2.The ultrasonic features of iliac artery blocked and setting up the collateral circulation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(15):2317-2319,后插2
Objective To discuss the ultrasonic features of iliac artery blocked and way of collateral circulation,in order to provide the basis for discovering the illness early and treating methods, provide the reference for judging the prognosis of illness. Methods 5 patients with iliac artery blocked and diagnosed by ultrasound were selected, including 4 arteriosclerosis patients and 1 non-arteriosclerosis patient. The ultrasound showed the blood flow in the limb from the beginning to the end and after the establishment of the circulation. But it was difficult to show the way of collateral circulation. Results It was right to get the treatmentconfirmed by DSA.The ultrasound can judge the iliac artery blocked correctly. It can show the situation of the vessel lemon that was blocked and the blood flow in blocked lower segment inside limb clearly. It can check the flow rate and the index of the resistance. It showed low speed(<30cm/s) and low resistance (< 0.65).But it was difficult to show the way of collateral circulation. Conclusion CDFI is the right way to check the stenosis or blocked in iliac artery. It can ascertain the llow rate in the collateral circulation. Then it can judge the ability of compensation. But it is difficult to show the way of collateral circulation.

4.Dynamic CT Study of Intracranial Tumors
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1986;0(04):-
The time-density curves were collected in 106 patients with intracranial tumors.A de- tailed analysis was made among 66 of them whose illness was determined surgically and pathologically. The scanning technique, method of administration of contrast material in dy- namic CT and its value in the qualitative and differential diagnosis of intracranial tumors were discussed. We consider that 1.dynamic CT scan is performed safely and reliably without trauma or pain on patients.2.Due to their various degrees of vascularity and disorders in the blood-brain barrier, different histological kinds of brain tumors have their own typical time-density curves.3.Vascular disorders such as aneurysm, angioma and arteriovenous mal- formation can be determined and differentiated from intracranial tumors or granuloma based on the typical time-density curves.4.Dynamic CT study is of some value in differential diagnosis of various kinds of brain tumors and is important in differentiation between brain tumors and granulomatous lesions.
5.CT Analysis of 20 Cases of Brain Abscess
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
CT signs of 20 cases of brain abscess confirmed surgically and pathologically were analyzed in this article. They are often of hypodense lesions with obscure borders. Their periphery presents an isodense image before contrast enhancement, and a clear circular and thin-wall enhancement after contrast enhancement. We conclude that it is necessary to differentiate brain abscess from some intracranial tumors and cerebral cysticercosis sometimes.
6.CT Diagnosis of 6 Cases of Intracranial Haemangioblastoma
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1990;0(02):-
CT demonstration of 4 cases of infratentorial haemangioblastoma and 2 cases of supratentorial malignant haemangiopericytoma conformed surgically and pathologically in our hospital were analyzed in this article. We think, that Infratentorial cystic haemangioblastoma has typical CT demonstrations. In general, the qualitative diagnosis of it may be achieved. CT demonstration of supratentorial malignant haemangiopericytoma is atypical, so it is difficult to differentiate from other intracranial tumors and brain abscess. In the end it is only defined by histology.
7.Comparison of the therapeutic effects of two surgical methods for treating primary angle closure glaucoma ;with cataract
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(3):448-451
Objective To study the different clinical effects between the method ofperipheral iridectomy+trabeculectomy combined with cataract extraction with small incision+intraocular lens implantationand the method ofperipheral iridectomy+trabeculectomy combined with cataract with phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implan-tation,so as to provide guidance for clinic. Methods 40 cases were randomly divided into A and B groups, and A group included 19 patients (31 eyes),while B group included 21 patients (37 eyes).A group was treated with the peripheral iridectomy +trabeculectomy combined with cataract extraction with small incision +intraocular lens implantationmethod, and B group was cured with the method ofperipheral iridectomy+trabeculectomy combined with cataract with phacoemulsification +intraocular lens implantationmethod. In each group, the eye pressures, visual acuity, central anterior chamber depths of before and after treatment were compared to study the clinical effect. And after treatment, the improvement amount of eye pressure, visual acuity, central anterior chamber depths and the complication rates were compared between the two groups,so as to determine the better method. Results After treatment, the eye pressure, visual acuity, central anterior chamber depths in A group were significantly improved [(21.71 ±10.17)mmHg,(0.29 ±0.09)and (1.97 ±0.47)mm,t=11.12,6.93,17.39,all P<0.05].The eye pressure, visual acuity, central anterior chamber depths in B group were significantly improved[(19.45 ±9.54)mmHg, (0.35 ±0.16)and (1.98 ±0.39)mm,t=6.52,5.78,17.78,all P<0.05].After treatment, the eye pressures in A and B groups were cut down[(21.74 ±10.17)and (19.45 ±9.54)mmHg],and there was no statistical significant difference between the two groups (t=0.96,P=0.17).The visual acuity in A and B groups were improved[(0.29 ± 0.09)and (0.35 ±0.16)degrees],and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (t=1.86,P=0.97).The central anterior chamber depths in A and B groups were improved[(1.97 ±0.47)and (1.98 ± 0.39)mm],and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (t=0.09,P=0.54).The incidence rates of complication in A and B groups were 48.39% and 21.62%,respectively,and the difference between two groups was significant (χ2 =5.44,P=0.02).Conclusion The two treatments had significant and equal clinical effects, while because of its lower incidence rate of complication, the method ofperipheral iridectomy+trabeculectomy combined with cataract with phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantationis more safe than the other one.

10.OBSERVATIONS ON EVOKED SPINAL POTENTIALS IN EXPERIMENTAL ACUTE SPINAL CORD TRAUMA
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1983;0(S1):-
The evoked spinal potentials (ESPs) of cats were observed in this experiment. 29 animals weighing 2 to 3.5kg were Used, and divided into three groups:I, control and general observations; II, acute contusion of spinal cord; III, spinal cord compression and decompression. In each mode of trauma. the intensity of traumatizing factor included three different levels. The normal lumbar segmental ESPs consist of two predominant components: N1 and N2 wave, within the first 20 msec after stimulation artefact. Preceding to N1 was a positive wave P1. From a series of tests, it was suggest N1 is related to the activity of dorsal part of cord and N2 is related to the activity of dorsal as well asventral part of cord. After the transection of spinal cord at L4-5, the ESPs recorded rostral to that site disappeared and were replaced by a single positive wave, the so called "killed end" potential.Immediately after cord contusion, the P1-N1 components of ESPs of traumatized portion disappeared and were replaced by a single positive wave, and simu-1 tenously, the N2 diminished or flattend. If the impacting energy level was lower, the N1 or both N1 and N2 reappeared, and gradually increased their amplitude with the improvement of peak latency of N1 which was abnormally prolonged in the earlier hours of recovery.During cord compression both N1 and N2 of ESPs at the compressed portion decreased their amplitude with the peak latency of N1 prolonged. N2 disappeared earlier than N1 and finally only a single positive wave was left. If the compression time was shorter, both N1 and N2 might reappear after decompession, and the trend of recovering their original amplitude and peak latency was shown.Data proved that changes of ESPs may be used as the indicator of the viability of the traumatized spinal cord. The transient disappearance of ESPs would not indicate that the cord function coud not get recovery. On the other hand dying out of ESPs for several hours or even longer might reflect the serious-damage of cord function. The results of this experiments also suggested that N1 and N2 have different implications in reflecting the mechanisms of injuries.
