Objective To classify Mongolian medicine prescription by using fuzzy c-means algorithm (FCM) and hard c-means algorithm (HCM); To explore the rationality of two kinds of clustering algorithm. Methods 27 Mongolian medicine prescriptions for treating Heiyi disease from Chuan Tong Meng Yao Yu Fang Ji were set as experimental data, and the data were preprocessed first. MS Visual Studio 2010 platform was used, and C# language was used for research and development. Chinese version and Mogolian version were implemented with WindowFrom and WPF technology, respectively. The medicine prescriptions were classified into 3, 4, 5, and 6 types by using FCM and HCM. Results All categorization with zero classification showed the existence of inclusion phenomena. The medicine in the classification results obtained by the two kinds of clustering algorithm did not exist cross. FCM could produce clustering results with smaller quantity difference and the more uniform classification compared with HCM. Conclusion The two algorithms are correct and reasonable, in which FCM algorithm has better clustering effect, and can be widely used in Mongolian prescription analysis, with a purpose to provide data supports for the research and development of new medicine.

Objective To investigate the methods of isolating collagen from different shark skins and to study its biochemical properties. Methods The collagen from the Blue shark scalp was extracted and purified by enzymolysis after treatment with diluted caustic alkali, and the collagen from the Spanish mackerel skins was extracted and purified by phosphate buffer method, respectively.Subsequently, the relative molecular mass, thermal denatured temperature and secondary structure of extracted collagen were determined. Results The extracted collagen with a yield of 2.9%~4.1% showed three clear bands by SDS-PAGE,and the relative molecular mass were 205,134 and 118KDa.The collagen from Blue shark and Spanish mackerel skins maximal thermal denatured temperature was 69,47℃,respectively.The secondary structures of their collagen were primary with ?-sheet and the random structure, without ?-alix.Conclusion The purified collagen was also extracted by the method of enzymolysis after treatment with diluted caustic alkali and the method of phosphate buffer. The relative molecular mass and the composition of Blue shark collagen and Spanish mackerel collagen were limited. However, the different extracted conditions could affect the specifically biochemical properties of thermal denatured temperature and secondary structure of collagen.

Objective To observe and compare the antiemetic effectiveness and adverse effects of magnetotherapy plus the 5 -hydroxytryptamine (5-HT3 ) receptor inhibitor granisetron hydrochloride with that of granisetron hydrochloride alone with chemotherapy patients. Methods Sixty-four patients were randomized to receive either granisetron hydrochloride alone ( control group: granisetron hydrochloride 3 mg intravenous infusion before chemotherapy, from the 1st day of chemotherapy until the day after the chemotherapy course was completed) or magnetotherapy plus granisetron hydrochloride ( treatment group: the same granisetron hydrochloride regimen plus rotatory magnetotherapy of 1 h/time every day after chemotherapy). The baseline characteristics of the two groups were similar. The patients' emesia was evaluated according to the WHO's criteria. The density of 5-HT, in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA). Results In terms of acute vomiting, there was no significant difference between the two groups, but in terms of tardive vomiting, the effectiveness in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group. The densities of S-HT, in serum in the treatment and the control group were (225.32±57.29 ) ng/ml vs (213.00±53.29 ) ng/ml before chemotherapy and (273.88±5.42) ng/ml vs ( 313.17±76.36 ) ng/ml after chemotherapy, a significant difference. The rates of adverse events were 36.36% and 48.39% respectively in the treatment group and control group, a difference which was not significant. Conclusions Magnetotherapy plus granisetron hydrochloride is more effective than granisetron hydrochloride alone, and the two therapies have a synergistic effect. Adverse events didn't rise in the treatment group.

Objective To investigate the HBV- positive pregnant women about the knowledge of the route of hepatitis B transmission, hepatitis B hazards, health care during pregnancy, announcements of child- care to explore targeted and effective health education model with self- designed question-naires. Methods Nurses in obstetrics department carried out this questionnaire investigation in the outpa-tients of HBV- positive pregnant women, after that the results underwent statistic analysis. Results The overall knowledge of HBV- positive pregnant women in announcements of child- care, health care during pregnancy and hepatitis B hazards was not very well, and the announcements of child- care was the lowest, followed by health care during pregnancy and hepatitis B hazards. The route of hepatitis B transmission was better, but still not satisfactory. The education should highlight these areas. Well- educated women were better than those who lack education. The age between 20 to 30 years old was better. Conclusions The HBV-positive pregnant women is lack of heath knowledge, so we should gave health intervention in a multi- level, multi- stage standardized and a variety of ways.

The morbidity of diabetes has been increasing rapidly in recent years. Delayed wound healing has become a common complication in diabetes, which seriously affects the orthobiosis of patients. Exploring and finding the molecular mechanisms of diabetic wound healing and the effective therapies to promote wound healing have important clinical significances. Stem cells transplant has become a research hotspot in accelerating diabetic wound healing. This article reviewed the present approaches concerning stem cells transplant in diabetic wound healing both at domestic and abroad, and looked forward the clinical therapy of stem cells on diabetic wound healing.

Objective To isolate bioactive compound of enhancing fibrinolysis from secondary metabolites of marine microorganism. Methods The separation of microorganism from seawater samples, screening of producing fibrinolytic compound's strain, selection of the active strain's optimum fermentation medium and refining of active compound were done by the method of selective cultivation, measuring of compound's fibrinolytic activity and semipreparative HPLC,respectively. Results Nine hundred and thirty-six single strains from 31 samples were collected 100 meters off the coast, and cultures of the fungus(FG216) contained enhancing fibrinolytic compound.Compounds from modified Czapek medium as the fermentation medium of FG216 showed significant fibrinolytic effect. Finally, active fraction were isolated and refined from cultures of FG216.Conclusion In this paper, active compound of enhancing fibrinolysis were gained from secondary metabolites of isolated single microorganism from seawater.

Objective To explore the effects of ligustrazine on secretion of nitric oxide(NO) in ventricular tissues of rats under physiologi-cal condition. Methods Twenty-four normal wistar rats were divided into three groups, eight each group. The left and right ventricular tissues of each rats were divided into control group and 2 ligustrazine groups and the final concentrations of ligustrazine were 15 mg/L and 150 mg/L respectively. The ventricular tissues that had been cutting into small pieces were incubated in 37 ℃ thermostatic water bath for 4 hours with Krebs solution as supernatant. After incubation of the ventricular tissues, the spectrophotometric method was used to detect the content of NO_2~-/NO_3~-in the supernatant. Results Compared with the content of NO in control group,it was significantly decreased in the 150 mg/L ligustrazine group(P
