A simple, rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)method was developed for the determination of salidroside in rat plasma and study of its pharmacokinetics after oral administration of suspension of Erzhi Wan and Fructus Ligustri lucidi into Wistar rats.Plasma sample of 200 μL was extracted with acetic ether-isopropanol(2∶1)and the extraction was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase of methanol-water(41∶59,v/v)within a run time of 6.0 min.The analyte was monitored with positive electrospray ionization(ESI)by selected ion monitoring(SIM)mode. The target ions were m/z 323.05 for salidroside and m/z 411.05 for internal standard(IS)geniposide.A good linear relationship was obtained over the range of 5.0-500.0 ng/mL and the lower limit of quantification was 5.0 ng/mL.The validated method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of salidroside in rat plasma after oral administration of suspension of Erzhi Wan and Fructus Ligustri lucidi.

Abstract: To report the diagnosis, treatment and outcome of 4 patients with hematological diseases complicated with Aeromonas hydrophila bloodstream infection in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, further clarify the importance of blood culture and deepen the clinical understanding of the disease. Four patients with hematological diseases complicated with Aeromonas hydrophila bloodstream infection treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from 2017 to 2021 were recruited as the study objects. The clinical manifestations, blood culture collection, detection time of Aeromonas hydrophila, laboratory examination, treatment and prognosis of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. In this study, 4 cases were male patients with hematological diseases, who were in myelosuppression after chemotherapy. After fever, blood culture was collected and Aeromonas hydrophila was detected. The positive time of blood culture in 4 cases ranged from 4 to 11 hours. The results of antibiotic sensitivity showed that it was highly sensitive to the second, third and fourth generation cephalosporins, quinolones and carbapenems. Four patients were treated with imipenem cilastatin sodium in the early stage, and one patient recovered after active anti infection and leukocyte raising treatment. One patient did not complete chemotherapy due to a request for discharged, and the follow-up was unknown. Two patients developed rapidly into necrotizing fasciitis and died later. Hematological diseases complicated with Aeromonas hydrophila bloodstream infection are rare, but the mortality rate is high. For patients with repeated fever and considering infection, blood culture should be carried out as soon as possible to confirm the pathogen and drug sensitivity test. During clinical treatment, the treatment should be adjusted in time in combination with the patient's situation. In addition to anti-infection treatment, the patient's immunity should be improved and the development of necrotizing fasciitis should be vigilant.

OBJECTIVETo study the polymorphism of c-Ha-ras 3' variable number of tandem repeat (VNTR) and its relationship with development of postmolar tumor.
METHODSThe cases of hydatidiform mole (HM) were retrospectively analyzed by amplified fragment length polymorphism-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The DNA origin of HM was determined by comparison with the parents' DNA amplified results.
RESULTSAmong the samples from 15 cases, DNA from only paternal origin was found in 2 cases. DNA from both parents was in 13 cases, and of these 13 cases, 2 were found to be had balanced DNA origin, 11 had more DNA form paternal origin than DNA from maternal origin.
CONCLUSIONThe HM which has DNA from both parents origin and predominantly from paternal origin developed to postmolar tumor more frequently.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2008;28(1):97-100
OBJECTIVETo establish a nude mouse model mimicking hepatic metastasis of human colon carcinoma and study its magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features and the quality of diffusion-weighted images (DWI).
METHODSHuman colon carcinoma SW480 cells were inoculated subcutaneously ((1x10(7)/ml, 0.5 ml) in the costal regions of 2 nude mice, and after successful tumor formation, the generated tumors were harvested and cut into tissue blocks of 1 mm(3). The tissue blocks were subsequently implanted into the liver of 36 nude mice, from which TSE-T1WI, T2WI and EPI-DWI were obtained after tumor growth.
RESULTSThe success rate of intrahepatic tumor implantation was 100% (36/36), and the tumors grown in the liver measured 0.7 to 2 cm in diameter 2 to 6 weeks after implantation. All the tumors were clearly visualized on T1WI and T2WI images, with isointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity on T2WI. Compared with the T2WI, DWI showed conspicuous geometry deformation in 4 mice to cause difficult detection, moderate to slight geometric deformation in 14 mice which remained detectable, and no geometric deformation in 18 mice.
CONCLUSIONThe nude mouse model of hepatic metastasis of SW480 colon cancer cell line, with ideal implantation and tumor growth rate, allows convenient tumor observation on MR T1WI, T2WI and DWI, and the MRI findings of the tumor are well consistent with those by pathological examination, suggesting the validity of this model for molecular imaging research of human colon cancer.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2013;19(6):665-668
Objective To evaluate the psychological health status and its influencing factors of nasopharyngeal tumor inpatients so as to discuss effective nursing care interventions. Methods Sixty-four nasopharyngeal tumor inpatients from affiliated Tumor Hospital of Shantou University Medical College between January 2010 and March 2012 were investigated with the self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-designed influencing factors scale. Results The SDS and SAS scores of nasopharyngeal tumor inpatients were (47.63 ± 13.08) and (40.38 ± 8.47),respectively,and the difference between the study and domestic norm was statistically significant (t =17.250,6.180; P < 0.01).And the influencing factors of negative emotion in nasopharyngeal cancer patients mainly were worrying about hospitalization expenses, family responsibility, lowered self-care ability,side-effects of treatment, pain, and the worrying about therapeutic effect and prognosis. Conclusions The psychological health status of nasopharyngeal tumor inpatients is really poor, which may influence the compliance and effect of treatment, and directly impact the recovery of patients.Besides, the regular anti-tumor treatment, purposeful nursing care should be given to patients so as to promote the recovery of body and mentality.
