A discussion of the connotation and key issues of the new normal in the healthcare sector,with an introduction to the new normal.The furthering reform is unveiling roadblocks in the healthcare system.For example,human resources available can hardly support development of the sector, and revenue growth of tertiary hospitals in the cities will decline,while county hospitals will be further challenged by debt crisis.In the meantime of steady elevation of medical capabilities in both urban and rural areas,the gap between the two will be maintained for a while.The authors predict that the sector will be faced with restructuring essential medicine system,grading diagnosis and treatment practice,rising risks for health insurance,and growing market shares of commercial health insurance and private capital, as well as fiercer competitions to challenge public hospitals.
3.Evaluation on ginsenoside preventing pressure-overload hypertrophy in rats

Aim To observe the effects of Ginsenoside on left ventricular remodeling after pressure-overload hypertrophy in rats.Methods After stenosis of the ascending aortic artery,20 survived female Wistar rats were randomly assigned to two groups:hypertrophy control(n=10)and Ginsenoside(100 mg?kg?d-1,n=10);sham operated rats(n=10)were selected randomly as nonstenosis control.Four weeks after the operation,the LVPW,IVS and LVDD of each rat were detected by echocardiogram.Myocardial cell and interstitial tissue were observed by immunofluorescence double staining.Results Compared with those in hypertrophy group,the LVPW and IVS in Ginsenoside group were all significantly decreased(P

8.Increased enrichment of fetal nuclear red blood cells via polyvinylidene difluoride by combined interfering membrane ionic channels

Objective The effectiveness on the enrichment of nuclear red blood cells(NRBC) in umbilical cord blood by polyvinylidene difluoride membrane was investigated with intervention on membrane ionic channels.Methods NRBC was isolated by the isolation solution with a density of 1.067 g/ml.The rates of the cell enrichment using verapamil and furosemide intervention by discontinuous density centrifugation were examined by flow cytometry.The NRBC that past through PVDF membrane with pore size of 5 ?m were checked and quantified by nested-PCR.Results The optimal centrifugation density was 1.067 g/ml.The mean purity of NRBC after centrifugation was 2.54%,yet the purity after intervention increased to 9.36%(3.7-fold increment).The NRBC passing through PVDF membrane was from 0.83% to 6.15%,with enrichment of 7.4 times.When NRBC was 120 cells/ml,the density of the nested PCR products increased by nearly 4 times after intervention(4.48 vs 17.78).Conclusions Verapamil and furosemide could affect the morphology of cells and promote the rate of NRBC enrichment.
9.The effect of S100A4 siRNA on the inflammation and expression of TNF-α,IL-1β in adjuvant arthritis rats

Objective To observe the effects of S100A4 siRNA on the expression of serum TNF‐α,IL‐1βand VEGF in adjuvant arthritis rats .Methods Adjuvant arthritis rat models were established and were randomly divided into model group and interfere group .On Day 11 ,rats in interfere group were injected with S100A4 siRNA fragment in articular cavity .Arthritis index (AI) chan‐ges and pathological changes of ankle joint were observed .The levels of serum TNF‐α and IL‐1β ,VEGF were detected by ELISA . Results Compared with that of model group ,the levels of serum TNF‐ α ,IL‐1β and VEGF were reduced significantly in interfere group (P< 0 .05) ;variances of AI and pathological scores in interfere group were diminished significantly (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Inhibition of the expression of S100A4 gene can significantly reduce the expression of inflammatory factor TNF‐α ,IL‐1 β and angio‐genesis factor VEGF ,and improve the pathological injury of synovial membrane .
10.Expression of transforming growth factor-?_2 and changes of lens epithelial cells in age-related nuclear and cortex cataract

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of age-related cortex and nuclear cataract.Methods The levels of transforming growth factor-?_2 (TGF-?_2)mRNA,proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA),ratio of Bcl-2/Bax,fibronection (FN),vimentin and the density of lens epithelial cells (LECs) were measured and compared among age-related nuclear cataract,cortex cataract and normal LECs.Results The ratio of TGF-?_2 mRNA expression/?-actin expression,the levels of PCNA protein,Bax and Bcl-2 in age-related nuclear cataract(0.16?0.02,16.01,15.97, 16.97)and in cortex cataract (0.27?0.01,1.98,16.93,1.44) were significantly different from those in normal LECs(0.15+0.02,2.43,16.84,6.12),all P
