Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 ( TREM-1 ) is one of immunoglobulin superfamilies found recently.TREM-1 is a crucial molecule for the triggering and amplification of inflammatory response and promote the reduction of in anti-inflammatory factor by crosslinking reaction with its ligand after being activated,or increasing the level of transcription factor.This study shows that TREM-1 may be claimed as a marker of infection,and the blockade of TREM-1 may be a new approach to inflammatory diseases.This study summarizes its structure,signal transduction,expression,accommodation and clinical application.

Objective To detect human papilloma virus (HPV) and to determine its genotype in children with condyloma acuminatum (CA) in Weifang city,Shandong province.Methods Swab specimens were collected from the surface of lesions of 24 children with CA.PCR/flow-through hybridization assay was performed to detect HPV and determine its genotypes in these specimens.Results Among the 24 specimens,95.8％ (23/24) were positive for HPV.Of the HPV-positive specimens,87.0％ (20/23) harbored single type of HPV,and 13.0％ (3/23) multiple types of HPV.The most common genotype was HPV6(9/23),followed by HPV16 (6/23),HPV11 (5/23),HPV58 (3/23),HPV18 (2/23),and HPV53 (1/23).Conclusions HPV 6,16,11,58 and 18 prevail in children patients with CA in Weifang city,Shandong province.Additionally,the HPV genotypes in children patients are similar to those in their close contacts.

Peanuts, corn and other food products are prone to aflatoxins (AF). AF was listed as a human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), especially aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), as it is considered the most prevalent and toxic. China is a big peanut producer, so carrying out pollution investigation and risk assessment in peanuts and their products is crucial to formulate prevention measures, protect export trade and maintain health. This paper summarizes the AF pollution of peanuts and their products in the Huang-Huai-Hai Basin, Yangtze River Basin, Southeast Coast and Northeast region of China from 2015 to 2021, and the application of dietary AF exposure risk assessment methods, providing a basis for strengthening the supervision of AF pollution in peanuts and their products, and ensuring food safety.

Objective To discuss the effect of music therapy on anxiety control of patients with maxillofacial cancer.Methods 140 cases in head and neck surgery department were divided into the test group and the control group with 70 cases in each group from March 2004 to November 2005.The test group received music intervention based on routine nursing.The degree of anxiety was evaluated on the first day of hospitalization(T1),the previous day before the operation(T2),the first day after operation(T3)and the third day after operation after listening to music.The control group only received routine nursing.The condition of anxiety at different time points was evaluated and compared.Results The scores of anxiety(SAS)in the two groups were statistically different(P＜0.05).The intra-group comparison of anxiety degree in the test group(T1-T2,T1-T3,T1-T4)had statistical difference(P＜0.05).The intra-group comparison of anxiety degree in the control group(T1-T2,T1-T3)had no statistical difference(P＞0.05).While evident difference existed in T1-T4 in the control group.P＜0.05.Conclusion Music intervention facilitated the rehabilitation of anxiety condition in cancer patients.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) has the significant characteristics of regional spread and lymphatic metastasis. Radical resection provides the only chance for long-term survival of patients with ICC. Anatomic or extended hepatectomy is the most optimal treatment. The value of hepatic resection with lymph node dissection and the area of lymph node dissection are controversial. Palliative resection improves prognosis of some patients. Secondary hepatectomy also benefits some patients with late (＞1 year) intrahepatic recurrence. Liver transplantation is only performed for highly selected prophase-patients or prudent clinical trials, and a combination with adjuvant treatment such as chemo-radiotherapy after operation is suggested.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment of endometriosis in adolescent and to improve our knowledge,and to reduce misdiagnosis.Methods Clinical data of 17 patients with endometriosis in adolescents were analyzed retrospectively.Results Preoperative diagnosis is wrong in nine out of 17 cases.All patients underwent surgical operation and post-operative medcine treatment.Five cases have complicated genital tract anomalies.Four cases relapsed,good prognosis is expected in the other patients.Conclusion Clinical characteristics of endometriosis in adolescents are not positive.The treatment involves the surgical operation and medicine.
