ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of transurethral resection and ball pouch dilatation for treatment of ureterostenosis.MethodsThe clinical data of 49 cases of ureteral stricture were analyzed retrospective analysis from June 2008 to June 2011 with 20 cases of male patients and 29 cases of female patients. The age was 15 to 56 years, with a mean age of 40 years.Ipsilateral renal function were mild impairment in 4 cases, moderate impairment in 35 cases, and severe damage in 10 cases. There were ureteropelvic junction etenosis in 11 cases, upper ureteral stricture in 13 cases, and lower segment stenosis in 25 cases. The ureteral stricture length was 0.3 to 2.0 cm,with a mean of 1.2 cm.Seventeen patients were treated with transurethral resection and ball pouch dilatation by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrostomy, and 31 cases were completed by ureteroscopy. The ureteral stents were removed by ureteroscope after 3 - 6 months.45 cases were followed up for 12 -43 months, with a mean of 24 months. ResultsForty-eight cases were completed smoothly with 1 case converted to open surgery. The surgical time was 25 to 95 min with a mean of 42 min.The postoperative hospital stay was 2 to 6 d with a mean of 4 d.In the follow-up of 45 cases,B ultrasound and CT scan showed hydronephrosis reduced significantly in 39 patients,IVU showed unobstructed ureter without significant stenosis. And 6 cases showed no significant changes in hydronephrosis. Conc(t)usionThe method of transurethral resection and ball pouch dilatation has good clinical effect, less pain and shorter hospital stays, which provides a new and effective treatment for patients with ureteral stricture.

X-ray imaging is an important method for the diagnosis of corona virus disease(COVID-19), but there is a risk of nosocomial infection during X-ray imaging diagnosis. By analyzing the process of X-ray imaging diagnosis and the possible infection factors in hospital, Jiangsu province took the lead in issuing the Guideline for the nosocomial infection prevention and control of X-ray imaging diagnosis of COVID-19. This guideline clarifies the basic requirements for controlling infections during X-ray imaging diagnosis, the specific measures for staff protection, disinfection of personnel and places, and the protection and disinfection of subjects, which is instructive for field work. It is worth noting that while focusing on controlling infections, the principle of optimal protection for medical exposure cannot be ignored.

Objective Using abandoned white cells separated from preparation of blood products to cultivate NK cells in vitro, and to optimize the method of cultivation of allogeneic NK cells for clinical application. Methods Abandoned white cells separated from blood production were collected from 15 healthy donors.PBMCs were isolated from the abandoned white cells and cultured for 17 days using culture bottles as previously coated antibodies (group CD3 mAb was coated with CD3 mAb, group CD 16mAb was coated with CD16mAb, and group CD3mAb +CD16 mAb was coated with CD3 mAb and CD16 mAb).Flow cytometry was used to determine the ratio of CD3-CD56+cells, expression of activated cell surface receptors, and secretion of IFN-γ.The anti-tumor cytotoxicity against K562 and Raji cells was determined using LDH cytotoxicity assay and flow cytometry. Results After expansion for 17 days, the proportions of CD3-CD56+cells was (15.19±12.22)% in the group CD3 mAb, (83.63±10.63)% in the group CD16 mAb, (49.40± 12.64)% in the group CD3mAb +CD16 mAb, and it was (16.34±10.51)% before expansion. The total number of NK cells was more than 10 9 .The expression ratios of NK cell surface activated receptors NKp30 and NKp46 were significantly increased, while that of the NKG2D was not significantly changed. The NK cells after expansion showed high cytotoxicity activity against K562 cells, reaching up to(76.97±3.16)%when effector-cell-to-target-cell ratio (E ∶T ratio) was 40 ∶1.Conclusions NK cells can be obtained from abandoned white cells after cultivation for 17 days, with a purity up to 90% and total cell number of more than 10 9 .Their activity was reinforced, the anti-tumor cytotoxicity activity was increased, and may meet the standard of clinical therapeutic application.

Dementia is a comprehensive category of brain diseases that is great enough to affect a person's daily functioning. The most common type of dementia is Alzheimer's disease, which makes most of cases. New researches indicate that gastrointestinal tract microbiota are directly linked to dementia pathogenesis through triggering metabolic diseases and low-grade inflammation progress. A novel strategy is proposed for the management of these disorders and as an adjuvant for psychiatric treatment of dementia and other related diseases through modulation of the microbiota (e.g. with the use of probiotics).

Objective To investigate high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)prevalence among married women in Beijing and to study the high risk flactors.nethods During March 2007 to September 2008.a total of 6185 married women sampled from 137 communities in 12 districts were screened bv HR-HPV DNA test and cytogical test. The interview was carried out with unified questionnaires. The databage was set up and twice entered in EpiDam 3.0.After checked up,the data were analyzed in SPSS 15.0.Results (1) The HR-HPV infection rate was 9.89%.The HR-HPV infection rate of the city zone, the suburb and the exurb were 9.34%,10.51% and 9.51% (P>0.05).The HR-HPV infection rate of the native and the oudander were 9.53%,11.30% (P<0.05).(2) The age distribution of HR-HPV infection was that the rate was around 10% among 25 to 44 age groups, which was the highest(11.21%) in 30 to 34 age group;then the rate was descended as the age raising, the rate of 50 to 54 age group was the lowest(7.78%).(3) Multiple logistic regression showed that the related risk factors of HR-HPV infection mainly included 1000 RMB and above of family income per person per month.possessing more than 1 sexual partner of her husband, outlander and hish levels of education.(4) The prevalence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)in HR-HPV positive group wag significantly higher than that in HR-HPV negative group(29.76% vs 3.32%,P<0.01).Conclusions(1)The HR-HPV infection rate among aged 25 to 54 years was 9.9% and there was no significant difference in area distribution.(2)The hish risk population which should strengthen screening was the married bearing-age women with high level of family income, outlander, high levels of education and her husband possessing more than 1 sexual partner.(3)HR-HPV infection is the main risk factor for CIN and cervical cancer.while does not provide a causal relationship with them. The high risk population should be checked regularly to understand the development of HR-HPV infection and CIN incidence.

Chest trauma is one of the most common injuries. Venous thromboembolism (VTE) as a common complication of chest trauma seriously affects the quality of patients′ life and even leads to death. Although there are some consensus and guidelines on the prevention and treatment of VTE at home and abroad, the current literatures lack specificity considering the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of VTE in patients with chest trauma have their own characteristics, especially for those with blunt trauma. Accordingly, China Chest Injury Research Society and editorial board of Chinese Journal of Traumatology organized relevant domestic experts to jointly formulate the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of chest trauma venous thromboembolism associated with chest trauma (2022 version). This consensus provides expert recommendations of different levels as academic guidance in terms of the characteristics, clinical manifestations, risk assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of chest trauma-related VTE, so as to offer a reference for clinical application.
