Intensity-modulated radiotherapy planning for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is very complex. The quality of plan is often closely linked to the experience of the treatment planner. In this study, 10 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients at different stages were enrolled. Based on the scripting of Pinnacle 9. 2 treatment planning system, the computer program was used to set the basic parameters and objective parameters of the plans. At last, the nasopharyngeal carcinoma intensity-modulated radiotherapy plans were completed automatically. Then, the automatical and manual intensity-modulated radiotherapy plans were statistically compared and clinically evaluated. The results showed that there were no significant differences between those two kinds of plans with respect to the dosimetry parameters of most targets and organs at risk. The automatical nasopharyngeal carcinoma intensity-modulated radiotherapy plans can meet the requirements of clinical radiotherapy, significantly reduce planning time, and avoid the influence of human factors such as lack of experience to the quality of plan.

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of congenital pulmonary airway malformation in children. Methods The clinical data of 68 children with congenital pulmonary airway malformations from June 2014 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively, including 39 males and 29 females with mean age(1.1 ±:0.5) years old(from 2 months 12 days to 15 years),7 cases of pulmonary cyst resection in 68 cases,3 cases with lung segment resection,1 cases with lingulectomy,57 cases with lobectomy. Results 68 cases were cured and discharged without death.Postoperative short-term complications included subcutaneous emphysema in 5 cases, pleural effusion in 2 cases, pneumothorax in 2 cases. All cases were followed up well between 3 months and 1 year. Conclusion The diagnosis of congenital pulmonary airway malformation in children mainly depends on imaging examination.Because it is easy to repeat infection, and can not rule out malignant transformation, early diagnosis and early treatment should be done.Surgical resection is the only way to treat the disease.

Objective:To investigate the standardized training needs of new nurses in Yunnan province and provide scientific basis for the formulation of standardized training programs for new nurses. Methods:From December 2019 to September 2020, nurses from all 5 provincial tertiary Class A hospitals in Yunnan Province were selected as the research objects. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 712 nurses selected by the convenience sampling method, among which 456 were new nurses and 256 were senior nurses. The questionnaire was designed by the research team based on the Training Outline for Newly Recruited Nurses, which mainly included three dimensions of knowledge, skills and attitude. Results:The total score of new nurses and senior nurses on standardized training requirements for new nurses were (575.32 ± 85.76) points and (583.16 ± 86.32) points, which were above the average level. There was no statistically significant difference between the scores of training theme needs of new nurses and those of senior nurses ( t value was -1.168, P>0.05). Conclusions:The total score of standardized training needs of new nurses is above the average level, and the demand for knowledge dimension in standardized training of new nurses is the strongest. It is suggested to develop a systematic and scientific standardized training plan for new nurses according to the training needs and training methods.

ObjectiveTo explore the mental health status and its influencing factors among middle school students in Xide County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, and to provide references for mental health interventions for local middle school students. MethodsUsing a cross-sectional study design, one junior middle school and one senior middle school in Xide County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, were randomly selected on September 16, 2021, and two classes per grade in each school involving 288 students were recruited. Subjects were assessed using Patients' Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item (PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 item (GAD-7), PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) and UCLA Loneliness Scale (ULS-3). Then the scores of above scales were compared among middle school students with different demographic characteristics, and binary Logistic regression analysis was conducted to screen the influencing factors of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms. ResultsAmong the respondents, 17.71% (95% CI: 0.133~0.221), 8.68% (95% CI: 0.054~0.120), 2.78% (95% CI: 0.009~0.047) and 45.83% (95% CI: 0.400~0.516) were reported to have symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD and loneliness, respectively. Students in senior middle school scored lower on PCL-5 and ULS-3 than those in junior middle school [(6.46±8.91) vs. (8.87±9.42), t=2.202, P<0.05; (4.67±1.65) vs. (5.60±1.88), t=4.431, P<0.01]. Regression analysis denoted that depressive symptoms (OR=7.630, P<0.05) and anxiety symptoms (OR=3.789, P<0.01) were risk factors for PTSD symptoms among middle school students. ConclusionThe middle school students in Xide County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture suffer a high prevalence rate of depressive symptoms and loneliness, and those in junior middle school are more likely to feel a sense of strong loneliness, furthermore, depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms are risk factors for PTSD symptoms.
