Substance P,vasoactive intestinal peptide and gastrin belong to the gastrointestinal hormone;5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) is a neurotransmitter.Substance P and vasoactive intestinal peptide are widely present in the intestinal mucosa and play an important role in the intestinal motility and secretion.As the first gastro intestinal hormone whose molecular structure has been clarified,gastrin can promote gastrointestinal motility,for sports complex displacement damage caused by spontaneous and motilin,make the gastrointestinal movement in to postprandial fasting like movement.5-HT belongs to vasoactive amines,regulates the permeability of the blood vessel wall through 5-HT receptors.In this review,the origin,distribution and progress in gastrointestinal function of vasoactive intestinal peptide,gastrin and 5-hydroxytryptamine will be summarized.

Objective To understand the subjective happiness and influential factors among the retired elderly people from the universities of Guangdong province .Methods By using the multistage stratified cluster sampling method ,the MUNSH scale and sociodemographic characteristics survey questionnaire were applied to perform the investigation on 412 retired elderly people aged more than 60 years old from the universities of Guangdong Province .The subjective happiness and related factors were per‐formed the cross sectional study .The descriptive analysis ,single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were ap‐plied in this study .Results The scores of positive factors(including positive affection and positive experience) in the retired elderly people of the teacher group were highest ,while which of the manager goup were lower .The scores of positive affection and negative affection factors had statistically significant difference between these two groups(P<0 .05) .The main factors correlated to the sub‐jective happiness included the living situation and chronic diseases .Conclusion The subjective happiness in the retired elderly peo‐ple from universities is affected by the sociodemographic characteristics .Increasing their health level and improving the quality of life and subjective happiness must start from individual ,family and society ,and combine with community health care and health poli‐cies to adopt effective measures for finally increasing their living quality and subjective happiness .

Objective To explore the relationship of the ADP-ribosylation factor-like 8A (Arl8a)with TLR4-TRIF-GEFH1 -RhoB pathway in dendritic cells(DCs). Methods DCs were prepared from wildtype and TRIF-knockout (TRIFKO) mice. After LPS stimulation, the cells were collected for cDNA amplification. Real-time PCR method was used to detect Arl8a mRNA levels. DCs from wild-type mice were transfected with guanine nucleotide-exchange factors H1 ( GEFH1 ) small interference RNA ( siRNA ), Arl8a mRNA levels were examined with or without LPS stimulation. Then RhoB mRNA expression was analyzed in DCs transfected with the siRNA of GEFH1 and Arl8a gene, respectively. Results LPS induced the up-regulation of Arl8a mRNA in DCs from control mice but not in DCs from TRIFKO, indicating that LPS-mediated up-regulation of Arl8a was suppressed in TRIFKO DCs. In addition, siRNA of GEFH1 significantly suppressed the LPS-mediated up-regulation of Arl8a mRNA, RNAi of Arl8a and GEFH1 significantly decreased RhoB mRNA level in DCs after LPS stimulation ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion The expression of Arl8a is involved in the TLR4-TRIF pathway in DCs, and Arl8a is closely associated with GEFH1 and RhoB at transcriptional level.

Objective To investigate the best application time and effect of the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony. Methods A total of 168 women with bleeding tendency were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016. They were randomly divided into three groups, 56 cases each. Among them, A group was used immediately after delivery, and group B was suffering from uterine atony, which was the use of hemabate, and C group did not use hemabate. The blood loss and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with group B and C, the amount of bleeding, the amount of bleeding in the 2 hours postpartum and the amount of 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage in group A were significantly lower than that in group(P<0.05). The 2 hours postpartum bleeding volume and 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage in group B were significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in group A was 3.57％, significantly lower than that in group B, group 14.28％ and group C, 30.36％(P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in group B was 14.28％, significantly lower than that in group C (30.36％) (P<0.05). Conclusion To prevent and treat uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage, it is effective to prevent and treat postpartum hemorrhage. And the best application for the immediate use of fetal labor, can further reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, to ensure maternal safety.

Myeloid cell leukemia-1 (MCL-1) protein is one of the key antiapoptotic protein members of the B-cell lymphoma-2 protein family. Overexpression of MCL-1 is closely related to not only tumor progression but also resistance to targeted therapy and traditional chemotherapeutic drug. MCL-1 and its inhibitors have been studied in recent years. The mimetics of MCL-1 endogenous ligand BH3 have resulted in significant breakthroughs. In this study, the research progress on MCL-1 and its inhibitors in hematological malignan-cies is reviewed.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of compound herba Houttuyniae granules used in mycoplasma pneumonia in the elderly and analyze the change of IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor before and after the treatment.Methods According to treatment methods,80 elderly patients with mycoplasma pneumonia,were divided into the control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group,the control group were given Ribavirin granules,the treatment group was given on the basis of the control group and compound herba Houttuyniae granules.The therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed,and the change of IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results After 7-days'treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group(97.5％) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5％) (x2 =9.804,P ＜0.05).After the drug treatment,the rate of adverse drug reactions was 5.0％ in the treatment group,which was significantly lower than the 32.5％ in the control group(x2 =9.928,P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,the IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor were not significantly different between the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of compound herba Houttuyniae granules used in elderly mycoplasma pneumonia is efficient and the incidence of adverse reactions was low.It can improve the clinically relevant outcome measures and is worthy of clinical application.
