In this article, insufficient concerns in some documents on hospital management are pointed out and the importance of the issue is emphasized. The author suggests that hospital management should learn from enterprises to make cultural construction in routine management, to have it in the assessment of hospital management system and to give great impetus to cultural construction in hospital management.
