Objective To investigate the relationship among CEA, CA199, clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with rectal cancer. Methods A total of 142 patients diagnosed rectal cancer were collected for the study between January 2006 and December 2010. The clinical data including age, sex, size of tumor, differentiation, depth of tumor (T), lymph node metastasis (N), distant metastasis (M), lymphatic invasion, venous invasion, stage, and preoperative serum levels of CEA and CA199 were obtained. Patients′ follow-up ranged from 42 months to 90 months. Results Preoperative elevated CEA levels were significantly associated with distant metastasis (P < 0.05). Median overall survival time was 150 weeks in the group with normal preoperative CEA and CA199, and 101 weeks in the group with preoperative abnormal preoperative CEA and/or CA199, and Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the difference was significant between two groups (P = 0.031). Conclusion Elevated preoperative CEA level can predict distant metastasis. The patients with abnormal preoperative CEA and/or CA199 have shorter overall survival time.
2.Research progress on exosomes in radiotherapy for malignant tumors
Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2018;27(4):430-432
Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles and have biological activity. The diameter of exosomes is between 30 and 120 nm.Exosomes participate in the invasion, metastasis and multi-drug resistance of malignant tumors. In the field of radiotherapy,it has been proven that radiation-induced changes in the secretion of exosomes from tumor cells can affect intercellular communication and enhance the radiotherapy resistance of tumor cells. In this article, the research progress on exosomes in the radiotherapy for malignant tumors was reviewed.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(1):19-22
Objective:
To investigate the correlation between fat mass percentage(FM%), fat mass index(FMI), fat free mass index(FFMI), body mass index (BMI) and physical fitness, and to explore the potential value of body composition index in predicting physical exercise level of children and adolescents.
Methods:
Data came from 2013 revision of National Students Physical Health Standard of Ministry of Education in Beijing. Body composition of 4 069 children and adolescents aged 6-20 years in Beijing was measured by the BIA(inbody 230). FM, FMI, FFMI and BMI were divided into four groups by quartile method. The differences and trends of the four groups were analyzed by graphpad prism 8.0 software.
Results:
FM% (20.03±10.39) and FMIS [(4.35± 2.84 )kg/m 2] of oys were significantly lower than those of girls, while FFMI [(14.21±4.95)kg/m 2] and BMI [(20.31±4.27) kg/m 2 ] of boys were significantly higher than those of girls( t =-13.36, -7.66, 11.49, 8.16, P <0.01). In boys, with the increase of FM% and FMI, the performance of 50 m, 1 000 m, standing long jump and pull up showed a downward trend; with the increase of FFMI, the performance of 50 m, standing long jump and pull up had an obvious upward trend. In girls, with the increase of FM% and FMI, the 50 m running time was gradually shortened, and the 800 m running time was gradually increasing; High FFMI was associated with higher performance in 50 m running, while no association was observed between FFMI and 800 m running.Four body composition indicators showed no effects on performance of sitting forward flexion and 1 minute sit up.
Conclusion
FM%, FMI, FFMI and BMI have a good predictive effect on physical fitness of children and adolescents. Adolescents with higher FFMI, lower FM% and FMI have better muscle burst strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, aerobic ability and anaerobic ability, especially in boys.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2019;39(5):557-561
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the indications and dominant diseases of the spreading moxibustion therapy.
METHODS:
By retrieving 7 databases of both Chinese and English version, such as CNKI, WANFANG, VIP and PubMed, the eligible articles of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) treated with spreading moxibustion therapy were collected. The number of annual publications, the number of each disease system, the indications and dominant diseases involved in the related articles were analyzed statistically, as well as the number of cases and the corresponding clinical effective rates.
RESULTS:
A total of 182 articles were included, including 40 indications for the spreading moxibustion and covering 9 major disease systems. Specially, the indications in the motor system were maximal in number, accounting for 17.50% (7/40) of the total number of indications. The number of indications in the digestive system was on the second top, accounting for 15.00% (6/40). The dominant diseases were mainly distributed in motor system, respiratory system, nervous system and gynecological system. There were 3 dominant diseases in motor system, i.e. ankylosing spondylitis, back pain and rheumatoid arthritis; 1 dominant disease, i.e. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the respiratory system, 1 dominant disease, i.e. primary dysmenorrheal in the gynecological system and 1 dominant disease, i.e. post-stroke paralysis in the nervous system.
CONCLUSION
At present, the indications of the spreading moxibustion therapy are widely distributed and the dominant diseases are concentrated, representatively by ankylosing spondylitis. But, the indications and the dominant diseases of spreading moxibustion are changeable dynamically and the disease spectrum of spreading moxibustion needs to be further explored.

OBJECTIVETo explore the safety and efficacy of pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF) in preventing chemotherapy-induced neutropenia in patients with breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and to provide the basis for clinical application.
METHODSAccording to the principle of open-label, randomized, parallel-group controlled clinical trial, all patients were randomized by 1∶1∶1 into three groups to receive PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg, or rhG-CSF 5 μg/kg, respectively. The patients with breast cancer received two chemotherapy cycles, and the NSCLC patients received 1-2 cycles of chemotherapy according to their condition. All patients were treated with the combination chemotherapy of TAC (docetaxel+ epirubicin+ cyclophosphamide) or TA (docetaxel+ epirubicin), or the chemotherapy of docetaxel combined with carboplatin, with a 21 day cycle.
RESULTSThe duration of grade 3-4 neutropenia in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg and PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg groups were similar with that in the rhG-CSF 5 μg/kg group (P>0.05 for all). The incidence rate of grade 3-4 neutropenia in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg group, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg group, and G-CSF 5 μg/kg group were 69.7%, 68.4%, and 69.5%, respectively, with a non-significant difference among the three groups (P=0.963). The incidence rate of febrile neutropenia in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg group, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg group and G-CSF 5 μg/kg group were 6.1%, 6.4%, and 5.5%, respectively, showing no significant difference among them (P=0.935). The incidence rate of adverse events in the PEG-rhG-CSF 100 μg/kg group, PEG-rhG-CSF 6 mg group and G-CSF 5 μg / kg group were 6.7%, 4.1%, and 5.5%, respectively, showing a non-significant difference among them (P=0.581).
CONCLUSIONSIn patients with breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) undergoing TAC/TA chemotherapy, a single 100 μg/kg injection or a single fixed 6 mg dose of PEG-rhG-CSF at 48 hours after chemotherapy show definite therapeutic effect with a low incidence of adverse events and mild adverse reactions. Compared with the continuous daily injection of rhG-CSF 5 μg/kg/d, a single 100 μg/kg injection or a single fixed 6 mg dose of PEG-rhG-CSF has similar effect and is more advantageous in preventing chemotherapy-induced neutropenia.
