OBJECTIVE:To promote the informationization and standardization of narcotic drug management so as to enhance the level of pharmacy management. METHODS:The function of intelligent narcotic drug management cabinet and its application in our hospital were introduced. The application effects were evaluated by comparing the indexes in 1 month(or 1 quarter)before and after the adoption of the cabinet. RESULTS:The intelligent narcotic drug management cabinet used in our hospital had such func-tions as login,getting drugs,adding drugs,expiration date management,inventory query,update,shifting of duty,record and da-ta processing. After the adoption,the inventory decreased by 35.2%,turnover rate increased by 53.4%;the time of applying for and registering narcotic drugs by the keeper of secondary warehouse respectively shortened by 84.1%(13.2 min vs. 2.1 min) and 88.9%(10.8 min vs. 1.2 min);and the incidence of external errors reduced from 3 times to once,an decrease of 66.7%. Mean-while,high integration of space improved the overall image of the pharmacy and the automatic pharmacy was constructed on a cer-tain scale and in a systematic manner. CONCLUSIONS:The application of intelligent narcotic drug management cabinet to the out-patient pharmacy can reduce the inventory cost,increase work efficiency and the safety of drug use,and make the narcotic drug management more standard,scientific and sophisticated.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of premalignant and malignant endometrial polyps (EP) in premenopausal and postmenopausal women.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 42 cases of premalignant and malignant EP from 1993 to 2012.Polyps were classified into premenopausal (group A,10 cases) and menopausal (group B,32 cases),including 26 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma,4 of clear cell carcinoma,9 of serous adenocarcinoma,and 3 of atypical hyperplasia.Results The prevalence rate of premalignant and malignant EP was 1.42％ (42/2 965),the prevalence rate of malignancy in postmenopausal and postmenopausal women was 0.48％ (10/2 064) and 3.55％ (32/901),respectively.The mean size of EP was (1.6 ± 0.8) cm,abnormal uterine bleeding was positive in 90％ (38/42) of cases.The EP pathological diagnosis showed all were endometrioid adenocarcinoma in group A,while there were 4 of clear cell carcinoma,9 of serous adenocarcinoma in group B.The mean size of EP was (1.1 ± 0.6) and (1.7 ± 0.9) cm in group A and B respectively (P ＜0.05).According to immunohistochemistry,all cases of group A were ER positive,but 41％ (11/27) of group B were ER negative (P =0.059).The PR positive rate was 8/9 and 56％ (15/27) in group A and B,respectively (P =0.169).Conclusions The risk of the EP malignancy rate is higher,while ER,PR positive rate are lower in postmenopausal womcn.Postmenopausal EP,especially accompanied by abnormal uterine bleeding and large polyps should be removed as soon as possible.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the application of rational drug use software system in drug dispensing in outpatient depart-ment of our hospital. METHODS:The application of rational drug use software system (included clinical decision support soft-ware,drug dispensing software and drug management software) in prescribing (warning in advance),dispensing (intervention in the event)and the prescription review(the post review)in outpatient department of our hospital were all introduced. Outpatient pre-scription checking and intervention were collected from our hospital after the application of rational drug use software system to evaluate the effect of the software system. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Rational drug use software system is adopted to realize scientific,convenient and express monitoring and management of prescription drug use in advance,in the course and afterwards. A total of 721 507 outpatient prescriptions were checked in our hospital from Jan. to May in 2015;0.17‰prescriptions were intercept-ed by system warning;system pointed out and pharmacists had checked 23.25% prescriptions;the rate of qualified prescription was more than 99.96%. After pharmacists intervention,various types of irrational prescriptions decreased significantly (P<0.01). It is suggested that pharmacists should make full use of information system,at the same time,optimize and improve the system through active exploration so as to improve rational drug use.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Rivaroxaban and Warfarin in the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods From January to December 2015,51 patients of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limb divided into.Warfarin group (21 cases) and Rivaroxaban group (30 cases).The time of each therapy lasted for 3 months or longer.The characteristics and the change of lower limb venous patency rate in two groups of patients were analyzed to evaluate the curative effect.Results Rivaroxaban group had shorter therapy time than Warfarin group.The lower limb venous patency rate in Rivaroxaban group were higher than that in Warfarin group (85.7％ vs.60％,P ＜0.05).Ultrasonography showed partial patency in 5 mixed thrombus patients of Warfarin group,while complete patency in 2 and partial patency in 3 of Rivaroxaban group.Normalized rate in peripheral venous thrombosis patients of Rivaroxaban group were higher than Warfarin group (84％ vs.25 ％ P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions Rivaraxaban is superior to Warfarin in the complete recanalization of DVT,while safe and reliable.

OBJECTIVETo study the correlation between arachidonic acid (AA) and acute red blood cells damage in rats, and to build a model with hidden blood loss in vivo, and to explore the pathological mechenism of hidden blood loss.

METHODSA total of 50 male adult Sprague-Dawley rats weighing (200 ± 20) g were randomly divided into five groups (n = 10): control group and four experimental groups. The rats in the experimental groups were given 0.5 ml different concentrations of AA dilu- ents, 5, 10, 20, 40 mmol/L respectively. The blood samples were collected from orbital venous at the beginning and 24, 48, 72 hours after administration. Then the changes of hemoglobin (Hb) ,red blood cell count (RBC), glutathione peroxidase (GSH- PX) activity, total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) activity and hydrogen peroxide (H202) in the blood samples were tested.

RESULTSSignificant hidden blood loss occurred when the concentration was 10 mmol/L in the experimental group, with the RBC and Hb sharply reduced in blood samples. The Hb and RBC were reduced in all the experimental groups and control group at 24 hours after administration, while in the experimental groups they changed more obviously. The GSH-PX activity, T-SOD activity and H₂O₂were also significantly reduced in all groups, and the changes showed significant differences. The Hb and RBC were relatively stable in the control group and the experimental groups at 48 hours after administration; while GSH-PX activity, T-SOD activity and H₂O₂were all significantly decreased, and the changes in the experimental groups were more notable.

CONCLUSIONElevated levels of AA in the blood causes oxidative stress in the red blood cells, leading to the damage of red blood cells and hemoglobin, which is responsible for hidden blood loss.
