Objective:
To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases reported in Zhejiang Province in 2020 for prevention and control.
Methods:
Data of notifiable infectious diseases reported in Zhejiang Province in 2020 were extracted from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. The incidence and death of notifiable infectious diseases were analyzed and compared with the averages from 2015 to 2019; then the characteristics of some key diseases such as coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19 ), influenza and other infectious diarrhea were summarized.
Results:
Totally 487 271 cases of 30 kinds of infectious diseases were reported. The incidence and mortality rate was 832.94/100 000 and 0.615 4/100 000, which were 7.05% and 14.60% lower than the average value of 2015-2019.The weekly morbidity of Class A and Class B infectious diseases fluctuated between 1.24/100 000 and 3.68/100 000, and hit the bottom in the sixth to eighth week. The morbidity of Class C infectious diseases was 154.19/100 000 in the first week, then dropped to 4.83/100 000 in the second to sixth week and maintained at a low level. High morbidity of infectious diseases were reported in Hangzhou ( 1 412.62/100 000 ), Jinhua ( 960.35/100 000 ) and Ningbo ( 921.25/100 000 ). The morbidity of class C infectious diseases in Hangzhou was 1 248.80/100 000, which was far higher than that of other ten prefecture-level cities. The diseases with high reported morbidity were influenza (438.45/100 000), other infectious diarrhea (140.29/100 000 ), hand-foot-and-mouth disease ( 99.64/100 000 ), pulmonary tuberculosis ( 41.92/100 000 ), syphilis (41.37/100 000) and viral hepatitis ( 30.48/100 000 ). More deaths were reported in AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis, and the mortality were 0.482 1/100 000 and 0.116 2/100 000. A total of 1 306 confirmed cases, 302 asymptomatic infections and 1 death of COVID-19 were reported.
Conclusion
In 2020, the incidence rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhejiang decreased compared with the average value of 2015-2019. Pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis and hepatitis B still have high morbidity, and the COVID-19 epidemic spread widely. The morbidity of some respiratory infectious diseases and imported infectious diseases have dropped significantly compared with previous years.

Objective To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture on the E-selectin and resistin protein expression in the hippocampus of rats of chronic stress depression; To explore the role and mechanism of electro-acupuncture in the micro-environment of brain with depression. Methods 40 Fourty rats were randomly divided into four groups:blank group, model group, model+EA group, and model+fluoxetine group by using chronic stress combined with solitary raising methods, 10 rats in each group. Electro-acupuncture intervention was used 1 hour before the modeling. Electro-acupuncture was given at points Baihui (Du 20) and Yintang (Extra) for twenty minutes (2 Hz, 0.6 mA) every day. Fluoxetine was given at the volume of 5 mL/kg, dosage of 10 mg/kg. E-selectin and resistin protein expression in hippocampus were determined by biotin label-based antibody array. Results Compared with the blank group, the protein expression of E-selectin and resistin in the model group increased (fold change=1.23, 1.22). Compared with the model group, E-selectin and resistin expression decreased (fold change=0.65, 0.62;fold change=0.76, 0.65). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture intervention could down-regulate E-selectin and resistin expression in the hippocampus of chronic stress depression model.

Objective A major component of flow cytometry data analysis involves gating , which is the process of identifying homogeneous groups of cells .As manual gating is error-prone, non-reproducible, nonstandardized, and time-consuming , we propose a time-efficient and accurate approach to automated analysis of flow cytometry data .Methods Unlike manual analysis that successively gates the data projected onto a two-dimensional filed, this approach, using the K-means clustering results , directly analyzed multidimensional flow cytometry data via a similar subpopulations-merged algorithm. In order to apply the K-means to analysis of flow cytometric data , kernel density estimation for selecting the initial number of clustering and k-d tree for optimizing efficiency were proposed .After K-means clustering , results closest to the true populations could be achieved via a two-segment line regression algorithm .Results The misclassification rate (MR) was 0.0736 and time was 2 s in Experiment One, but was 0.0805 and 1 s respectively in Experiment Two. Conclusion The approach we proposed is capable of a rapid and direct analysis of the multidimensional flow cytometry data with a lower misclassification rate compared to both nonprobabilistic and probabilistic clustering methods .

Objective To examine the neural basis of item memory and source memory with fMRI approach. Methods Eight male and eight female healthy fight-handed native Chinese speakers were involved in this study. The item memory and source memory task were conducted with 504 highly frequent Chinese double-character words in the Block-designed experiment.Participants underwent such a double- round procedure as fMRI scanning following study. The fMRI data collected from a GE 1.5T MRI system were analyzed to generate corresponding activation maps for females and males respectively(P20)using statistical parametric mapping software(SPM).Results For females, item memory task activated the bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(BA6,the number of activated voxel clusters was 62 or 11 in the left and the right, respectively),source memory more activated the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(BA6/46,the number was 59).For males, item memory activated the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(BA6/46,the number was 64),source memory activated the bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(BA6,9 and 40 in the left and the right). Conclusion On the neural basis of item or source memory, there exists dissociation, which is that right dorsolateral prefrontal areas are more activated by item memory while left dorsolateral prefrontal areas by source memory. For the difference of gender,it is suggested that left dorsolateral prefrontal areas(BA6/46)are more activated in females while right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(BA6/46)more in males.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2018;37(2):127-130
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Long Dan Xie Gan decoction in treating insomnia due to liver depression transforming into fire. Method Ninety eligible patients with insomnia due to liver depression transforming into fire were randomized into an acupuncture group, a Chinese medication group and an acupuncture-medication group. The acupuncture group was given acupuncture treatment, the Chinese medication group was given Chinese medication Long Dan Xie Gan decoction for treatment, and the acupuncture-medication group was intervened by acupuncture plus Long Dan Xie Gan decoction, 2 weeks as a treatment course, for successive 3 courses. The clinical efficacies of the three groups and the changes in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score after the treatment were observed. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the acupuncture-medication group, significantly better than 80.0% in the acupuncture group and 83.3% in the Chinese medication group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in comparing the total effective rate between the acupuncture group and Chinese medication group (P>0.05). The PSQI scores dropped significantly in the three groups after the treatment (P<0.05), and the decrease was most significant in the acupuncture-medication group; after the treatment, the PSQI score in the acupuncture-medication group was significantly different from that in both acupuncture and Chinese medication groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus Long Dan Xie Gan decoction can produce a more significant efficacy in treating insomnia due to liver depression transforming into fire compared to independent use of acupuncture and Long Dan Xie Gan decoction, and can better improve the quality of life of the patients.
