Objective To investigate the immunophenotype and molecular genetics of mature aggressive B-cell lymphomas in Chinese pediatric patients and provide the criteris for the diagnosis of them. Methods We collected 97 paraffin-embeded tissue samples of pediatric cases of mature aggressive B-cell lymphomas including 81 Burkitt lymphoma (BL) cases, 8 diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cases and 8unclassifiable B cell lymphoma with featares intermediate between BL and DLBCL (BL/DLBCL) cases. The immunophenotype and genetic features of them were detected by immunohistochemistry and interphase FISH.Results The expression of bcl-2 [3 %(2/66) in BL, 50 % (4/8) in DLBCL, 50 % (4/8) in BL/DLBCL], MUM1 [17 % (12/71) in BL, 63 % (5/8) in DLBCL, 63 % (5/8) in BL/DLBCL] and mean Ki-67 proliferation index [(93±4.4)% in BL, (83±14.3)% in DLBCL, (80±11.5)% in BL/DLBCL] were significantly different between BL and DLBCL and between BL and BL/DLBCL. The frequency of c-myc rearrangement [98 % (79/81) in BL,38 % (3/8) in DLBCL, 50 % (4/8) in BL/DLBCL] and an extra copy of bcl-6 [0 % in BL, 38 % (3/8) in DLBCL, 25 % (2/8) in BL/DLBCL] were also significantly different between BL and DLBCL and between BL and BL/DLBCL. Conclusion Diagnosis of the mature aggressive B cell lymphomas in pediatrics should be based on the comprehensive review and integration of morphologic, immunohistochemical and molecular genetic features. BL/DLBCL is more likely a subgroup of the DLBCL in pediatric population. The expression of CD10 and bcl-6 but not bcl-2, a high Ki-67 PI (>90 %) and a c-myc rearrangement but not bcl-2 or bcl-6rearrangement are the features of BL. Regardless of the expression of CD10 and bcl-6, positive staining for bcl2, Ki-67 PI below 90 % and an extra copy of the bcl-6 favor a diagnosis of DLBCL or BL/DLBCL.

Objective T o explore the relationship betw een the change rules of volatile organic com pounds (V O C s) in rat m uscle and postm ortem interval (PM I). Methods A total of 120 healthy rats w ere divided random ly into 12 groups (10 for each group). A fter the rats w ere sacrificed by cervical dislocation, the bodies w ere kept at (25±1)℃. R at m uscle sam ples w ere separately obtained at 12 PM I points, including 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 d. T he V O C s in rat m uscles w ere collected, detected and ana-lyzed by headspace solid-phase m icroextraction (H S-SPM E ) coupled to gas chrom atography-m ass spec-trom eter (G C-M S ). Results In total, 15 species of V O C s w ere identified, including 9 arom atic com-pounds, 3 sulfur com pounds, 2 aliphatic acids and 1 heterocyclic com pound. T he species of V O C s in-creased w ith PM I: no species w ere detected w ithin 1 day, 3 species w ere detected on day 2, 9 on day 3, 11 on day 4, 14 from day 5 to 7, and 15 from day 8 to 10. T otal peak area of 15 species of V O C s w as significantly correlated to PM I (adjusted R2=0.15-0.96): the regression function w as y=-17.05 x2+164.36 x-246.36 (adjusted R2=0.96) from day 2 to 5, and y=2.24 x+101.13 (adjusted R2=0.97) from day 6 to 10. Conclusion T he change rules of V O C s in rat m uscle are helpful for PM I estim ation.

We analyzed the whole genome coding sequence of Volvariella volvacea to study the pattern utilization of codons by Codon W 1.4.2. As results, 24 optimal codons were identified. Moreover, the frequency of codons usage was calculated by CUSP program. We compared the frequency of codons usage of V. volvacea with other organisms including 6 modal value species (Homo sapiens, Saccharomys cerevisiae, Arabidopsis thalian, Mus musculus, Danio rerio and Drosophila melanogaster) and 4 edible fungi (Coprinopsis cinerea, Agaricus bisporus, Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus). We found that there were less differences in 3 edible fungi (excluding Pleurotus ostreatus) than 6 modal value species, comparing with the frequency of codons usage of V. volvacea. With software SPSS16.0, cluster analysis which showed differences in the size of codon bias, reflects the evolutionary relationships between species, which can be used as a reference of evolutionary relationships of species. This was the first time for analysis the codon preference among the whole coding sequences of edible fungi, serving as theoretical basis to apply genetic engineering of V. volvacea.

Objective:To analyze the application value of PAD (Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion) class and case teaching combined with brainstorming in the practice teaching of nursing students in the department of cardiovascular surgery. Methods:A total of 81 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, The First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group ( n=40, brainstorming teaching) and the observation group ( n=41, PAD class combined with case teaching). After one month of intervention, the teaching effect on the two groups of nursing students were evaluated through the nursing students' clinical communication ability scale, Chinese version of self-assessment of clinical reflection and reasoning (SACRR), and competency inventory for registered nurse (CIRN). And the teaching quality was assessed by the clinical nursing teacher teaching behavior assessment scale. SPSS 22.0 was used for t-test. Results:The scores of each dimension and total scores of clinical communication ability scale, Chinese version SACRR and CIRN of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The scores of nursing teaching behavior evaluation of clinical teachers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of PAD class and case teaching with brainstorming can improve the clinical communication ability of nursing students in cardiovascular surgery practice, help to promote the transformation of their clinical thinking ability, improve their core competences, and play an important role in improving the teaching quality.
