OBJECTIVE:
To explore a method of demonstrating the facial nerve anatomical landmarks under transmastoid and epitympanum approach with multi-slice CT using double oblique multi-planar reconstruction (MPR).
METHOD:
Two temporal bone of a corpse were dissected, under transmastoid and epitympanum approach, to observe the anatomical landmarks of facial nerve. Based on that, the anatomical landmarks of facial nerve under transmastoid and epitympanum approach in 30 (60 ears) normal temporal bones of adult corpses were reconstructed using double oblique MPR in multi-slice CT. The achievement ratio was calculated and the differences among transverse plane, coronal plane, sagittal plane and double oblique were compared.
RESULT:
The different part of facial nerve, such as mastoid segment, tympanum segment, pyramid segment, geniculate ganglion and the outer labyrinthine segment could be exposed clearly with the main anatomical landmarks, such as horizontal semicircular canal, epitympanic recess and cochleariform process through transmastoid and epitympanum approach. The image of anatomical landmarks could be showed in the same sections by double oblique multi-planar reconstruction. The double oblique multi-planar reconstruction to show the landmarks of facial nerve displaying on the same imaging is better than transverse plane, coronal plane and sagittal plane. The achievement ratio of every section is 100%.
CONCLUSION
Double oblique MPR is a new method to demonstrate anatomical landmarks through transmastoid and epitympanum approach in one slice. Combined with the operative approach and purpose, the reconstructive images with double oblique MPR can provide valuable information for operation.

Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2023;27(24):111-114
Objective To observe the influence of the whole process case nursing mode on the medical experience of patients undergoing oral surgery. Methods A total of 168 patients with oral surgery were chosen as research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group, with 84 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group were given whole process case nursing mode based on on the con-trol group. The medical experience and mental state scale scores in two groups were observed before and after the intervention, and the nursing satisfaction in two groups was analyzed. Results The scores of each dimension and total score of Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems(HCAHPS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Dental Fear Scale(DFS)and Dental Anxiety Scale(DAS)in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of pa-tients in the observation team was 95.2%,which was higher than 85.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process case nursing mode can improve the medical experience and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing oral surgery on the basis of routine nursing, and alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and fear.

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing based on transtheoretical model in patients with oral surgery. Methods:A total of 120 patients with oral surgery who were admitted to Department of Stomatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from October 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects by the convenient sampling method. According to random number table, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given transtheoretical model-based nursing at basis of the control group. The amount of dental plaque, comfort of oral cavity, score of psychological state and degree of oral cleanliness before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the amount of dental plaque and the score of oral comfort in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After intervention, SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The degree of oral cleanliness of the observation group was better than that of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Nursing based on transtheoretical model can effectively reduce postoperative amount of oral plaque of patients with oral surgery, improve comfort of oral cavity and oral cleanliness and correct bad mood of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.

Background and objective hTis study aims to explore the effect of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKIs) on the lymphangiogenesis of lung cancer withEGFR mutation, as well as to determine the function of EGFR targeted therapy in relation to the inhibition of lymphangiogenesis during lung cancer treatment. Methods hTeEGFR double mutant lung cancer cell line NCI-H1975 is used to construct lung cancer xenogratf models. hTe models are divided into two groups:the solvent control group and the EGFR-TKI treatment group. Each group includes ifve mice. hTe inhibitory effect of EGFR-TKI on the growth of transplanted tumors was observed. Immunohistochemical method and lymphatic endothelium speciifc antibody D2-40 were used in the experiment to observe the inlfuence of EGFR-TKI on lymphangiogenesis in lung cancer. Results hTe weight and relative volume of tumors in the EGFR-TKI treated group were less than those in the solvent control group. hTe average lymphatic ves-sel density of EGFR-TKI-treated mice was 6.44 per case. hTis value was 10.70 per case in the solvent control group. Lower density of lymphangiogenesis was found in the EGFR-TKI treated group (P=0.023). hTe area and longest diameter of neonatal lymphatic vessel of the EGFR-TKI treated group were less than those of the solvent control group. Moreover, EGFR-TKI exhibited no signiifcant effect on the invasion of tumor cells into the lymphatic vessel (P=0.519).Conclusion EGFR-TKI can inhibit lymphangiogenesis inEGFR mutant lung cancer while suppressing vessel diameter and expansion area.
