OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the construction and development of hospital modernization pharmacy in Chi-na,and to promote the application of pharmacy automation system in hospital. METHODS:By introducing the change of pharma-cy management due to the debugging and application of outpatient pharmacy automation system(rapid dispensing machine,intelli-gent access machine)in our hospital, the problems of automation system and countermeasures were put forward, and the effects of automation system in our hospital were evaluated. RESULTS:With the application of automation system, the pharmacy layout was adjusted, the drugs in the machine was debugged and optimized, the procedure on adding drugs and stocktaking drugs were im-proved,the reasonable scheduling work in outpatient pharmacy was worked, the complete management plan on validity of drugs was established;referring to the problems of automation system, the procedures of adding drugs by rapid dispensing machine and intelligent access machine were formulated as well as related working guide. The adding and delivering drug failure emergency han-dling procedure of rapid dispensing machine, intelligent access machine failure emergency handling procedure were formulated ac-cording to the possible fault of automation system. Related index evaluation showed that automation system was applied and continu-ously improved, which reduced labor intensity(step count of pharmacists adding drug decreased from 5 634.6 steps/day to 4 087.8 steps/day);the work efficiency was improved greatly(the number of prescriptions increased from 226.55 sheets/h to 311.55 sheets/h during rush hours);the work error was reduced(the number of dispensing internal error decreased from 54.75 items/week to 21.50 items/week). CONCLUSIONS:After appling the automation system in outpatient pharmacy, the drug dispensing and staff manage-ment has been standardized, and it become the hospital pharmacy development inevitable trend. But it is suggested to adjust and op-timize the automation system continuously so as to exert its maximal efficacy.

International Eye Science 2014;(10):1770-1772
AIM: To identify the changes in microRNA ( miRNA ) profile of human lens epithelium ( HLE) induced by H2 O2 and the role of miRNA in oxidative stress induced apoptosis.
METHODS: HLE cell line HLE - B3 was treated by 100μmol/L H2 O2 for 24h and the total RNA were isolated by Trizol reagent. miRNA profile was generated by miRCURYTM LNA microRNA Array. The target genes of differentially expressed miRNAs were predicted by bioinformatics software.
RESULTS:Twenty-eight miRNAs showed significantly differential expression after H2 O2 treatment, 18 miRNAs upregulated and 10 miRNAs downregulated. The differentially expressed miRNAs may involve in apoptosis of lens epithetium and development of cataract through targeting BCL2L2 and MIP.
CONCLUSION: H2 O2 can induce dramatically changes in miRNA profile of HLE, which may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis and development of cataract.

BACKGROUND:The repair and management of ful-thickness skin defects resulting from burns and chronic wounds remain a significant unmet clinical chal enge. Using epidermal stem cel s and keratinocyte growth factor for ful-thickness wound repair is a promising approach. Low-frequency electromagnetic fields which are a non-invasive physical stimulation therapy have been recognized as a good method to enhance wound healing. OBJECTIVE:To develop a new strategy to accelerate wound healing by transplanting transfected epidermal stem cel s and keratinocyte growth factor and treating with low-frequency electromagnetic fields in a mouse model. METHODS:Epidermal stem cel s from Sprague-Dawley neonatal rats were isolated and cultured in vitro, then the cel s were labeled with 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine and transfected by Ad-KGF, a recombinant adenovirus carrying the keratinocyte growth factor. Mice were given to create ful thickness skin wound on the dorsum and randomly assigned to four groups:control group, transplantation of epidermal stem cel s group, transplantation of keratinocyte growth factor gene modified epidermal stem cel s group, and transplantation of keratinocyte growth factor gene modified epidermal stem cel s plus low-frequency electromagnetic field exposure group. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The best healing pattern was observed in the keratinocyte growth factor gene modified epidermal stem cel s plus low-frequency electromagnetic field exposure group (P<0.05) at days 9 and 16. 5-Bromo-2-deoxyuridine labeled cel s existed in the wound in the treated groups at day 9. A significantly increased expression of endogenous keratinocyte growth factor was detected in the transplantation of Keratinocyte Growth Factor gene modified epidermal stem cel s group, and transplantation of keratinocyte growth factor gene modified epidermal stem cel s plus low-frequency electromagnetic field exposure group at day 16. A wel-advanced epithelialization was observed in transplantation of keratinocyte growth factor gene modified epidermal stem cel s plus low-frequency electromagnetic field exposure group at days 16 and 30. These results suggest that low-frequency electromagnetic fields enhanced wound healing fol owing the transplantation of keratinocyte growth factor gene modified epidermal stem cel s.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2005;22(4):836-839
Small-scale intellectualized medical instrument has attracted great attention in the field of biomedical engineering, and LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) provides a convenient environment for this application due to its inherent advantages. The principle and system structure of the hyperthermia instrument are presented. Type T thermocouples are employed as thermotransducers, whose amplifier consists of two stages, providing built-in ice point compensation and thus improving work stability over temperature. Control signals produced by specially designed circuit drive the programmable counter/timer 8254 chip to generate PWM (Pulse width modulation) wave, which is used as ultrasound radiation energy control signal. Subroutine design topics such as inner-tissue real time feedback temperature control algorithm, water temperature control in the ultrasound applicator are also described. In the cancer tissue temperature control subroutine, the authors exert new improvments to PID (Proportional Integral Differential) algorithm according to the specific demands of the system and achieve strict temperature control to the target tissue region. The system design and PID algorithm improvement have experimentally proved to be reliable and excellent, meeting the requirements of the hyperthermia system.

OBJECTIVEThe plasmid construction and validation of RET point mutation in vitro.METHODS The RET gene exon in the mainland familial medullary thyroid carcinoma family was analized with muon capture two generation sequencing of. In vitro, the RET relative point mutationswere reconstructed in NIH3T3 cells and the expression levels were studied.RESULTSThe corresponding lentiviral plasmids of RET point mutations were successfully obtained after point mutating the wild RET plasmids, it was verified that the target genes were expressed in NIH3T3 cells stably by Western Blot. CONCLUSIONSStable cell lines carrying RET point mutations were reconstructedsuccessfully, which provide a good platform for studying various point mutations.
