2.Detection of HPV16 and p53 Protein in Tumors of Nasal Cavity and Sinus
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the role of HPV16 and p53 protein in the pathogenesis of tumors of nasal cavity and sinus of Chinese people. Methods The expression of HPV16 and p53 in 58 tumor samples of nasal cavity and sinus was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results There was no p53 expression in inverted pipillomas(IP). HPV16 infection rate in IP was 62.5%. The positive rate of p53 protein in the malignant tumors and IP with atypical hyperplasia was 56.0% and 44.4%, respectively, and HPV16 infection rate in the both tissues was 24.0% and 66.7%, respectively. The positive rate of p53 and HPV16 simultaneous expression in IP with atypical hyperplasia were 33.3%, which was higher than that in the malignant tumors and IP without atypical hyperplasia. Conclusion The high-risk HPV16 infection may be primary cause of IP. p53 gene mutation may be close relation with the pathogenesis of nasal cavity and sinus malignant tumors. HPV16 and p53 may have synergic effect in the malignant transformation of nasal cavity and sinus benign tumors.
3.Realization of disaster backup of infectious disease net reporting system in Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(12):131-134
Objective:To realize the different disaster recovery of infectious disease net reporting system of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) in the same city. Methods:We adopted B/S/DBMS three-tier architecture to deploy the infectious disease net reporting system in the disaster recovery center, realized data level disaster recovery through the remote replication technology, realized application level disaster recovery through technology of the data asynchronous replicating and transmitted disaster recovery data of the infectious disease net reporting system through asynchronous mode. Results: According to the existing resources, we established different disaster recovery center of the same city, realized the disaster recovery data backup of important information system in the same city, completed the security of software and hardware in information security level protection, and passed the level evaluation of Ministry of Public Security. Conclusion: The establishment of disaster recovery center in the off-sete of same city can make sure the security of the system and data, and ensure the continuity of work efficiency.
4.Clinical Observation of Acupoint Application with Xiong Bi Tie for Unstable Angina Pectoris
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(6):653-655
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Xiong Bi Tie in treating unstable angina pectoris. Method Sixty eligible subjects with unstable angina pectoris were randomized into a control group (treated with basic Western medication) and a treatment group (intervened by the basic Western medication plus acupoint application with Xiong Bi Tie), 30 cases in each group. The symptoms of unstable angina pectoris, syndromes and signs of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and cardiogram were recorded, and the clinical efficacies were also observed. Result In comparing the improvement of angina pectoris, the treatment group was better than the control group, with a statistical significance (P<0.05). From the perspective of TCM syndromes and signs, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Regarding the cardiogram, the total effective rate was 76.7% in the treatment group versus 50.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application with Xiong Bi Tie can significantly improve the angina symptoms and cardiogram result of unstable angina pectoris (blood stagnation caused by qi deficiency syndrome), and it’s safe and easy-to-operate.
5.Novel drugs and novel regimens in treatment of advanced gastric cancer
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(05):-
There is a high prevalence of gastric cancer in China, but most of the patients are diagnosed at advanced stages, when chemotherapy is regarded as an important component of the multimodal treatment.Chemotherapy has demonstrated advantages over best suppor-tive care in prolonging survival and improving quality of life.Over the past 40 years, the clinical responses of two or three-drug combination chemotherapy regimens have been accepted, and 5-fluorouracil,cisplatin and epirubicin have been most frequently used in gastric cancer.Recently, the therapeutic effects of advanced gastric cancer treated by new regimen consisted of docetaxel, irinotecan, oxaliplatin and capecitabine have been further enhanced. The molecular targeted agent, cetuximab and bevacizumab, combined with chemotherapy, would be more promising therapeutic regimens in the treatment of advanced gastric caner.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Aim To quantitatively analyze the lymphocyte proliferation using the time-series data of carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester(CFSE).Methods The model of immune suppression in mice was created by cyclophosphamide and CFSE dye was used for staining the lymphocyte of both control group and treatment group animals. The data were analyzed through mathematical model-fitting.Results The first generation of cell proliferation of the control group and treatment group were 27.17 h and 22.88 h; cell death rates in each division were respectively 20% and 40%; the half-life of cells before the proliferation was respectively 31.53 h and 43.32 h.Conclusions The mathematical fitting of CFSE data can quantitatively analyze the mechanism of the drugs attecting the proliferation of lymphocyte. In this experiment the mechanism of cyclophosphamide inhibiting lymphocyte proliferation may be due to the increase of cell death rate of each division caused by cyclophosphamide.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Objective To design a microarray of ~60mer oligonucleotide for detection and sub-typing of human papillomavirus (HPV). Methods The type-specific oligonucleotide probes of 4 different types of HPV (6, 11, 16, 18) were designed by using biological software Arraydesigner 2.0, which analyzed the whole genome sequences of HPV and selected optimal probes with high specificity, identical length and similar melting temperature (Tm). These probes were synthesized and printed onto the surface of glass slides in order to prepare a low-density microarray. HPV samples were labeled with fluorescence dyes Cy3 using a method of restriction display PCR (RD-PCR). HPV plasmid DNA was restricted with Sau3AⅠ to produce multiple fragments which were ligated to adaptors subsequently and used as PCR template. PCR labeling was performed with the fluorescently labeled universal primer (Cy3-UP) whose sequence is designed according to the adaptor of the RD-PCR approaches. The labeled samples were then hybridized with the oligonucleotide microarray. Results Both single and multiple HPV DNA samples could be detected with oligonucleotides microarray, and the corresponding HPV subtypes were recognized as well. And no signals were detected in all the negative and blank control spots. Conclusion 60mer oligonucleotide microarray designed by appropriate bioinformatics software can be applied to HPV detection and genotyping on gene level.
