2 cm) according to the size of lesions. Large wound sections were sutured with metal clips. Results Histopathologic investigation showed that among 54 lesions,there were 13 cases of adenoma,38 cases of adenoma with atypical hyperplasia (10 cases with mild dysplasia,23 with moderate dysplasia and 5 with severe dysplasia )and 3 cases of mucosal cancer. We followed forty cases,local recurrence was found in none of 29 cases after 6 months of EMR. However,the recurrence was found in 2 of 11 cases after 1 month of EPMR and 1 each after 3 and 6 month of EPMR. There was no recurrence after further endoscopic re-treatment. Among 3 cancer patients,2 patients shifted to surgery due to patient's preference and 1 patient was followed up for 6 months. All of them were found without local recurrence by endoscopic biopsies or surgical results. Conclusions Chromoscopy,magnifying colonoscopy and EUS have benefits in diagnosis of early large bowel tumors,and it is also helpful in selecting the proper treatment so as to reduce the complication and recurrence.

Objective To evaluate the value of Disposcope-guided the left-sided double-lumen tube (DLT) intubation.Methods Fifty ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients,aged 47-69 yr,without difficult airway,scheduled for elective thoracic surgery,were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =25 each) using a random number table:Disposcope (group D) and Macintosh direct laryngoscope (group M).Anesthesia was induced with iv injection of midazolam,propofol,sufentanil and rocuronium.Before induction (baseline,T1),before intubation (T2),immediately after successful intubation (T3),and at 1 and 3 min after intubation (T4-5),systolic blood pressure (SBP),mean airway pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded,and rate-pressure (SBP) product (RPP) was calculated.Arterial blood samples were obtained at T1-5 for measurement of plasma epinephrine (E),norepinephrine (NE),and dopamine (DOPA) concentrations.The success rate of DLT intubation at first attempt,total success rate of DLT intubation,intubation time,and development of sore throat within 24 h after surgery were recorded.Results Compared with group M,the intubation time was significantly shortened,the success rate of DLT intubation at first attempt was increased,the incidence of sore throat was decreased,and the levels of MAP,HR,RPP,E,NE and DOPA were decreased at T3-5 in D group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the baseline value at T1,the levels of MAP,HR,RPP,E,NE and DOPA were decreased at T3-5 in M group (P ＜ 0.05),and no significant change was found in D group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Disposcope-guided left-sided DLT intubation provides significant clinical value.

Objective; To evaluate the effects of gingival shade guide in visual shade-matching in vitro models. Methods; 42 tabs of Shofu NCC shade guide were adopted for color measuring. Each tab was fixed in the middle of Gingiva-Indicator, Guray(1,2,3,4) respectively and located in a black box. The measurements were made using the Shadepilot instrument. The color parameters ( CIE1976L * a * b * ) of cervical, body, incisal area of each tab were recorded. The color difference A E value in the same position of each tab was calculated between non-gingival shade guide group and Gumyl ,2,3,4 groups with Shadepilot software. Results; The AE value in the same position of 42 tabs between non-gingival shade guide group and 4 gingival shade guide groups were; cervical (2.93±0.79)NBS,body(0.51±0.27)NBS and incisal(0.61 ±0.29)NBS. In the cervical, body and incisal area, there was no statistically difference among Gumyl ,2,3,4 groups on affecting shade of tabs(P >0. 05). Conclusion; The gingival color has an effect on the cervical shade of tabs, and it can be recognized by human eyes, while gingival color has little effect on the shade of body and incisal area.

The content of ATP, ADP, AMP, sodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate were determined by 31P NMR, the linear range of ATP, ADP and AMP were found to be 0.004-0.080 mol x L(-1), sodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate were 0.005-0.100 mol x L(-1). The RSD were 0.40%-1.30%, the recovery were 96.9% - 105.2%. The method has been applied to the determination of ATP injection. The impurities of ATP injection were ADP and sodium phosphate. The content of ATP is in line with the requirement of the pharmacopoeia. The results indicated that the method is of good reproducibility, high accuracy, rapid and simple operation, without pretreatment and interference of other elements, 31P NMR is a new and reliable method of analyzing ATP, ADP, AMP and phosphate.
