Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(9):1297-1299
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of compound herba Houttuyniae granules used in mycoplasma pneumonia in the elderly and analyze the change of IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor before and after the treatment. Methods According to treatment methods,80 elderly patients with mycoplasma pneumonia, were divided into the control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group, the control group were given Ribavirin granules, the treatment group was given on the basis of the control group and compound herba Houttuyniae granules. The therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed, and the change of IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After 7-days'treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group(97.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5%) (x2 =9.804,P <0.05).After the drug treatment, the rate of adverse drug reactions was 5.0% in the treatment group, which was significantly lower than the 32.5% in the control group(x2 =9.928,P < 0.05).Before treatment, the IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor were not significantly different between the two groups (all P > 0.05).After treatment, the IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of compound herba Houttuyniae granules used in elderly mycoplasma pneumonia is efficient and the incidence of adverse reactions was low.It can improve the clinically relevant outcome measures and is worthy of clinical application.
2.The physiological function of plamitic acid content at sn-2 position of triglyceride in human milk
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(1):58-60
The enrichment of plamitic acid at sn-2 position of triglyceride in human milk improves a high efficiency of fatty acid absorption, softer stools and prevention of calcium malabsorption in infants.Meanwhile,it increases early bone mineralization and development, adjusts the composition of the intestinal microflora. It also may lower the extent and severity of intestinal inflammation after injury and modulate early infant crying.
3.Pulmonary infections in the immunocompromised patients must be considered in a particular way.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2002;0(08):-
Pulmonary infections in the immunocompromised patients have become common problem in clinical work along with the immunocompromised ones increased. The pathogens in those patients were complex. The clinical manifestations were always atypical and may be covered up with immunosuppressors. The state of this illness can deteriorate in many patients. In recent years, many pathogen survey technique and therapy have been developed, and give a positive impact on clinical diagnosis and treatments. It is important to find out the current diagnosis and therapy in the pulmonary infections in immunocompromised patients, and pay more attention to clinical pathway for improving the outcome and reducing complications in those patents. 4.Bibliometric analysis of diabetes literatures published in recent ten years
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
The increasing prevalence of diabetes worldwide has attracted more and more attention;consequently, diabetes literatures have been on a steady rise over the last decade as sustaining efforts were made to control the disease. This paper, through bibliometric analysis of the 1995-2004 literatures(with a defined amount) from ISI Web of Science and other databases, revealed the amount of literatures, citations, and research focuses of diabetes of different countries, institutions, individuals and journals, reflecting the development in diabetes research over the last 10 years from a bibliometric approach.
5.Cultivation and in vitro identification of epithelial cells from human fistula tube
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1999;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate a method of isolating and culturing the epithelial cells from human fistula tube. Methods:We separated epithelial cells of human fistula tube by tissue block method and cultured the epithelial cells. The morphology of the cells was studied with a phase contrast microscope and the living characteristics after subculture of the cells were observed. We identified the cells using immunocytochemical assessment. Results:The culturing cells grew on the wall appeared after 24-36 hours. The living characteristics of the cultured cells were quickly into the logarithms growth period between 7 and 9 days. The identified cells were keratin positive and vimentin negative by using immunocytochemistry. Conclusion:The epithelial cells of human fistula tube could be cultured stably in vitro by the method. It could be possible to study the healing mechanism of human fistula tube based on the results of this study.

7.SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF ASCORBIC ACID
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
This paper describes a method for determination of ascorbic acid with 1, 10-Ph-enanthroline-irou (III) as a colour reagent. It involves formation of fertion when ascorbic acid reacts with a mixture of iron (III) and 1,10-Phenanthrolive, and measurement of the absorbance at 510nm. This method has been applied to assay of pharmaceutical preparation and food indurstry of Vitamin C. The results how that this method is simple, rapid and sensitive

0.05).No adverse effects were observed in both groups. Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin are similar to those of levofloxacin in the treatment of acute gonococcal urinary and reproductive tract infections.
9.Relationship of the Arl8a with TLR4-TRIF pathway in dendritic cells
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2011;31(1):1-5
Objective To explore the relationship of the ADP-ribosylation factor-like 8A (Arl8a)with TLR4-TRIF-GEFH1 -RhoB pathway in dendritic cells(DCs). Methods DCs were prepared from wildtype and TRIF-knockout (TRIFKO) mice. After LPS stimulation, the cells were collected for cDNA amplification. Real-time PCR method was used to detect Arl8a mRNA levels. DCs from wild-type mice were transfected with guanine nucleotide-exchange factors H1 ( GEFH1 ) small interference RNA ( siRNA ), Arl8a mRNA levels were examined with or without LPS stimulation. Then RhoB mRNA expression was analyzed in DCs transfected with the siRNA of GEFH1 and Arl8a gene, respectively. Results LPS induced the up-regulation of Arl8a mRNA in DCs from control mice but not in DCs from TRIFKO, indicating that LPS-mediated up-regulation of Arl8a was suppressed in TRIFKO DCs. In addition, siRNA of GEFH1 significantly suppressed the LPS-mediated up-regulation of Arl8a mRNA, RNAi of Arl8a and GEFH1 significantly decreased RhoB mRNA level in DCs after LPS stimulation ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The expression of Arl8a is involved in the TLR4-TRIF pathway in DCs, and Arl8a is closely associated with GEFH1 and RhoB at transcriptional level.
