Objective To investigate psychological health status and its change in short term among persons bit by dogs. Methods Psychological health status was evaluated with patient health questionnaire (PHQ-15) Chinese version for the 613 wounded persons bit by dogs, including 368 males and 245 females with average age of 36 years plus or minus 14 years (standard deviation),meanwhile their wounds were handled routinely at clinics,as well as health education and cognitive psychological intervention were provided for them. Results All of the 613 persons with dog bites had mild or moderate somatic syndrome in their initial visits and 478 of them (78.0%) still presented mild somatic syndrome and only 23 (3.7%)with moderate symptoms four week after dog bites by PHQ-15 scores. One hundred and fifty-two of 613 (24.8%) followed-up at their initial visits had depressive symptoms, which could remain in 61 of them (10.0%) four weeks after bites. Two hundred and eighty-four of them (46.3%) had anxiety symptoms at initial visits, and 258 (42.1%) still had mild and nine (1.5%) had moderate symptoms four weeks after bites. Conclusions Psychological symptoms were popular in wounded persons by dog bites, which can persist for a certain time.PHQ-15 can be used for evaluating their psychological status.

Objective To survey prevalence of behavior problems in children of off-farm workers and effects of family factors on children' s behavior problems. Methods The study was done in the whole 7 schools for off-farm workers' children in Shanghai Baoshan district, including all 3 ~ 6 grades students of primary school and 1 ~3 grades students of junior high school.Totally 4350 students finished survey (95.4%).Achenbach' s child behavior checklist ( CBCL,parent' s version) and general family questionnaire were used. Results ( 1 ) Prevalence of behavior problems in children was 11.2% ; 12.8% 12 ~ 16 years children had behavior problems( 14.7%boys and 10.4% girls) ; 11.4% of one-child children had behavior problems compared with that of 11.2% child with siblings children ( x2 =0.038,P > 0.05 ).(2) Total score ( 20.64 ± 17.67 ) and factor scores of thought problems, depressed, hyperactivity, delinquent rule-breaking behavior were higher than those of Chinese norm (P <0.05 or P < 0.01 ) among 6 ~ 11 years boy group.Total score ( 17.23 ± 14.73 ) and scores of thought problems, depressed, social problems, hyperactivity, delinquent rule-breaking behavior were higher than those of Chinese norm (P < 0.01 ) among 6 ~ 11 years girl group.Among 12 ~ 16 years boy group, total score (20.44 ± 19.32) and all factor scores of CBCL were higher than those of Chinese norm(P<0.01 ).Total score ( 17.02 ± 16.72) and scores of immature, delinquent rule-breaking behavior, brutality were higher than those of Chinese norm(P < 0.05 or P <0.01 ) among 6 ~ 11 years girl group.(3)Multi-regression analysis showed that poor parent-child relationship was the most important predict factor for higher score of CBCL among all family risk factors (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Children of the off-farm workers and their families need special mental health care program.

Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and its morbidity and mortality have been high. The current preferred treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma is surgical treatment and liver transplantation, but the 5-year survival rate is still low.Due to the insidious onset of hepatocellular carcinoma, most patients have no special manifestations at the initial stage. At the time of diagnosis, they are already in the terminal stage and lose the opportunity of surgery. The Hh pathway plays a key role in the development of tumors. The zinc finger protein GLi plays an important role in tumorigenesis as a key transcription factor in the Hh pathway. At the same time, zinc finger protein GLi can play a key role in the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition. In addition, the zinc finger protein GLi also interacts with various tumor-related factors to affect the occurrence and development and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. This article reviews the role of zinc finger protein GLi in the development and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Sulforaphane is a phytochemical with a variety of biological activities that exists widely in Cruciferae plants. This article summarizes the recent experimental studies of sulforaphane in the treatment of various types of liver injury in China and globally and reviews the role and mechanism of sulforaphane in protecting against liver injury. Based on the experimental animal models of liver injury, this article summarizes the therapeutic effect of sulforaphane on the models of chemical liver injury, drug-induced liver injury, alcoholic liver injury, immunological liver injury, and ischemia/reperfusion liver injury and analyzes the mechanism of action of sulforaphane in improving experimental liver injury, so as to provide a reference for in-depth research on sulforaphane in protecting against liver injury.
