AIM: To investigate the effect of GSTP1 over-expression on the sensitivity of human hepatoma HepG2 cells to oxaliplatin (OXA).METHODS: Adenovirus carrying GSTP1 (Ad-GSTP1) was used to infect HepG2 cells for establishing the cell line over-expressing GSTP1.The cells were randomly divided into 6 groups: control, vehicle, Ad-GSTP1, OXA, OXA +vehicle and OXA +Ad-GSTP1.The cell survival rates were examined by CCK-8 assay, and the apoptotic rates were analyzed by flow cytometry.The protein levels of GSTP1, Akt, mTOR, p-Akt and p-mTOR were deter-mined by Western blot.RESULTS: OXA decreased the cell survival rate in a dose-dependent manner (P <0.05).The protein expression of GSTP1 increased after transfection with adenovirus.At basal level, up-regulation of GSTP1 signifi-cantly decreased the cell survival rate, increased the cell apoptosis, and inhibited the phosphorylation levels of Akt and mTOR (P <0.05).Moreover, GSTP1 over-expression enhanced the effect of OXA on the cell viability, cell apoptosis, and further inhibited the phosphorylation levels of Akt and mTOR ( P <0.05).CONCLUSION: Over-expression of GSTP1 augments the enhanced effect of OXA on HepG2 cell apoptosis, which may be related to the inactivation of Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate the changes of drug resistance related genes and drug resistance of Acinetobacter Bau-mannii in hospital,and provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods A retrospective analysis of Shaanxi Corps Hospital of Chinese Peoples’s Armed Police Forces from 2011 to 2015 from clinical samples of 11 521 specimens were isolated and cultured 1 861 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii,drug susceptibility test by K-B method.The antimicrobial minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)according to the 2014 edition of the CLSI judgment criteria of judgment.Results 1 861 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii were detected drug resistance genes gyrA,parC,OXA-51,OXA-23,int on the 1,I TEM,AAC (6’)-1,AAC (3’)-1,ant (3)-1,ant (2)-1 and Caro gene detection rates were 50.4%,72.1%,70.9%,55.7%, 56.2%,65.6%,12.9% and 89.9% respectively,and SHV,IMP and VIM genes were not detected.The sequencing results showed that gyrA and parC gene mutation was the main cause of quinolone resistance.The antibiotic resistance of Acineto-bacterBaumannii was an increasing trend year by year,and 1 861 strains has 1 419 strains showed multiple drug resistance, all strains were sensitive to polymyxin.In 2015,quinolones aminoglycosides resistance rate was more than 65%.To imipen-em,meropenem and Cefoperazone/sulbactam were 35.17%,36.01% and 42.40%.Conclusion The detection rate of Acine-tobacter Baumannii is increasing year by year,and the drug resistance and multi drug resistance is increasing year by year.It is necessary to strengthen the clinical rational drug use andcontrol the hospital infection.

ve To study the effects of extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF EMFs) on lipid peroxidation of myocardium in rats. Methods The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) of the myocardium tissue of rats under the different conditions such as healthy state, my-ocardiac ischemic state and lead-exposure state before and after ELF EMFs exposure were determined respectively. Objective To investigate the pelvic floor in cystocele patients using translabial ultrasound,and discuss the ultrasound appearance.Methods Translabial 2D ultrasound was performed on 136 patients who were diagnosed or suspected as anterior vaginal wall prolapse or cystocele using pelvic organ prolapse quantitation system,the position of bladder,the retrovesical angle and urethral rotation were measured during maximum Valsalva maneuver.Cystocele subtypes were diagnosed according to the ultrasound findings.Results Translabial 2D ultrasound diagnosed 88 cases cystocele based on the position of bladder,retrovesical angle and urethral rotation,including ten cases cystocele type Ⅰ,32 cases type Ⅱ and the remaining 46 classified as type Ⅲ.Conclusions Translabial 2D ultrasound successfully acquired the ultrasonic characteristics of cystocele subtypes,which could provide imaging evidence for clinic diagnosis of this disease.

Objective To dynamically observe and evaluate the position and movement of anterior pelvic floor organs in vaginal delivery and selective caesarean section primipara with translabial two-dimensional 2D ultrasound and discuss the short-term effect of delivery mode on the anterior compartment of pelvic floor Methods Translabial 2D ultrasound was performed on selective caesarean section and vaginal delivery primipara in 6-8 weeks The position of bladder the existence of bladder neck funneling were observed and the mobility of bladder neck and the urethral rotation angle were measured during maximum Valsalva maneuver Results The mobility of bladder neck was larger in vaginal delivery group than selective caesarean section group during maximum Valsalva maneuver The rates of bladder neck funneling cystocele and stress urinary incontinence were higher in vaginal delivery group Conclusions Translabial 2D ultrasound could dynamically observe and evaluate the position and movement of anterior pelvic floor organ which could be used to assess the effect of delivery mode on anterior compartment of pelvic floor The short-term effect of vaginal delivery on anterior compartment of pelvic floor is greater than that of selective cesarean delivery.

Objective To assess the contractility of levator ani muscle in postpartum female using pelvic floor three-dimensional ultrasound and to provide an effective imaging basis for the change of levator ani muscle contractility in postpartum female.Methods Totally 75 postpartum women (55 underwent spontaneous vaginal delivery and 20 underwent selective cesarean delivery) and 40 nulliparas were examined by pelvic floor three-dimensional ultrasound.The images were obtained at rest and at maximal levator ani muscle contraction.The sagittal hiatal length (L) on the two-dimensional sagittal images,the area of levator hiatus (A) and the circumference of levator hiatus (C) were measured on the three-dimensional images,and the difference value between rest and contraction were calculated to get the △L,△A,△C.Then the △L,△A,△C between different groups were compared.Results The △L,△A,△C in spontaneous vaginal delivery group and selective cesarean delivery group were smaller than those in nulliparas group (P ＜0.05),and there was no statistical difference between spontaneous vaginal delivery and selective cesarean delivery group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Three-dimensional ultrasound can effectively assess the the contractility of levator ani muscle,the levator ani muscle contractility of postpartum female was poorer than nulliparas,and between spontaneous vaginal delivery and selective cesarean delivery women there is no obvious difference.

Objective　To study the effects of carbon disulfide(CS2) exposure and the combined effects with noise on rat myocardium tissue. Methods　After CS2 or noise,or both exposure,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malonaldehyde(MDA) content were measured,and morphological changes were observed under microscope. Results　After CS2 exposure(189 mg/kg),SOD activity in the myocardium was decreased from (44.36±0.43)U/mg pro to (41.78±0.51)U/mg pro(P<0.01) and MDA content increased from (2.20±0.09)nmol/mg pro to (2.72±0.27)nmol/mg pro(P<0.05).The morphological observation showed that the blood vessels were swollen,some myocardial fibers were broken and cross striation disappeared.When CS2 combined with noise,the above changes were markedly aggravated,SOD activity and MDA content were (40.21±1.01)U/mg pro and (3.99±0.28)nmol/mg pro respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion　CS2 may damage the myocardium tissue,through interfering the metabolism of free radicals and enhancing the lipoperoxidation.The combination of CS2 with noise exposure have synergic effects.
