1.Pulmonary infections in the immunocompromised patients must be considered in a particular way.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2002;0(08):-
Pulmonary infections in the immunocompromised patients have become common problem in clinical work along with the immunocompromised ones increased. The pathogens in those patients were complex. The clinical manifestations were always atypical and may be covered up with immunosuppressors. The state of this illness can deteriorate in many patients. In recent years, many pathogen survey technique and therapy have been developed, and give a positive impact on clinical diagnosis and treatments. It is important to find out the current diagnosis and therapy in the pulmonary infections in immunocompromised patients, and pay more attention to clinical pathway for improving the outcome and reducing complications in those patents. 2.SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF ASCORBIC ACID
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
This paper describes a method for determination of ascorbic acid with 1, 10-Ph-enanthroline-irou (III) as a colour reagent. It involves formation of fertion when ascorbic acid reacts with a mixture of iron (III) and 1,10-Phenanthrolive, and measurement of the absorbance at 510nm. This method has been applied to assay of pharmaceutical preparation and food indurstry of Vitamin C. The results how that this method is simple, rapid and sensitive
3.Bibliometric analysis of diabetes literatures published in recent ten years
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
The increasing prevalence of diabetes worldwide has attracted more and more attention;consequently, diabetes literatures have been on a steady rise over the last decade as sustaining efforts were made to control the disease. This paper, through bibliometric analysis of the 1995-2004 literatures(with a defined amount) from ISI Web of Science and other databases, revealed the amount of literatures, citations, and research focuses of diabetes of different countries, institutions, individuals and journals, reflecting the development in diabetes research over the last 10 years from a bibliometric approach.

5.The physiological function of plamitic acid content at sn-2 position of triglyceride in human milk
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(1):58-60
The enrichment of plamitic acid at sn-2 position of triglyceride in human milk improves a high efficiency of fatty acid absorption, softer stools and prevention of calcium malabsorption in infants.Meanwhile,it increases early bone mineralization and development, adjusts the composition of the intestinal microflora. It also may lower the extent and severity of intestinal inflammation after injury and modulate early infant crying.
6.Clinical efficacy of compound herba Houttuyniae granules used in elderly mycoplasma pneumonia and the change of IL-6, serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth gactorand
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(9):1297-1299
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of compound herba Houttuyniae granules used in mycoplasma pneumonia in the elderly and analyze the change of IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor before and after the treatment. Methods According to treatment methods,80 elderly patients with mycoplasma pneumonia, were divided into the control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group, the control group were given Ribavirin granules, the treatment group was given on the basis of the control group and compound herba Houttuyniae granules. The therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed, and the change of IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After 7-days'treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group(97.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5%) (x2 =9.804,P <0.05).After the drug treatment, the rate of adverse drug reactions was 5.0% in the treatment group, which was significantly lower than the 32.5% in the control group(x2 =9.928,P < 0.05).Before treatment, the IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor were not significantly different between the two groups (all P > 0.05).After treatment, the IL-6,serum myocardial enzymes and vascular endothelial growth factor of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of compound herba Houttuyniae granules used in elderly mycoplasma pneumonia is efficient and the incidence of adverse reactions was low.It can improve the clinically relevant outcome measures and is worthy of clinical application.

8.Analysis on subjective happiness among retired elderly people from universities of Guangdong province
Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(9):1249-1250,1254
Objective To understand the subjective happiness and influential factors among the retired elderly people from the universities of Guangdong province .Methods By using the multistage stratified cluster sampling method ,the MUNSH scale and sociodemographic characteristics survey questionnaire were applied to perform the investigation on 412 retired elderly people aged more than 60 years old from the universities of Guangdong Province .The subjective happiness and related factors were per‐formed the cross sectional study .The descriptive analysis ,single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were ap‐plied in this study .Results The scores of positive factors(including positive affection and positive experience) in the retired elderly people of the teacher group were highest ,while which of the manager goup were lower .The scores of positive affection and negative affection factors had statistically significant difference between these two groups(P<0 .05) .The main factors correlated to the sub‐jective happiness included the living situation and chronic diseases .Conclusion The subjective happiness in the retired elderly peo‐ple from universities is affected by the sociodemographic characteristics .Increasing their health level and improving the quality of life and subjective happiness must start from individual ,family and society ,and combine with community health care and health poli‐cies to adopt effective measures for finally increasing their living quality and subjective happiness .
9.Research progress on MCL-1 and its inhibitors in hematological malignancies
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(11):562-566
Myeloid cell leukemia-1 (MCL-1) protein is one of the key antiapoptotic protein members of the B-cell lymphoma-2 protein family. Overexpression of MCL-1 is closely related to not only tumor progression but also resistance to targeted therapy and traditional chemotherapeutic drug. MCL-1 and its inhibitors have been studied in recent years. The mimetics of MCL-1 endogenous ligand BH3 have resulted in significant breakthroughs. In this study, the research progress on MCL-1 and its inhibitors in hematological malignan-cies is reviewed.
10.Substance P, vasoactive intestinal peptide, gastrin, 5-hydroxytryptamine and gastrointestinal function
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(4):249-252
Substance P,vasoactive intestinal peptide and gastrin belong to the gastrointestinal hormone;5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) is a neurotransmitter.Substance P and vasoactive intestinal peptide are widely present in the intestinal mucosa and play an important role in the intestinal motility and secretion. As the first gastro intestinal hormone whose molecular structure has been clarified, gastrin can promote gastrointestinal motility, for sports complex displacement damage caused by spontaneous and motilin, make the gastrointestinal movement in to postprandial fasting like movement.5-HT belongs to vasoactive amines, regulates the permeability of the blood vessel wall through 5-HT receptors. In this review, the origin, distribution and progress in gastrointestinal function of vasoactive intestinal peptide, gastrin and 5-hydroxytryptamine will be summarized.
