Objective To investigate the current state of nurse leaders′leadership and nurse physician cooperation, to explore the relationship between them, and to provide reference for improving nurse physician cooperation situation. Methods Totally 193 nurse leaders were recruited who were participated in Anhui nursing management training courses. A series of questionnaires were used to collect data, including general information, competency inventory for registered nurse, nurse physician cooperation scale. Results One hundred and eighty- two questionnaires were valid. The score of nurse managers′leadership was (27.85±6.27) points, while the score of nurse physician cooperation scale was (68.31±11.67) points. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the control of general information, leadership for the interpretation of the nurse physician cooperation level increased by 27.3% (△R2 = 0.273, P = 0.000). Conclusions Hospital managers can adopt effective strategies to raise the level of nurses' leadership, which further increases the nurse physician cooperation level.

Objective To observe the application of elastic bandage in cerebral palsy with knee hyperextension. Methods 20 spastic diplegia children were radomly divided into control group and experimental group with 10 cases in each group. Both of them received conventional rehabilitation, including exercise therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The experimental group worn elastic bandages additionally when orthostatic walk preparing and walking training. The knee range of motion (ROM), D and E zones of Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) were evaluated before and 3 months after treatment. Results The ROM decreased, and the score of GMFM increased after treatment in both groups (P<0.01), especially in the experimental group (P<0.01). Conclusion The elastic bandage can improve the knee function and the gross motor function of cerebral palsy children with knee hyperextension.

Objective To investigate the status of subjective well-being and its influencing factors among undergraduate nursing students. Methods By using stratified cluster sampling method,557 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by questionnaires including general information questionnaire, Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C( IRI-C) and Index of Well-being Scale. Results The total average score of subjective well-being was (10. 43 ± 2. 86),and the total average score of empathy was (52. 31 ± 9. 15). There were significant differences in gender, grade, the student cadres and single-parent families ( t= -3. 79, 172. 97, 2. 52, -2. 56, 4. 07, respectively;P<0. 05). The global empathy, dimension of perspective taking, imagine, sympathy and care were positively related to subjective well-being (r =0. 10, 0. 14, 0. 10, 0. 20,respectively;P <0.05),and the dimension of personal distress was negatively related to subjective well-being (r= -0. 17,P<0. 05). Stepwise regression analysis revealed that the impact factors of subjective well-being were gender, grade, the dimension of sympathy and care, personal distress. Conclusions In order to improve the subjective well-being of the undergraduate nursing students, the educator should help them with targeted guidance in their different stages.

Objective:To evaluate the quality of clinical practice guidelines related to oral care for critically ill children, so as to provide recommendations for oral care practice in critically ill children. Methods:Clinical practice guidelines related to oral care for critically ill children were retrieved by computer in electronic literature databases at home and abroad, guideline websites and related professional association websites. The search time limit was from January 1, 2009 to January 1, 2021. The quality of the guidelines was evaluated by the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE Ⅱ) , and the recommendations of the included guidelines were extracted, classified and analyzed. Results:A total of 9 guidelines were included. The overall quality evaluation showed that 2 articles were grade A, and 7 articles were grade B. The average standardized scores of the 9 guidelines in the 6 fields of AGREE Ⅱ from high to low were 94.32% for scope and purpose, 92.97% for clarity of presentations, 77.78% for independence, 74.89% for stakeholder involvement, 73.84% for rigor of development, and 61.32% for applicability. Conclusions:The overall quality of the clinical practice guidelines related to oral care for critically ill children is high, but the applicability and the rigor of development of the guidelines still need to be improved. At present, there is no clinical practice guideline on oral care for critically ill children in China, and cross-cultural adjustment of foreign guidelines can be considered to guide the practice of oral care for critically ill children in China.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2024;40(10):865-881
Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.
