OBJECTIVE To investigate the quantity of antibiotics prescribed yearly from 2001 to 2006 and the resistance of Enterobacter cloacae, and analyze the correlation between them.METHODS Its susceptibility to antimicrobial agents was performed by disk diffusion method and analyzed by WHONET 5.3.The correlation between DDDs and the resistance was analyzed using statistics.RESULTS The percentage of resistance of E.cloacae to the five drugs was decreased during recent six years. The most of decreased tendency was amikacin, its resistance in 2006 decreased 28% than that in 2001.The consumption of five drugs all decreased. The consumption of ceftazidime in 2006 was 1/12 compared in the 2004.The consumption of ciprofloxacin in 2006 was 1/8 compared in 2001.The analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the resistance and DDDs of amikacin(r=0.8826,P

OBJECTIVE To learn the situation of cephalosporins used in our hospital, and offer the scientific guidline base for their clinical use.METHODS Statistics methods were used to analyze dosage, sales volume and DDDS of cephalosporins during 2003-2007.RESULTS The usage of the first generation cephalosporins was reduced year by year, but the third generation of compoands cephalosporins and their oxef cephalosporins occupied the main places. The DDDs of cefoperazone/tazobactam usage ranked second for three years(2005-2007),and at the same period their DDDs consumption got top.CONCLUSIONS The situation of the usage of cephalosporins in our hospital is reasonable basically, but more attention should be payed to the usage of the third cephalosporins and their compounds and oxefs.

OBJECTIVE:To analyse the correlation between cyclosporine A(CsA)and the biochemical indicator of renal transplantation patients.METHODS:The patients were divided into6groups according to the different time length after renal transplatataion:0y~1y,1y~2y,2y~3y,3y~4y,4y~5y and above5y;the blood samples were taken12h after oral administra?tion of CsA,the of concentration CsA in blood of each group was determined and the biochemical tests of which were taken;post-operation medication and the correlation between the blood biochemical index were statistically analyzed by Stata soft?ware.RESULTS:The dosage of CsA decreased gradually from group1to group6,and the concentration of CsA also de?creased. And the data of BUN in group1,5and6were higher than the upper limit of their standard data, the data of triglyc?eride(TG)in group1,2,3,5and6were higher than the upper limit of their stand data;there were significant differences in the data of TP、ALB、TB、DB、Ua、TC、TG、?-GT among the6groups,while the data of ALP、ALT、AST、Glu、BUN、Cr among the6groups have no notable difference.CONCLUSION:The administration of CsA after renal transplantation can change bio?chemical indicator in patients.

Objective To explore the value of artificial intelligence (AI) diagnostic imaging system and three dimensional computed tomographic bronchoangiography (3D-CTBA) surgical planning system in the management of multiple primary lung cancer (MPLC). Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with MPLC treated surgically in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including 16 males and 37 females, with a median age of 60 (39-75) years. The patients' preoperative CT was analyzed by AI and manually, and the data of patients who underwent 3D-CTBA were compiled to evaluate the value of AI and 3D-CTBA in the diagnosis and treatment of MPLC, respectively. Results The sensitivity of AI screening for MPLC was 84.91%. The sensitivity (91.90% vs. 83.78%) and accuracy (85.60% vs. 84.00%) of AI diagnosis of high-risk MPLC infiltrative lesions were better than those of manual diagnosis. 3D-CTBA was used for planning the surgery in 12 patients, and the intraoperative situation was generally consistent with the reconstructed results. Conclusion AI is of high value in identifying infiltrative lesions of MPLC. 3D-CTBA reconstruction of anatomical structures is accurate and can guide preoperative planning.

OBJECTIVEThis study aimed to explore the expression of tumor-derived colony-stimulating factor 1 (CSF1), its prognostic significance and underlying related mechanisms in resected lung adenocarcinoma (ADC).
METHODSImmunohistochemistry and tissue microarray were used to detect the expression of CSF1, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and CD68 in 266 patients with lung adenocarcinoma treated in our department between 2004 and 2008.
RESULTSIn the 266 ADC cases, the positive rates of expression of CSF1, EGFR and CD68 proteins were 56.4%, 42.1% and 81.2%, respectively. The expression level of CSF1 was positively correlated with TNM stage, number of involved nodal stations, tumor recurrence and EGFR expression (P<0.05). Univariate analysis indicated that TNM stage, number of involved lymph nodes, number of involved nodal stations, CSF1 expression, the combination of CSF1/EGFR and co-expression of CSF1/CD68/EGFR were statistically significant for prognosis (P<0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that TNM stage, co-expression of CSF1/EGFR and CSF1/CD68/EGFR were significant and independent risk factors for survival (P<0.05). Correlational analysis showed that expression of CSF1 and EGFR in the tumors was positively correlated to the degree of infiltration of interstitial tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) (respectively; P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONSThe expression of CSF1 indicates a poor prognosis in postoperative lung adenocarcinoma. Co-expression of CSF1 and EGFR may be a valuable independent prognostic predictor, and its mechanism is probably involved in the interaction of cancer cells and TAMs in the progression of lung adenocarcinoma.
