In order to investigate the mechanism of stat3 nuclear import. positioned a characterized NLS of the SV40 large T antigen into Stat3-GFP, Dstat3-GFP respectively between the C-terminus of Stat3 and the N-terminus of GFP to create Stat3-NLS-GFP and Dstat3-NLS-GFP. With NLS-GFP as the positive control, Expression of the Stat3-NLS-GFP without IL-6 stimulation and Stat3-GFP with IL-6 stimulation resulted in a predominantly nuclear localization in 293T cell. Expression of Stat3-GFP and Dstat3-NLS-GFP without IL-6 stimulation resulted in predominantly cytoplasm localization in 293T cell. The results suggest that latent Stat3 is not anchored in the cytoplasm, and that nuclear localization in response to IL-6 is facilitated by gain of an NLS function.

Objective To discuss the effects of exercise prescription on the patients' life quality underwent coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods 105 patients involved in via convenience sampling were divided into experimental group(n=61) and control group(n=44), control group received rehabilitation exercise routinely, experimental group followed targeted exercise prescription and primary nurse instructed them in exercise. To compare and analyze the indexes of two groups before and after operation. Results There were no differences in all the indexes between the two groups at discharge time(P>0.05). One month after discharge, basic heart rate and blood pressure in exercise group were lower than those in control group, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Compared with control group, basic heart rate decreased significantly in exercise group three months after discharge[(79.76±7.41) vs (82.41±7.25),t=-2.1689,P<0.05], and blood pressure decreased significantly in exercise group three months after discharge, and oxygen pressure increased significantly(P<0.05), which were even better at six months after discharge. Meanwhile, max exercise respiratory rate decreased in exercise group [(33.22±2.72) vs (37.56±3.52),t=-6.631,P<0.01].Conclusions Exercise prescription can be effective in improving patient's rehabilitation condition after coronary artery bypass grafting, effectively increase the patient's exercise tolerance and life quality.

Objective To discuss the nursing of insulin pump therapy to control blood glucose after coronary artery bypass surgery in elderly diabetic patients. Methods Totals of 153 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery between March 2010 and March 2012 were divided into observation group (n =77) and control group (n =76) randomly.Insulin was given by micro-pump intravenous in observation group and insulin was given subcutaneous injection in control group, respectively.Materials pre-,intra-and post-operation were analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference of pre-and intra-operation between the two groups. The incidence of hypoglycemia and wound infection in insulin pump group was significantly lower than that of control group (1 vs 7,Z =-2.1975,P < 0.05).Conclusions Active peri-operative care and correct application of insulin micro pump are advantageous for postoperative blood glucose control and postoperative recovery.

A 72-year-old female patient was admitted to the emergency department of Qintang District People′s Hospital of Guigang City in August 2023 due to chills and fever, abdominal distension and pain, diarrhea, cough and shortness of breath for 1 day. She had a history of chronic obstructive and pulmonary heart disease, stage Ⅲ hypertension, and ceftazidime allergy. Clinical diagnosis of acute bacterial infection of chronic obstructive pneumonia was made and levofloxacin combined with piperacillin/tazobactam were given as symptomatic treatment. The blood culture reported Campylobacter fetus after four days, and the patient was cured and discharged after seven days with negative blood culture. The morphology and mass spectrometry identification of the strain were consistent with the definition of Campylobacter fetus. Whole genome sequencing predicted the multi-site sequence type as Campylobacter fetus subsp. fetus( Cff) ST20, carrying the tetracycline resistance gene tet (O/M/O), 18 flagella genes (including rpoN gene from Campylobacter jejuni. these genes were not found in the other two Campylobacter fetus subspecies), and six virulence genes (including like-typhoidal toxin and typhoid toxin genes). The pathogen has the ecological characteristics of parasitic farmed animal colonization and the biological characteristics of high mobility and virulence. These attributes facilitated its entry into the bloodstream via the fecal-oral route, leading to invasive infections.
