1.Research Progress of Pathogenesis of Atherosclerosis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory disease of arteries, induced by the injury of endothelial cells, accumulation of mononuclear macrophage and lipid, proliferation of smooth muscle cells and the adhesion of platelets. As a frequent disease and a common pathology in cardiovascular system. In fact, the inciting event of AS is likely an inflammatory insult that occurs decades before the disease becomes clinically apparent.More and more cases were also reported in the childhood recently. Therefore it is important both for clinic and research to investigate the cause and pathogenesis of AS.J Appl Clin Pediatr,2009,24(1):58-60

The study of quality control of Chinese medicine has always been the hot and the difficulty spot of the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which is also one of the key problems restricting the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. Multivariate statistical analysis is an analytical method which is suitable for the analysis of characteristics of TCM. It has been used widely in the study of quality control of TCM. Multivariate Statistical analysis was used for multivariate indicators and variables that appeared in the study of quality control and had certain correlation between each other, to find out the hidden law or the relationship between the data can be found,.which could apply to serve the decision-making and realize the effective quality evaluation of TCM. In this paper, the application of multivariate statistical analysis in the quality control of Chinese medicine was summarized, which could provided the basis for its further study.

5.Study Progress of Gasotransmitter Hydrogen Sulfide and Cardiovascular Diseases
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Hydrogen sulfide is found to be the third gasotransmitter. It exerts extensive biological effects in nerve system, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal system, and so on.In cardiovascular system,it exerts the function of vasorelaxation, inhibition of vascular smooth mu-scle cells and cardioprotection. It is also concerted with many cardiovascular diseases such as pulmonary hypertension, hypertension, coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis. This review discusses the latest research progress in the significance of hydrogen sulfide in cardiovascular diseases.

Abstract: Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in blood samples of children and adults from 50 hospitals in Shandong Province, and to understand the drug sensitivity characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus bloodstream infection (BSI), so as to provide reference for clinical experience. Methods The distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from blood samples from 50 hospitals in Shandong province from 2017 to 2020 were analyzed based on the Cooperative Research Network of Pediatric Bacterial and Fungal Resistance Monitoring in Shandong Province. Meanwhile, the drug sensitivity characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus were divided into children group (<14 years old) and adult group (≥14 years old). The data were analyzed by Whonet 5.6 and SPSS 22.0 with reference to CLSI 2021 M100 document standard judgment results. Results A total of 3 661 Staphylococcus aureus strains were collected from 50 medical institutions in Shandong Province, including 675 in 2017, 870 in 2018, 1 080 in 2019, and 1 036 in 2020. The drug resistance rates of multiple antibiotics in blood culture methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) group and methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) group were significantly different (P<0.05). There were significant differences in antibiotic resistance rates between adult group and children group (P<0.05). The overall detection rate of MRSA was 27.5%, and no staphylococcus aureus strains resistant to vancomycin, linezolid and tigecycline were found. Conclusion The detection rate of MRSA strains decreased continuously and increased by 2020. The detection rate of MRSA in adult group was lower than that in children group, suggesting that we should pay attention to the monitoring of bacterial resistance in children group, to the management of multiple resistant bacteria and rational use of antibacterial drugs.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(4):357-362
Prostate cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the urinary system and mostly found in elderly men. Like most tumors, prostate cancer involves a variety of molecules in its occurrence and progression. More studies on the development of prostate cancer focus on the tumor markers, DNA damage repair related genes, and tumor invasion and metastasis related factors. This article presents an overview on the research progress in these three aspects.
