Purpose:To study the expression of CD44v6 protein in breast carcinoma and its prognostic significance. Methods:100 cases of formalin-fixed paraffin-embeded female breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues were retrospectively analyzed using EnVision~(TM) immunohistochemical method with the monoclonal antibody CD44v6.Statistical analysis was based on the Log-rank test and Cox analysis.Results:Sixty-six of 100 cancer tissues expressed CD44v6.Positive staining was mainly on the cell membranes.There was significant correlation between CD44v6 immunoreactivity and lymph node me- tastasis and TNM stage.The 5-and 10-year survival rates were 82.76% and 78.37% of patients with CD44v6 low-expres- sion tumors,and 64.1% and 49.88% of those with CD44v6 high-expression tumors,respectively;the difference between the two groups of patients was significant(P

Genuine medicinal materials with special characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is recognized as high quality medicine. Both ancient records and modern research considered that the origin is an important reason for the formation of genuine medicinal materials. However, blindly transplanting of genuine medicinal materials has led to the quality decline and counterfeit medicines appeared in production or sale progress, which may increase the risk of accidents in TCM. Frequent accidents emerged in Chinese herbal affects its export. What's more, it is a great threat to the medication safety in TCM clinical. There is an urgent need to implement traceability systems of TCM, which could provide convenient information record and traceability of TCM circulation. This paper reviews a variety of technical methods for genuine medicinal materials traceability, and proposed the establishment of genuine medicinal materials traceability system based on two-dimensional code and network database.

OBJECTIVETo provide a reference for the development and utilization of Dai medicine by investigate the present situation and existing problems of traditional Dai medicine.

METHODCombined with the previous relevant investigations and literature in the field, the key and the development direction of traditional Dai medicine were analyzed.

RESULTThe textual research, history, species, distribution, endangered resources, protection status etc. were elaborated and the key strategy of further investigation was expounded.

CONCLUSIONDai medicine resources should strengthen the basic research, such as the protection of traditional knowledge, the textual research, quality standard, chemical composition, biological activity, exploration of medicinal resources, especially monographic study on protection of major endangered medicinal resources should be intensified, which will be rise the level of development and utilization of Dai medicine resources.

To establish an HPLC method for determination of dactylorhin A and militarine in Cremastrae Pseudobulbus/Pleiones Pseudobulbus. The analysis was achieved on an Alltech Prevail C18 column (4. 6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) using a mobile phase of acetonitrile (A), water (B) gradient elution in a total run time of 35 min (0 min, 20:80; 30 min, 55:45; 35 min, 55:45) and a diode array detector was set at 224 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL x min(-1). The assay displayed good linearity over the concentration range of 0.257-9.95 microg (r = 0.999 8), and 0.128-10.27 microg (r = 0.999 9), respectively. The average recoveries (n = 9) were 94.70% and 102.8% for dactylorhin A and militarine, respectively. The method is accurate, quick, simple and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Pleione bulbocodioides and Pleione yunnanensis.

Objective To discuss the efficacy of urinary continence in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy with bladder neck extension and mucosal eversion reconstruction anastomosis.Methods From August 2016 to November 2018,31 patients with prostate cancer underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.The patients were 62-85 years old(mean 74.8 years),and the mean PSA score was 16.5 ng/ml(6.8-34.2 ng/ml).The pathological examination confirmed that the Gleason score was 6-9 and the prostate size was 44-83 ml.All patients underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with bladder neck extension and mucosal eversion reconstruction anastomosis.Surgical procedure:After resection of the prostate in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,the bladder neck was sutured at 6 o'lock position to narrow the bladder neck (" tennis racquet" reconstruction).The interval was 1 cm,and 2-3 needles were sutured,the distance between the neck of the bladder and the ureter was extended.The bladder neck mucosa and urethral mucosa eversion were performed.The posterior wall of the bladder neck was sutured at interval of 1 cm on both sides of the midline.After the knot was tightened,the posterior wall of the bladder was folded and bladder neck was elevated.The posterior wall of the bladder and the posterior wall of the urethra were sutured to reduce the distance between the bladder and the urethra.Finally,the bladder and urethra were anastomosed.The postoperative urinary continence recovery and the clinical effect were recorded.Results The operation time of 31 patients ranged from 80 to 210,with an average of 139.7 minutes.Intraoperative bleeding was 50-330 ml,with an average of 144.2 ml.None of the patients switched to open surgery during the operation,and there was no injury to large vessels and rectum,and no anastomotic leakage.Postoperative pathology showed 21 cases of pT2 stage,10 cases of pT3 stage,2 cases of positive margin,including 1 case of basal part and 1 case of apex part,both of which received medical castration therapy postoperatively.The surgical margin was positive in 2 cases (6.45％).31 patients removed the urinary catheter in ten days after surgery.17 cases (54.8％) recovered instantly urinary continence;7 cases (22.6％) urinary continence in 1 month after operation;4 cases (12.9％) urinary continence in 3 months after operation;and 3 cases (9.7％) urinary control in 6 months after operation.One case had urinary retention after removing the urinary catheter,and cathetered for 2 more weeks.After pulling out again,the urinary continence was good.Conclusions Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with bladder neck extension and mucosal eversion reconstruction anastomosis may be helpful for early recovery of urinary continence.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of ~1H-MR spectroscopy(~1H-MRS)imaging to quantitatively detect fatty liver.Methods Twenty patients with fatty liver and 11 healthy volunteers underwent plain CT scan,conventional MR imaging and ~1H-MRS analysis.The blood lipid and liver function were tested on the same day as the MR examination.~1H-MRS sequence measured the peaks of H_2O and lipid,and the areas under the peaks.The relative contents of the lipid compound were calculated,and compared with the results of CT scan and liver function tests.Results The CT values of the normal group and the fatty liver group were(59?9)HU and(24?11)HU respectively.On ~1H-MRS a protruding high H_2O peak and a flat low lipid peak were observed in the normal group,while the protruding high H_2O peak and a high lipid peak appeared in the fatty liver group.The values of lipid peak in the normal group and the fatty liver group were(0.05?0.01)?10~5,(0.70?0.24)?10~5 respectively(t=4.32,P0.05),the areas under the lipid peak were(1.36?0.73)?10~9、(2.35?1.15)?10~9 respectively(t=5.21,P0.05).Conclusion ~1 H-MRS imaging is feasible to quantitatively detect liver fat and is a non-invasive method for detecting early fatty liver.
