Objective To investigate effects of new nursing experimental teaching mode on professional ability of nursing students. Methods Traditional experimental teaching mode was used in control group (402 nursing students of 2006 grade) and experimental teaching model was used in experimental group (564 nursing students of 2007 grade). Questionnaires survey was conducted among clinical teachers to evaluate 8 abilities (service consciousness, knowledge application, practical abil-ity, communication ability. etc) of nursing students after 3 months' clinical practice. Satisfaction de-gree of experimental teaching and the first time employment rate of nursing students were recorded. All data were sorted out and analyzed by Epidata 3.1 and SPSS 13.0. Total score of students' profes-sional capacity was compared by independent t test. Score of the scale item was compared by rank sum test. Satisfaction rating for experimental teaching, passing rate of nurse practicing qualification examination and the first time employment rate were compared by chi-square test. All statistical tests were two-sided and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant different. Results Students' scores of communication ability, innovation capacity, capability to identify problems, practical ability, knowl-edge application, ability of organization and independent learning ability were 2.86±0.23, 2.86±0.17, 2.85±0.19, 2.84±0.24, 2.79±0.20, 2.78±0.19, 2.65±0.19 in experimental group, higher than those in control group. Satisfaction degree of experimental teaching and the first employment rate of students in experimental group were 94.5%(536/567) and 84.5%(479/567), higher than those in con-trol group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion New teaching mode of nurs-ing experiment can improve the professional ability of nursing students.

Objective To determine kinetics of TNF-α and miR-146a (microRNA-146a)expressions in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced NR8383 alveolar macrophages (AM) at different intervals and their relationships in order to explore regulatory effect and mechanism of miR-146a on alveolar macrophages inflammatory responses. Methods NR8383 alveolar macrophages were seeded in a 6-well plate, and stimulated with 1 μg/ml of LPS for 0 h,3 h,6 h and 12 h separately after 90 min.Cells were harvested and supernatant were collected 0 h,3 h,6 h and 12 h after incubation. The expressions of miR146a and TNF-α mRNA in cells were detected by real-time qPCR and the levels of TNF-α protein in the supematant of cells were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ).Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between miR-146a and TNF-α mRNA.Results ①The level of TNF-α protein in the supernatant of cell was significantly increased 3 h after LPS challenge ( 359.80 ±57.54) pg/ml (P <0.01 ),and peaked 12 h later (729.22 ±50.40) pg/ml (P<0.01 ) ; ②the expression of TNF-α mRNA peaked 3 h after LPS challenge (67.48 ±24.52) fold,P <0.01 ),and then decreased gradually; ③the expression of miR-146a mRNA increased continuously until 6 h or 12 h after LPS challenge 6 h:(5.33 ±0.81) fold,12 h:(8.21 ±1.19) fold,(P<0.01),and it showed an upward tendency;④ the expression of miR-146a mRNA was negatively correlated with TNF-α mRNA ( r =-0.895,P <0.01).Conclusions The miR-146a mRNA showed a negative correlation with TNF-α mRNA present in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated alveolar macrophages, suggesting miR-146a mRNA involved in regulating the inflammatory response of alveolar macrophages.

Objective:To explore the correlation between post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD),resilience and quality of life of front-line medical staff in public health emergencies. Methods:From Nov to Dec 2020,the medical staff of 4 COVID-19 designated hospitals in Wuhan were investigated with the general demographic questionnaire,10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 and Simplify Qualify of Life Scale.Spearman correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to investigate the correlation between PTSD,resilience and quality of life. Results:A total of 545 questionnaires were collected in this survey and the valid effective rate was 97.8% (533/545).The score of psychological resilience,PTSD and quality of life of medical staff were 26(20,30),17(8,25),and 20(18,23),respectively.And 13.1% (70/533)of medical staff had obvious PTSD symptoms. There were significant differences in the score of quality of life among medical staff with different genders, occupations and PTSD levels.Spearman correlation analysis results showed that the score of PTSD was negatively correlated with quality of life and psychological resilience(r=-0.488 and-0.464,P<0.01).The score of psychological resilience was positively correlated with the score of quality of life(r =0.578,P<0.01).Psychological resilience and PTSD were important predictors of quality of life, with an explanatory capacity of 37.0% .Conclusions:PTSD is a risk factor for quality of life, and psychological resilience is a protective factor for quality of life.In public health emergencies, improving psychological resilience, preventing and treating PTSD can improve the quality of life of medical staff.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of molecular detection testing multiple pathogens in children with viral central nervous system infections. Methods:We retrospectively included 176 children who were suspected with central nervous system infection at Shanghai Children′s Medical Center from January 2017 to May 2021.Film Array Meningitis/Encephalitis Panel(FA-M/E) was used to test cerebrospinal fluid samples of these children. The results were analyzed compared with clinical symptoms and cerebrospinal fluid indices. Results:There were 34 samples with positive FA-M/E virus detection(19.32%, 34/176). Among the 34 samples, enterovirus was the most common pathogen(27 cases, 79.41%). In different combinations, the sensitivity and positive predictive value were all less than 90%.The median time for antiviral drugs used in FA-M/E virus-positive and negative children was 4.5(0, 8.5)d and 2.6(0, 2.0)d, respectively. The difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion:Molecular tests of multiple pathogens can quickly and sensitively detect pathogens. It can improve the efficacy of clinical diagnosis of viral central nervous system infection.
