The observation group used the method of antiemetic intravenous tropisetron,while the control group adopted intravenous drip of tropisetron combined with intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine.The incidence of nausea and vomiting of two groups was observed.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reaction showed no obvious difference between two groups.Conclusions Intravenous injection of tropisetron combined with intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer,so this method is worthy of popularization.
3.Investigation on the Learning Results and the Medical Students' Attitude towards Study

Objective:In order to understand the learning results and the medical students' attitude to study better,we took effective measures to better improve the quality of education.Methods Questionnaire were taken to inquire students' professional thinking and the attitude of study and the SPSS software was used to analyze the learning results.Results:Students had the problems of"four insufficiency and a pressure"during the learning procedure,and learning results of medical students showed big differences in different majors,different semesters and different genders.Conclusion:Our college should take necessary measures in enhancing education to regulate the professional thinking and the medical students' attitude of study.Our college teachers should get the total message and handle the students' learning results and give every student individual education.Meanwhile,we should pay more attention to letting students find the ways of obtaining necessary information and effective learning methods.
4.Patch Testing of Cosm etic Derm atitis Using Suspected Cosm etics

In order to study on the properconcentrations for patch test(PT),and the availability of PT w ith the suspected cosm etic products used by the patients,PT ofvarious cosm etic products w as per- form ed on 35 healthy subjects and 38 patients w ith non-contactderm atitis and non-eczem a by using dif- ferent concentrations of cosm etic products and their vehicles in cosm etic products.In 62 patients w ith cosm etic derm atitis PT w as done using their ow n suspected causative cosm etic products.The results show ed thatm ost products could be tested “w ith originalproducts”,w ithout dilution,such as skin care products(cream ),lipsticks,hair care products(hair cream ,hair oil,m ousse),others had to be diluted, such as hair dyes,hotoiland soap,to 2% solution,sham poos to 5% solution,perm anent-w ave solutions and perfum es to 5% or 10% in distilled w ater,nailvarnish to 5% or 10% in acetone.The totalpositive rate of PT by using suspected cosm etics w as 95.16% .Our results indicate that PT concentrations and vehicles vary w ith different products in suspected cosm etics,PT of the suspected causative cosm etic products is an im portant m eans for the diagnosis of cosm etic derm atitis.Our study provides necessary data for the further study ofChinese standard cosm etic screening series allergens for PT.
5.MR1 siRNA suppresses proliferation of human hepatoma BEL-7402 cells

Objective To identify the function and mechanism of MR1 in proliferation of BEL-7402 cells.Methods siRNA targeting MR1 and negative control siRNA were synthesized and transfected into BEL-7402 cells using Lipofectamine 2000.The silencing effect of MR1 siRNA was determined by semi-RT-PCR.SRB assay,colony formation assay and growth curve assay were used to investigate whether MR1 siRNA regulated cellular proliferation.Cell cycles were assessed by flow cytometry.G2 arrest reagent nocodazole was used to show the potential effect of MR1 siRNA on G1 arrest.The expression of Cyclin D1 was determined by Western blotting.Results(1)MR1 mRNA significantly decreased in BEL-7402 cells 24 h after MR1 siRNA transfection.(2)MR1 siRNA induced the down-regulation of cell growth.The expression of Cyclin D1 in MR1 siRNA tranfected BEL-7402 cells decreased significantly.(3)Flow cytometry results showed that MR1 siRNA markedly decreased G2 phase population with nocodazole treatment,and distinctly increased G1 phase population.Conclusion The gene MR1 is involved in the proliferation of BEL-7402 cells.MR1 siRNA causes inhibition of the proliferation of BEL-7402 cells.One of the mechanisms ofMR1 siRNA on the proliferation of BEL-7402 cells is the induction of G1 arrest.
6.Advances in the application of neurophysiological monitoring in spinal cord injury

In recent decades, the development of the neurosurgery has changed from the traditional anatomical model to the modern anatomical-functional model. The nerve functions are maximally protected while lesions are removed as far as possible. Neurophysiological monitoring especially somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) and motor evoked potentials (MEPs) can directly reflect the integrity of the sensory and motor nerve conduction pathways of the nervous system. At present, it has been widely used in the neurosurgery, spinal surgery, vascular surgery and other surgical fields. In recent years, more and more clinical surgeries involved spinal surgery, intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring could timely find any reversible spinal cord damage such as mechanical stretch, ischemia, and anesthetic drugs, which not only improve the quality of surgery, reduce iatrogenic spinal cord injury, but also greatly improve the prognosis of patients and reduce postoperative neurological dysfunction and complications. In this paper, the research progress of neural electrophysiological monitoring techniques in spinal cord surgery is reviewed.
7.Experimental Study of Percutaneous Absorption of Neostigmine Cream in Vitro

OBJECTIVE:To study the in vitro percutaneous absorption of neostigmine cream.METHODS:Using isolated mouse skin as permeation barrier,the influence of different concentrations of azone on percutaneous permeation of neostigmine was studied.RESULTS:Azone could obviously enhance the percutaneous permeation of neostigmine,and the accumulative permeation quantity of neostigmine cream containing2%and5%azone increased7.17%and11.87%respectively compared with that of cream without azone.CONCLUSION:The percutaneous permeability of neostigmine cream is satisfactory and the best concentration of azone in enhancing permeation seems to be5%.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determination of the concentration of Buspirone in serum.MET_ HODS:The chromatographic system consisted of ZORBA SB-C 18 column and mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water-0.1mol/L NaAC buffer solution(pH4.5)(10∶38∶51∶1),with a detection wavelength of237nm,and the content was calcu?lated by peak area internal standard method.RESULTS:The linear range of Buspirone was1~80ng/ml,r=0.9979.CONCL_ USION:This method is simple and accurate for determination of Buspirone in serum.

10.Effects of classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy on immune functions-A randomized controlled trial

Objective To study effects of classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH) on immune functions.Methods A total of 60 women with benign gynecopathy requiring a hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group,receiving either CISH or abdominal hysterectomy(AH).The white blood cell(WBC) count and neutrophil granulocyte percentage before and 1 day after the surgery,and peripheral T-lymphocyte subgroup(CD_3,CD_4,and CD_8),(interleukin-2)(IL-2),and interleukin-10(IL-10) 1 day before and 1 and 4 days after the surgery were measured,respectively.
