BACKGROUND:At present,application revascularization and drug treatment may arrest aggravation of heart function and arrhythmic development,but effectiveness is limited.Infarcted myocardial cells are still impossible to regenerate.How to make necrotic myocardial cell regeneration and diastolic myocardial function is the problem to solve.OBJECTIVE:To analyze the study progress of bone marrow stem cells in treatment of myocardial infarction.RETRIEVAL STRATEGY:A computerized online database of Pubmed was searched to identify articles published from May 2000 to July 2006 with the key words of "the marrow stem-cell,cell transplant,myocardial infarction" in English.Simultaneously,articles published between October 1997 and December 2006 were identified in China Journal Full-text Database with the same key word in Chinese.Sixty-seven articles were retrieved and data were selected primarily.Inclusive criteria:①articles related to the transplantation of bone marrow stem cells for the treatment of myocardial infarction,②in the same field,articles recently published or in authoritative journals.Exclusive criteria:①articles of repetitive study,and ②Meta analysis.LITERATURE EVALUATION:Articles mainly analyzes the transplantation of stem cells for the treatment of myocardial infarction.Of the 30 included articles,10 were reviews and the rest was clinical or basic studies.DATA SYNTHESIS:①Bone marrow stem cells are composed of bone marrow mononuclear cells,hematopoietic stem cells,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,endothelial stem/progenitor cells,multipotent adult progenitor cells and so on.②After the transplantation,bone marrow stem cells can differentiate into myocardiocytes,and do effectively electromechanical coupling with receptors.Bone marrow stem cells can promote the angiogenesis in ischemic region,avoid ethical dispute and immunological rejection,and these cells are easy to collect.Bone marrow stem cells are adult stem cells,and its transdifferentiation deserves further study.Many clinical studies showed that autogeneic bone marrow stem cell transplantation for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and heart failure could be achieved.③Matrix metalloproteinase,stem cell factor and stromal cell chemokine from bone marrow stem cells play important roles in stem cell mobilization,homing and myocardial repair.Tissue injury and high-level multipotential stem cells are two key factors of the differentiation of bone marrow stem cells in myocardial microenvironment.④ Problems in bone marrow stem cell transplantation included cell type,regulatory mechanism of transdifferentiation,optimal time,manner and safety of transplantation,etc.CONCLUSION:Through establishing complete animal model,the possibility of each technique in clinical procedures is explored.Bone marrow stem cells in treatment of acute myocardial infarction may become a new method,which has different from traditional drug treatment,interventional therapy of cardiovascular disease and surgical intervention.

Methods The papers published in journals were integrated and a characteristic single disease misdiagnosis database was developed for providing precise and accurate information by making full use of the contributing, revie-wing, editing and proofreading platform into which the short message service, alipay or third party payment service and WeChat service were linked. Results The platform makes convenient for the authors, editors and reviewers of manuscripts, the database contributes to the deep development of journal contents and activates the journal vitality. Conclusion The traditional media can improve the work efficiency, integrate the journal contents and provide the characteristic service by making full use of modern technologies, thus contributing to the further development of journals.

Objective To study the effect of cold prolonged storage of rat livers with self-designed HYS solution on hepatic biochemical functions.Methods The preservation effect of HYD solution with that of UW solution and Lactate Ringer's solution(LR)was compared by using isolated perfused rat liver model.Results All the indices of hepatic biochemical functions in HYD group were better than in LR group for 12 h storage.The contents of ATP,TAN and AEC in HYD group were significantly higher than in Uw group for 36 h storage(P＜0.05).pH in HYD group was markedly higher than in UW group for 30 or 36 h storage(P＜0.05).The hydrolytic activities of H+-ATP ase in hepatic mitochondria and bile production were mildly higher in HYD group than in UW group(P＞0.05).No significant difference in AST,ALT and LDH in the effluent were found between HYD group and UW group(P＞0.05).Conclusions The effect of 12 h storage of rat livers with HYD solution might be better than with LR solution.The effect of HYD solution is similar to that of UW solution within 36 h storage.However.HYD solution is slightly superior to UW solution in some aspects.such aS improvement of energy metabolism during cold storage and reperfusion,prevention of intracellular acidosis.bile production and perfusion of liver in situ.

Objective To study the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Bailing capsule in treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis and the efficacy of serum hs-CRP, MMP-9, APN and CysC.MethodsFrom January 2013 to December 2015, 84 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis were enrolled in our hospital.According to the order of admission, the observation group and control group were divided into observation group and control group.The control group were given low molecular weight heparin calcium, the observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Bailing capsule for treatment.The levels of serum hs-CRP, MMP-9, APN, CysC, inflammatory factors and immune levels were observed in the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, the clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[92.86% (39/42) vs 69.05% (29/42)] (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hs-CRP, MMP-9, APN and CysC levels between the two groups.After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, MMP-9 and CysC in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).APN was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of hs-CRP, MMP-9 and CysC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the APN level was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-18 levels between the two groups before treatment.After treatment, The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-18 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in IgA, IgG and IgM levels between the two groups.After treatment, the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups.ConclusionLow molecular weight heparin combined with Bailing capsule can effectively reduce hs-CRP, MMP-9, CysC level and APN level in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, improve clinical symptoms, good clinical efficacy and high safety.

Objective To study the clinical effect of phentolamine combined with furosemide therapy in children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods The subjects were 92 cases of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016,randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with on the basis of routine treatment,the observation group,patients received phentolamine combined with furosemide treatment.Compared two groups of the total efficiency and the symptoms disappear time,and compare the cardiac function and electrocardiogram improvement effect.Results The total efficiency of observation group(93.48％)was significantly higher than the control group(71.74％)(χ2=7.57,P<0.05); observation group of the pulmonary rales disappeared time,breath,heart failure control time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); after treatment,the observation group of the ESV was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),EDV was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),electrocardiogram indicators improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of phentolamine combined with furosemide in treatment of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure significantly,can effectively improve the cardiac structureAnd function,reduce the occurrence of abnormal ECG,high safety,worthy of clinical promotion

Objective To screen the anti-tumor prescription (Shengzao Fang) of Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae) combined with Zao Jiao-ci (Spina Gleditsiae), and evaluate its anti-tumor effects. Methods The lung metastatic model of 4T1 breast cancer and the 4T1 subcutaneous transplanted model were established, both models of mice were randomly divided into model group, Shengma group, Zao Jiao-ci group, Shengzao Fang first group, Shengzao Fang second group and Shengzao Fang third group, 10 mice for each group. The proportion of Shengzao Fang was ascertained by their anti-tumor effects. MTT assay was used to investigate the effects of Shengzao Fang on 4T1 breast cancer. The concentration of type 1 collagen (Col-Ⅰ), platelet-activating factor (PAF), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP-1), tyrosine kinase receptor A (TrkA) and tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) in serum from tumor-bearing mice was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The effects of Shengzao Fang on matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) was examined by Gelatin matrix method. Results Compared with the model group, the prescription of Shengma∶Zao Jiao-Ci=2∶1 significantly suppressed lung metastasis of 4T1 breast cancer, showing fewer lung nodes, lower lung metastasis rate and highest tumor inhibitory rate to 4T1 subcutaneous transplanted model. Although the concentration of serum Col-Ⅰ, PAF, TIMP-1, TrkA and TrkB was decreased in all treated group, the prescription of Shengma∶Zao Jiao-ci=2∶1 had the strongest activity, and its inhibitory effect on the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was strongest, too. Conclusion The prescriptions of Shengma combined with Zao Jiao-ci had different antitumor activity, the strongest activity was exhibited when shengma∶Zao Jiao-ci was 2∶1, suggesting that 2∶1 was optimization for Shengma combined with Zao Jiao-ci.

Objective To establish a management information system for bacteria ( virus ) preservation in order to improve the management efficiency and quality of bacteria ( virus) preservation organizations to the largest possible extent . Methods Client/Server(C/S) structure was adopted to design the system with Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server2000 as the platform of development .A bacteria ( virus) information database was established with the E-R model and 3NF.The system was developed by face to object language program .Results Devices needed were supplied .Functional modules of bacteria ( virus ) information management , scientific research project management , user management and system maintenance were constructed .Visiting permission was installed on the platform and database to maximize the protection of bacteria ( virus ) information safety .Conclusion Bacteria ( virus ) information flow management , involving storage , classification, preservation, collection and record, is achieved.All the resources of the preservation organization are integrated.Bacteria (virus) management efficiency is increased and bacteria (virus) information safety is ensured.

Objective To investigate the effects of primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) combined with intracoronary low-dose urokinase therapy on myocardial perfusion and clinical outcome in acute STEMI patients. MethodsFrom Oct. 2011 to Jun. 2013, 183 patients suffering from myocardial infarction with acute ST segment elevation, (STEMI) who had undergone emergent PCI in 306 Hospital of PLA conforming to inclusion criteria were enrolled in the present study. They were randomly assigned to urokinase group (n=91) and control group (n=92). For urokinase group, besides routine interventional treatment, patients were given single or multiple intracoronary injection of 0.05-0.1 million U urokinase immediately before primary PCI, while for control group, patients received routine interventional treatment only. The main indices determined and compared between the two groups included the immediate blood flow grading of thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI), corrected TIMI frame count, falling degree of ST segment elevation in ECG after intervention, and left ventricular function on the 7th and 30th day after intervention, and also major adverse cardiac events (MACE) on the 30th day after intervention. Results The TIMI Ⅲ blood flow and corrected TIMI frame count were obviously better in urokinase group than in control group (83 vs 71, P=0.034; 21.2±10.7 vs 29.6±15.3, P=0.012) immediately after PCI, ant the falling degree >70% of ST segment elevation at 90min after intervention was significantly more marked in urokinase group than that in control group (93.4% vs 82.6%, P=0.025). When compared with urokinase group to control group, although no significant difference was found in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) on the 7th day of follow-up (53.5±9.4 vs 51.6±8.7, P=0.158), the cardiac ultrasound revealed a better outcome of LVEF (56.3±9.8 vs 53.5±8.1, P=0.036) and a lower MACEs (including death, angina, target vessel revascularization, heart failure and stroke, etc.)(4.4% vs 13.0%, P=0.038) on the 30th day of follow-up. Conclusion Emergency PCI combined with single or multiple intracoronary injection of low-dose urokinase before stent implantation may efficiently improve the myocardial perfusion and left ventricular function, and improve the short-term prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients with due safety.
